This was my first experience ever with the foot bath and colonic and I will highly recommend it…read moretime and time over. Rebecca was the one who sat my friends and I, got us started and informed us of details of what come with the foot bath and what to expect. Not only was she informative but she was super sweet and friendly. If you are unfamiliar with the iconic foot bath your feet go into a Spa like tub where they add salt water and a machine that generates any toxins that your body may be holding onto and in return your foot water color will change. They have a chart that tells you what the color of your foot bath means and what is being drawn out of your body. (It's gross but also really cool to see)!! Once we finished our 30 minute session with Rebecca and the footbath we then were instructed to go to a colonic room where Trish instructed us on what a Colonic benefits for you and how to insert the instruments provided. (Believe it or not inserting was the easiest part)! At least for me. Once the instructional was over, Trish and my friends left me to myself to begin the process. They provide you with a disposable gloves, blue, and the tube that will be inserted. As this was my first time naturally I was nervous about inserting myself however I did feel that that was the easiest part on this journey as I did not know you had to release the water and (other findings) yourself I thought it was all just supposed to come out on its own (boy was I wrong)! I did hold the water that was being inserted for too long which causes your stomach to cramp (like you have to go to the bathroom) and for a first timer that's probably not the best to hold in the water you want to release. After 10 minutes I told Trish I think I was done because the cramping was so intense however she was extremely sweet and encouraged me to keep going and I'm so glad that she did because once I was told I had to release it was so much easier!! You do have the option also to see your movements and what you are releasing. Once my 30 minute session was up they instruct you on how to clean up your self they provide a sprayer which is extremely convenient as well as wipes (which are warm) and paper towel. As a first time or they do tell you that you probably will release more after your session is finished and you remove the tube I was one of those people who experienced that and I just used the sprayer to clean myself up. With all that being said I do highly recommend everyone experiencing a Colonic twice in their life it is definitely a good experience I woke up the next morning not feeling bloated I ate two meals so far and I feel satisfied I don't feel overly full, or bloated. They do recommend what they call a "back to back"session however my schedule is so crazy I am unable to do a back to back session but I will be back and continue to go back

The process took an hr and you should feel lighter and they give you instructions on what to eat/drink. I'll definitely come back

We live in Nashville and I miss having a Korean spa around after having had many visits to a very large famous Korean spa in Dallas. I have visited ATL before just for a visit to a local competitor which had grown disappointing. We are SO GLAD we visited this place! It was clean and a nice size! Some of these (been to them in Dallas/ATL/Chicago/NY) can be smaller. This one has nice large saunas though not clearly marked as to temp*. I like to know these things. Not one of them was very warm at all but they were all very comfortable. The restaurant area is large as well and has lots of offerings, we tried several different drinks and food during the day. Honestly the food wasn't very good and the drinks are pre-processed so very sweet. We ended up just drinking water. The food we had was a fried. I started with 3 roasted eggs and it was the best thing I had. There may have been better options but we had planned to eat a nice meal that evening so no biggie. The wet area only has 2 hot tubs, both were the same temp* and neither had jets. The showers are nice and clean. The sauna was nice and hot :-) I personally like a nice quiet subdued environment but this one was not controlled that way and got a bit roudy the later it got. We both indulged in services. My husband a 80min massage deep tissue massage and I had the 90 min scrub/oil massage treatment. Both were done very well! My person was "#8" and I would highly recommend her. It is more costly than most to get in - $39 pp. We knew we would be getting services and food so we bought the $500 gift card deal which includes 2 entrances. This easily covered all we spent, including tip, and we had $$ left over but it had gotten very busy so we weren't able to get in for a 30min reflexology session. So we left with money which means we have to Go Back! #GirlsTrip I saw many first timers (forgetting to take your shoes off is a rookie mistake) Do yourself a favor and make time to visit! I would suggest another day than Saturday but if you get there early (10am) and leave by 5pm, as we did, you will still have plenty of time to relax and have services completed.

