History

Established in 2011.

Inspired by his own 80lb weight loss journey, Stephen Box become an ISSA Certified Fitness Trainer in October of 2011. He would spend the next several years working with clients in-person both one-on-one and in small groups. In 2015, Stephen realized that he needed to add nutrition coaching to his services and became a Precision Nutrition Level 1 Nutrition Coach (PN1 Nutrition). In 2017, Stephen became a Online Certified Trainer and moved his business 100% online. In the years since, he has added certifications as a PN2 Master Coach, ISSA Specialist in Sports Nutrition, ISSA Transformation Specialist, ISSA Elite Trainer, and a sleep, stress management, and recovery coach. Most recently Stephen earned his National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach certification through the National Board for Health and Wellness Coach (NBHWC). Today, Stephen coaches clients all over the world with his virtual coaching programs and is also the host of the Unshakable Habits podcast.

Inspired by his own 80lb weight loss, Stephen Box is a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC) who has dedicated over a decade to helping others achieve deep health. Stephen also holds certifications as an Elite Fitness Trainer, PN Level 2 Master Health Coach, Online Fitness Trainer, Sports Nutritionist, and Sleep, Stress Management, and Recovery Coach. With his virtual coaching programs, Stephen works with men all over the world to help them break free from their old habits and create a better life for themselves and those around them.
