Self-care at its best!…read more There is nothing like a Japanese Head Spa to exhilarate your scalp and leave your hair feeling like silk. Add the mini facial massage (Deluxe package) and you have a 75 minute golden ticket of self-care. Just Relax Massage and Spa, in Spring Hill, is nested in an office park just off Mariner Road. Its spa like interior is quiet and easy on the eyes. I was really happy to see that as too many spas, in the area, are a sad attempt at what a spa should look like. A spa experience is for the body and the spirit and Just Relax Massage and Spa recognizes that. My appointment was with Jasmine and she greeted me at the desk,I filled out paperwork and she escorted me to the room for my Head spa and mini facial. Calming spa music was on the speaker, and she shared how the process would unfold and ensured me that everything, from the temperature of the heated table, the water, and the room was easily adjusted to my needs. Jasmine began with the mini facial and it was heavenly, especially the hot towel wrap, she then began with the head spa and it truly was heavenly. The lotions and potions used was such a treat and I could feel the nerve endings in my scalp do a happy dance. Half way through she then worked down my neck, across my shoulders and to my finger-tips with a massage. She then returned to my head massage, another shoulder massage and then finished up with the last half of my mini facial. I was a happy puddle when she helped me sit up. You will leave a head spa massage with wet hair but Relax Massage and Spa provided you with a towel to wrap your head or place on your shoulders as you drive home. Additionally, they provide you with the wide tooth comb used on your scalp during the massage. My face felt as smooth as glass (not bad for 72 years of wear) and my hair was like fine silk after the head spa. I cannot say enough about this experience and am a huge advocate for this type of self-care as it is so good for your mental health as well as your physical health. Thank you, Jasmine, and Just Relax Massage and Spa.

I am pleased to give Massage Healthy Spa on Commercial Way in Spring Hill my wholehearted five-star…read morerecommendation. I have been a regular client for over a year, typically scheduling a two-hour massage every other week, and the quality of care has been consistently exceptional. Carrie (owner) runs a highly professional and first class business, and Sue, who I request exclusively, is an outstanding massage therapist whose skill, experience, and professionalism are evident in every session. What sets Sue apart is her ability to deliver a massage that is not only deeply therapeutic, but also highly intuitive and precisely tailored to my needs. She is exceptionally experienced, has remarkable strength, and knows exactly how to apply pressure in a way that is both effective and appropriate to one's tolerance. When specific areas require extra attention, she addresses them thoughtfully and thoroughly. The results have been significant. I often experience immediate relief, particularly in areas of chronic muscle tension due to a previous achilles injury, and the benefits continue for several days afterward. Over time, I have noticed a tremendous overall improvement. Their pricing is very fair and reasonable ( not cheap but value-added) , especially considering the level of service and professionalism they provide. Appointments are handled punctually, sessions are never rushed, and the entire experience reflects a true commitment to quality care. For anyone seeking a professional, therapeutic massage with genuine lasting benefit, I recommend Massage Healthy Spa without hesitation. It is an excellent establishment, and Sue is truly exceptional.
