This is the best practice in Atlanta. Dr. Bianco, his nurse, Kayla, and his his Office Manager, Eileen, have all helped me personally and professionally over the past couple of years. I am a burn patient that requires lots of medicine, expertise and general care. It often changes depending on what I'm feeling that week or even that day. Kayla never hesitates to respond to my emails and I send a lot of them. She also helps me to navigate my medicaid (since I'm disabled) payments for all these medications. She calls the pharmacy on my behalf to fix it! She doesn't just tell me what to tell them. She and Dr. Bianco also sit down, review my emails and decide what's best for me.
