Despite having a valid payment method on file and never receiving regular billing statements, my appointment was suddenly cancelled for a minor outstanding balance--without warning or clear policy shown to me in any paperwork. When I questioned these practices and asked for transparency, my emails were labeled 'abusive' and 'hostile,' even though I never threatened anyone or used inappropriate language. Instead of addressing my concerns or providing documentation, the provider terminated services and threatened me with legal language for sharing my negative experience. Patients deserve honesty, consistency, and clear billing--not to be punished for asking fair questions about their care. If you value transparency and ethical treatment, look elsewhere.

I had a psychologist recommend seeking out an EMDR therapist; I had never tried EMDR, and was willing to give it a chance because of hitting what felt like the same wall over and over. With Chelie's support and guidance I have finally found my way over that wall and onto the next steps of my recovery. I am so grateful for her professional yet empathetic approach.