A very unique experience! Here is a step-by-step guide 1…read more Enter. Pay the entrance fee.$40 2. You are given an electronic key, and a T-shirt and shorts. They are a jail bird orange. 3. Enter either the men's section or the women's. Find the locker number attached with your electronic key and take your shoes off. 4. Enter the main changing area and change into your clothes. 5. The mixed sex area has different kinds of saunas. I'm not sure if the type of sauna has any impact, however, there is a difference in temperature. The salt sauna seemed to be the hottest. Grab a cushion and go and lie inside one of the chosen saunas. There is even an ice room. 6. For the pools, go to the men's or women's section. This is where it gets a little uncomfortable. No clothes permitted. So it's complete nudity. There is a cold pool, a warm pool and a hot pool. You must shower before you enter to the pools. There is also a sauna and a steam room. Now for the services. There are multiple different kinds of services. I went for the foot massage, which was amazing. A shout out to Zaluda. This cost $70 for one hour. She was excellent. I also opted for a body scrub, which I've never had before. Boy was it beyond what I was expecting. There are two elderly ladies that have all the energy in the world that do this. You have to be completely nude and you lie down on a plastic covered table. It started off felt like someone rubbing my body with sandpaper. Ouch. I thought I would have to stop after a few moments. However, it got better and boy did dead skin get sloughed off. I was spun around, put in all sorts of awkward positions with one leg up in the air, my legs wide apart, my arms above my head, both front back and sides. As awkward as it was, I felt thoroughly clean at the end. She intermittently through water over me with a bucket. Things that concerned me: - you need to have your ID with you, which they keep at the front desk. They do return it once you have paid for all of your services. - nudity. I was not expecting this. My fault for not reading the reviews before. One gets used to it after a while, but it took me a moment. Overall, this is a great place to relax and rejuvenate. It is clean and the people working here were very nice. A great spa day.

It used to be a place I'd happily recommend to people looking to relax and reset. That changed recently when it became clear they are not welcoming to motorcycles. As someone who rides, that's a pretty disappointing stance to see from a business I've supported for so long. I'm not interested in supporting places that single out riders or create an unwelcoming environment for people simply based on how they arrive. It's a shame, because the facility itself has always been solid and I used to enjoy coming here. But culture matters. If a business doesn't want to be welcoming to the riding community, that's their choice--but it also means they won't be getting any more of my business. Plenty of other places out there that are happy to welcome everyone who walks through the door. ‍

However, the pain in my back is gone for the most part. As soon as I entered I was greeted by a nice elderly man who took me to the massage room. After he left I got ready for my massage and laid down on the table. While I was waiting for 15 minutes I enjoyed the ambience and the zen music. Amy was very sweet, made me feel very comfortable while giving me my massage, and we had a good conversation. She started with a dry massage, then one with oils and towards the end she used hot stones on my whole body. After my massage was done I paid the $20 tip and $50 for the massage, thanked them and left. The tension in my neck is still there and my feet still hurt a bit but Ill be coming back again. This time Ill be getting the whole hour massage. Go check them out at: Their website is www.hannadayspa.com But you cant book the services online. You need to call them at 678-867-8828

I arrived about 10 minutes early and was greeted and checked-in by a nice gentleman. Shortly after, my masseuse came to get me and took me to one of the rooms. The masseuse started with the massage. It was pure bliss. She applied the right amount of pressure and even got on the table to reach certain areas. I loved every minute of it. The massage was followed by a facial. The facial was great. She steamed, cleaned, moisturized, and massaged my face. However, she didn't do any extractions like I had hoped. I was really looking forward to it, too. The final service was the body scrub. She took me to the shower room and gave me a towel, shower cap, and a disposable underwear. She scrubbed my entire body from my neck to my toes, rinsed me, then dried me with a towel. Having never gotten a body scrub service before, I didn't know what to expect but I wasn't expecting to be bathed like a child. Lol. It was kinda nice and my skin felt soft afterwards, but I don't think it's for me. Overall, I had a wonderful experience at Hanna Day Spa and would definitely return for the massage!
