Dr. Barber found the cause of my problem to be something else entirely and started treating me accordingly! For two years I have been nearly pain-free! I have been able to do more than lay on the couch and cry, writhing in pain! I have found a much better quality of life! Thank you, Dr. Barber! Thank you! To address the claim by the person who was dismissed by Dr. Barber: If you have a history of drug abuse you sort of lose all credibility in your claim. You said in your review, "I've been clean for a while now..." Also, you said, "One good thing about dr barber I guess is he does work with you somewhat if you pay cash..." Not true at all. I have only paid cash once when I forgot my card, and he has been nothing but amazing! I think you're just very angry that you lost your pain medication. As another reviewer pointed out, you should be more careful of the company you keep! I would never be friends with people who sell their pain medication and do drugs! NEVER! Especially if I needed pain medication to function and do simple, normal everyday activities. Common sense is not so common! Amena G.

But he doesn't like to listen I had some issues with some so-called friends of mine outside of his clinic and just because they ganged up on me and called him and told lies on me saying that I was doing all this horrible shit when they were the ones that were doing it I am the one that got dismissed from his practice and when I tried Explain to him what had happened he wouldn't even listen to reason he wouldn't listen to anything I had to say he just automatically believe these random people on what they said and dismiss me from his practice I know many people that go to his practice that sell their pills and they don't care he never calls in for a pill count so it's not like they ever get caught but because they called him and told him that I was selling my pills and that I was doing drugs he dismissed me even though I've been clean for a while and I don't sell my pills but I know that the ones that called in on me I know they sell their pills I know that for a fact the only reason they called in on me was because we were having personal issues and they knew that they they could get to me by calling him and all it took was all four of them calling him and now I'm dismissed from his practice but that's OK because I will be filing a lawsuit so think twice for your Dr. Barber's office because all it takes is one person to call and tell lies on you and he'll dismiss you no questions asked he is so unprofessional lazy inconsiderate the only thing good about his office is Miss Tia upfront because she is the sweetest one that's there and the nicest. One good thing about dr barber I guess is he does work with you somewhat if you pay cash

This doctor is exceptionally conceited and rude, and he seems to have some sort of paranoid illicit…read moredrug use agenda. I had the misfortune of having this man as my hospitalist during a recent hospital stay. I was sent by my own primary care physician by ambulance to the emergency room and was admitted as an inpatient. I was very sick. My husband was unable to be with me every day at the hospital as he was also sick. IT WAS THE WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE. While by myself in the hospital room my second day there, this man burst through the door, and handed me a business card with his full color photo on it. He then accused me of using multiple illicit drugs, which I do not use. He also accused me of taking blood pressure medication, which I do take by prescription along with 2 other drugs that I take by prescription. When I attempted to speak with him, he yelled at me that I was a liar. "YOU ARE LYING!" I was trying to tell him the medications I take by prescription. He would have none of it. I was alone except for this man, and I was very sick. I did not attempt communication with this man from that point forward. Scared the living daylights out of me. I promise you, had my husband been well enough to be present at the hospital with me, this never would have played out this way. The following day Mr. Chaltry hid outside my room and had another doctor come in to question me if I used these illicit drugs. Ridiculous, unprofessional behavior by a so-called doctor. By the way, this man is an osteopath. After several days I was discharged to go home. My labs were worse on the day I was discharged than they were when I entered the hospital. I was having a severe allergic reaction to the medication he gave me (which was on my list of allergies). Oddly enough, Mr. Chaltry sent me home with exactly the same meds I had been on when I first came into the hospital. So, I guess he was simply too insecure to admit he was in error when he accused me of being an illegal drug user, or he simply isn't intelligent enough to check for false positives. Days later when I saw my primary care doc, he told me that no one ever called to consult him even though he was the doctor who sent me to the hospital. I returned to the hospital the following day and was once again admitted because my condition had worsened. Luckily, I drew another hospitalist the second go-round. This doctor was intelligent enough to question the prescription drugs I take, and we found that the illicit drug use accusations came from false positives created by my prescription intake. My second stay was approximately a week, due to the severe damage caused by the allergic reaction to the meds that Mr. Chaltry had me on while I was his patient. My health care was extremely poor with Mr. Chaltry. I would refuse his services if I had it to do over.

I…read morehad been to so many different Urgent Cares and doctors and none were able to give me a diagnosis along with needed medication to assist me. In October, I was referred to Dr. Greenstein. In my initial appt with him he spent so much time with me going over everything I have been dealing with and essentially told me that until he looked inside my bladder himself he couldn't give me a definitive answer. That alone made me trust him and I scheduled my cystoscopy. The day of my procedure, the doctor was running behind however I could only see that as a silver lining that tells me that when it's my turn for the procedure, Greenstein is going to take as much time as he needs to get the answers he's looking for. My operation went smooth with ZERO issues and I finally received a diagnosis after years. Greenstein went over the treatment and medication options and scheduled a post op routine appt to be done prior to Halloween. Well, I ended up breaking my knee cap and not being able to do the follow up. I had knee surgery in November. Just before Christmas, I was have an IC flare up with my bladder and contacted Advanced Urology. I was connected with Samantha who worked with so much compassion and speed to relay my concerns to Greenstein and follow up with me timely. With their help they prescribed me the two medications that greatly helped with my IC flare up symptoms and because of Dr. Greenstein and Samantha I was able to get through Christmas and New Years without any IC bladder flare ups/pain. I am beyond thankful for everyone at Advanced Urology specifically Doctor Greenstein as one of his PA's Samantha. Thank you everyone for working with compassion, respect, kindness, empathy, and knowledge!
