These people are angry that you're even there, and it's evident as soon as you walk in the front door. They provide masks and insist you wear them the entire time there. Emily, the nurse who took my vitals and history was another person with a warm personality and nice professional approach to the tasks at hand. My visit with the nurse practitioner, Colleen just blew me out of the water. Pleasant, quick to grasp what I was asking for and even faster in meeting my needs. The whole place runs smooth as silk and after working 45 years in healthcare, I am usually NOT impressed. But, wow, I think I have found my go-to urgent care for the future.
