It just so happen to also be the weekend that they were celebrating their 3rd Anniversary and the price incentive to attend classes was pretty sweet - gratis. Along with classes, there were discounts on various packages for workouts. I purchased a shirt to show my support and appreciation. Upon arrival, they have a way of making you feel like family. I received a cheerful welcome back at check-in. I received a quick reminder of where everything was - towels, restroom, lockers and my assigned station. Ron was there as well, he even gave me a quick recap on the equipment. The classes that I attended were attended were Saturday and Sunday, both at 10am. The first battle truly was getting out of bed early on my vacay go work out. Saturday class was taught by Aimee and we had a live DJ. Sunday was split between 2 Instructors - I don't recall their names. I was probably too busy trying not to fall on my face while running on the treadmill...my legs were sore from Saturday. The workouts were good both days and both days I started on the treadmill. Perhaps next time I'll start with the weights to give myself more time to wake up before attempting to run. I am happy to see that Shred 415 is still around thriving. I'd definitely go back...I'm just not sure when. In the meantime, I recommend checking them out even if it is just to try something new or you're visiting the area.

I have taken a variety of classes with Kolleen, Sara, and Matt and every class is scalable regardless of where you might be in your fitness journey. I have yet to see dust on anything. Cleaning spray bottles and towels are provided to every member during the class and cleaning is required after each use of equipment and announced by the trainers. It is a small group setting (personal training is offered and classes have 4 members to 12 members depending on the class), so I feel comfortable working out even during a pandemic. There are also restrooms and 2 showers available in case you might need to get ready post workout. This is not the kind of gym where you walk on the treadmill for an hour and blindly figure out what equipment to use. If you're looking for a big box gym for $29 a month, this is also not the place for you. We scheduled with TANYA CAREW out of the Cumming Aquatic Center. Our child had 9 lessons before Tanya stopped showing up. On what was supposed to be day 10, she sent 6 kids home because the capillary refill at the heel was too slow meaning they were too cold and couldn't stay in the pool. The next day she text after our child's lesson was supposed to have started and said she was cancelling lessons because "they are having lessons today". Odd, as I know there are supposed to be lessons... my kid has one scheduled. She is double booking her time. I asked about make up lessons. No response. The very next day she no call no showed. Parents & their kids were showing up all morning and being told no one had seen the instructor. The next day of lessons, a text came in mid-morning saying she wasn't feeling well. At this point we are just getting scammed. ISR has been contacted and we requested a refund but each instructor is an independent contractor so their hands are tied. They can't do anything. TANYA CAREW finally answered us 5 days later saying ISR has a strict no refund policy and she wouldn't be refunding us. She again gave no options for rescheduling, making up lessons missed or refunding us for the time our child wasn't in the pool. She referred us to a different instructor and stated she wouldn't be paying her either so we would have to fork out another $1,000 to get our child started with them. I have heard positive feedback from other co workers and parents who put their children through ISR in Buckhead but I would steer very clear of Tanya and Cumming.

WG Aquatic has figured out we mostly prefer oxygen to chlorine, and their fresh air system (not the official name) works. Spacious shower/changing rooms and roomy pool decks allow you some elbow room, and the upper-deck stands give spectators a great vantage point to see their favorite swimmer shave a second off that PR. The secondary pool area is a little warmer and gives space for personal workouts while the main lanes are hosting team practices. And regardless you'll have year-round swim options here. If we didn't live in the hinterlands across the city, we'd enjoy frequenting for water adventures.

Dog friendly and great for hiking alone or in a group, I highly recommend visiting the park in the evening. Trail #1 goes under Highway 400, so does get a bit noisy. Trail #2 goes through the Hewlett Lodge Visitor Center and is a good spot to picnic and take breaks. Each trail is about 3 miles to & fro and take roughly an hour or so each to complete them. There are no restrooms in the Island Ford Unit entrance so plan accordingly if you enter from that entrance. Parking is $5/day or free with the Annual pass or America the beautiful pass. That said, we've only scratched the surface. With so many trails still left to explore, it feels like we've only had a taste of the adventure waiting here. We also had the chance to tour the lodge, which was a fascinating stop. It shared the history of the site in an engaging way and offered interactive exhibits that were perfect for kids. It added an extra layer of fun and learning to our visit, making the experience even more memorable. Overall, it's a fantastic spot for hiking, family outings, and reconnecting with nature. We're already looking forward to coming back and experiencing more of the trails and activities we didn't get to this time.

My name is Venka and this is my success story. 8 months ago, I was in the worst health of my life. I was taking at least 5+ different pills and insulin injections for my type 2 diabetes. My blood sugar was constantly in flux during the day and night to the point that I constantly was waking up due to blood sugar spikes. I weighed 280 lbs at 6'1" and was always lethargic and out of energy. I couldn't go out without having to constantly monitor my blood sugar. The worst part was that I could not enjoy my time with my family because I always felt miserable. I went to help my son move out of his apartment and was unable to help him because my blood sugar kept crashing. I will admit that the prices appeared too high at first, but I decided to give it a try. I ended up signing up for 8 stretches a month. The schedule is fairly convenient, and it was easy to book appointments using the App. The sessions last 30 minutes. You can decide to have your upper or lower body stretched during each session. You can also combine two sessions if you want a full body stretching over 60 minutes. I have found that the male practitioners provide a deeper stretching experience. If you decide to sign up, I would highly suggest scheduling a session with Quon Foote. He's the best. In terms of overall results, I feel lighter, looser, and more relaxed than I did previously. I've been able to improve my flexibility and even develop some muscle definition over time. If you're looking to reduce stress and take better care of yourself, then I would definitely recommend trying the Stretch Zone in Roswell. Cheers

Your son (i believe but i may be wrong) was also incredibly rude on the phone when genuine issues were expressed.. and there was complete disregard from you in your diagnosis which were completely off the wall and wrong by any medical standard sadly... which resulted in my friend going to the hospital based on false data presented by you... I apologize if this review is damaging but when it comes to people's health i don't think you can be playing around and diagnosing people with serious illness based on information you clearly don't understand or have education in... its just plain dangerous.
