So if I no longer live in the area and can't recoup my credit then Palm Beach tan just keeps "Your" money. We thought she might just be another customer when we showed up for our first visit and had to wait 10 min for another employee to walk up front. Seriously, this Bonnie chick just completely ignored us and continued her personal conversation. The beds here do the job but they have some age on them. There's no body fan (only face fan), you can't cut your face light off (so you get to suffocate under a towel if you don't want your face tanned. Fortunately we were slightly familiar with the process because there's precious little assistance or direction to be had here. This is a decent place to go if you live close but don't go out of your way. Customer service is iffy (non-existent if Bonnie's there), beds are older without features and you absolutely don't want to visit if you're a newbie.

It just so happen to also be the weekend that they were celebrating their 3rd Anniversary and the price incentive to attend classes was pretty sweet - gratis. Along with classes, there were discounts on various packages for workouts. I purchased a shirt to show my support and appreciation. Upon arrival, they have a way of making you feel like family. I received a cheerful welcome back at check-in. I received a quick reminder of where everything was - towels, restroom, lockers and my assigned station. Ron was there as well, he even gave me a quick recap on the equipment. The classes that I attended were attended were Saturday and Sunday, both at 10am. The first battle truly was getting out of bed early on my vacay go work out. Saturday class was taught by Aimee and we had a live DJ. Sunday was split between 2 Instructors - I don't recall their names. I was probably too busy trying not to fall on my face while running on the treadmill...my legs were sore from Saturday. The workouts were good both days and both days I started on the treadmill. Perhaps next time I'll start with the weights to give myself more time to wake up before attempting to run. I am happy to see that Shred 415 is still around thriving. I'd definitely go back...I'm just not sure when. In the meantime, I recommend checking them out even if it is just to try something new or you're visiting the area.
