Rebecca was the one who sat my friends and I, got us started and informed us of details of what come with the foot bath and what to expect. Not only was she informative but she was super sweet and friendly. If you are unfamiliar with the iconic foot bath your feet go into a Spa like tub where they add salt water and a machine that generates any toxins that your body may be holding onto and in return your foot water color will change. They have a chart that tells you what the color of your foot bath means and what is being drawn out of your body. (It's gross but also really cool to see)!! Once we finished our 30 minute session with Rebecca and the footbath we then were instructed to go to a colonic room where Trish instructed us on what a Colonic benefits for you and how to insert the instruments provided. (Believe it or not inserting was the easiest part)! At least for me. Once the instructional was over, Trish and my friends left me to myself to begin the process. They provide you with a disposable gloves, blue, and the tube that will be inserted. As this was my first time naturally I was nervous about inserting myself however I did feel that that was the easiest part on this journey as I did not know you had to release the water and (other findings) yourself I thought it was all just supposed to come out on its own (boy was I wrong)! I did hold the water that was being inserted for too long which causes your stomach to cramp (like you have to go to the bathroom) and for a first timer that's probably not the best to hold in the water you want to release. After 10 minutes I told Trish I think I was done because the cramping was so intense however she was extremely sweet and encouraged me to keep going and I'm so glad that she did because once I was told I had to release it was so much easier!! You do have the option also to see your movements and what you are releasing. Once my 30 minute session was up they instruct you on how to clean up your self they provide a sprayer which is extremely convenient as well as wipes (which are warm) and paper towel. As a first time or they do tell you that you probably will release more after your session is finished and you remove the tube I was one of those people who experienced that and I just used the sprayer to clean myself up. With all that being said I do highly recommend everyone experiencing a Colonic twice in their life it is definitely a good experience I woke up the next morning not feeling bloated I ate two meals so far and I feel satisfied I don't feel overly full, or bloated. They do recommend what they call a "back to back"session however my schedule is so crazy I am unable to do a back to back session but I will be back and continue to go back

She started with a dry massage, then one with oils and towards the end she used hot stones on my whole body. After my massage was done I paid the $20 tip and $50 for the massage, thanked them and left. The tension in my neck is still there and my feet still hurt a bit but Ill be coming back again. I arrived about 10 minutes early and was greeted and checked-in by a nice gentleman. Shortly after, my masseuse came to get me and took me to one of the rooms. The masseuse started with the massage. It was pure bliss. She applied the right amount of pressure and even got on the table to reach certain areas. I loved every minute of it. The massage was followed by a facial. The facial was great. She steamed, cleaned, moisturized, and massaged my face. However, she didn't do any extractions like I had hoped. I was really looking forward to it, too. The final service was the body scrub. She took me to the shower room and gave me a towel, shower cap, and a disposable underwear. She scrubbed my entire body from my neck to my toes, rinsed me, then dried me with a towel. Having never gotten a body scrub service before, I didn't know what to expect but I wasn't expecting to be bathed like a child. Lol. I appreciated that this was not a popular time as I have never been here before. After you check in, leaving either your ID or credit card for your locker key, you get a towel and directed to where everything is. You can get more towels if you need them. Let me get this out of the way... This isn't the place for the shy. No street clothes or underwear or shower sandals in the spa area. Yes. Your barefeet on the floor. I had to suck it up and deal. It's really a non issue. You can wash your feet all you want after you get home. The towels are long enough to wrap around as you traverse the different zones and you don't have to unwrap yourself in the spa areas but some guys will be so do not be surprised. If you're reading this, you should know what a male body looks like. Anyway of this writing, Feb 2017, some of the shower areas are not working. I was told they are going to do renovation so hopefully that comes together soon. There's two other shower rooms with steam rooms adjacent. The shower and steam room by the lockers gets hotter than the one on the back. These are also tight spaces so you may not be able to "man spread" as much as you like if there a lot of guys in there. I'd say maybe 5 people can fit in the front steam room, if that. The showers are communal and minimal. Really hot water too. They have soap you can use. You may want to bring some deodorant if you plan on doing other things after you leave here however. I started in the charcoal room which was pretty nice. I liked the salt room with the two deep clay ball pits best. It got really hot and I was able to get a good sweat there. The other ball room was nice too but not as hot, not a bad thing if you get over heated easily. But that's OK too because I think the hidden gem here is the cold room. It isn't humid and it feels really good to dry off in a cold room. The other room, I don't recall the name but the one next to the cold room with the double doors was spacious and warm with plenty of spaces to sit. There are recliners to watch a large TV and free cold water from a dispenser. You'll want to rehydrate with the sweating. Heated floors are throughout so you'll always be comfortable. I enjoyed my peaceful few hours here. It was very relaxing and a good escape. As mentioned before, the place is clean and there were no bad smells. It definitely smelled better than the popular west costal branded fitness chain suanas and steam rooms. So from the older reviews I'd say they are improving things here. This place is no frills as far as what they offer compared to the other Korean spas in the area but I thought the low amount of customers during my visit, feeling comfortable around the clientle, offsets the price and no pool. It was all positive. So if you want to really chill out and relax, go on Sunday evenings. 5 Starring to balance out the negative reviews.
