Dr Jeff is hands down one of the most genuine and knowledgeable doctors I've ever visited. From the moment I walked in, he treated me with a level of patience and honesty that immediately put me at ease. I came in thinking something might be seriously wrong, and he took the time to walk me through every detail of my X rays, explain what he was seeing, and most importantly, what he wasn't seeing. He didn't try to upsell me on unnecessary visits, didn't exaggerate anything, and was completely straightforward about what was actually going on with my body. My issue ended up being a muscle strain with different levels of tearing, and he explained it in a way that finally made all the symptoms make sense. He pointed out that my spine structure looks great, noted the slight flattening in my neck, and gave me a simple five minute daily exercise to fix it. The way he broke everything down made me feel understood instead of confused, and his honesty gave me so much peace of mind. What stood out most was how he didn't rush a single part of the appointment. He answered every question, walked me through how the injury happened, why the pain came and went, and how muscles behave when they're tight versus warmed up. He adjusted my neck carefully, released pressure that had been building for weeks, and made sure I left knowing exactly what steps to take next. I also want to highlight the entire team working alongside him. From the front desk secretary who greeted me with genuine kindness to everyone else in the office, the atmosphere was welcoming, professional, and organized. I was having terrible back pain and nothing was helping. I've always been Leary of chiropractors because of the "quacks" they get called. Well, they're right. They are back quackers(you're welcome for the dad joke). I wasn't sleeping at night until Dr. Jeff and Dr. Sal started with their wizardry. They don't wear hats, or cloaks, or have staffs, which is quite disappointing, because they should. Since going I have been doing a lot of stuff. I raced Usane Bolt and won, got my wife pregnant while she was pregnant, punched my father in law in the face and made him call me daddy, ate a steak raw, swam with great whites, made s'mores over a volcano, picked up a car, picked myself up because I couldn't reach the top shelf, crossed the Sahara with no water, trained a tiger to sit on command, got my wife to make me a sandwich, dunked on Shaq, swam the Nile, wrestled a bear, drank an egg, put crack in my coffee, and ate at Waffle House. Dr. Jeff and his staff are amazing! We have been going to Canton Chiropractics for almost a year now. It is by far the best around, and I have been to several! Dr. Jeff genuinely cares for his patients and their well being. He is very knowledgeable about his field and natural wellness over all. We feel like we are part of the family when we go into the office! When I went in almost a year ago, I suffered from chronic headaches and lower side pain. This spring I started to experience tension headaches for the first time. The doctor told me I needed massage and to be adjusted, he gave me pain killers but they did nothing for the pain. Lucky for me Canton Chiropractic and Massage opened as early as they could and saw me. After one visit the pain lessened and after two visits it was gone. I can't explain the relief and joy I felt. I started going monthly to keep feeling good. I did a ruck walk and my sciatica started flaring up and he stayed late on his birthday to get me in so I could stand up straight! I had been out of chiropractic care for a long time when I went to this practice. My back was telling me it was time to find a good chiropractor again. The staff at this office are all wonderful. The docs really care and work out whatever is needed to get you feeling better. Even my two autistic children love coming here. They have even worked out a plan to help the kids using low level laser light therapy to help with their autism and my son has really benefited from this. The research on this therapy is pretty amazing. He has gone from pretty much non verbal to really starting to open up. Even speech therapy has not made this much of a difference. After my program with them needed, I never considered maintenance (even though they did suggest it). So after about 8 months I went back in they greeted me like it was only yesterday. They didn't push any extra visits, but did suggest I come back. He offered another X-ray (again not pushing) since it's been so long. I decided on it and a quick review shows my spine and moved back out some. I told them I'd looking into maintenance visits in a few weeks when my schedule leaves off. I also said we'd look again at the beginning of the year and decide if I need more treatments. As usual they were great to work with. I got in a car accident over the summer and came here. My neck and back hurt all the time and I couldn't do anything without being in pain. Each time walking out the door after being adjusted I could feel a difference. I also got regular massages which were wonderful but also made the pain disappear. I've noticed a huge difference ever since I started getting adjusted by Dr. Jeff. He takes the time to truly understand what your needs are and then he explains what the best treatment plan would be. He's also more than willing to adjust treatment plans based on how you are feeling when you go in to get adjusted. Arianna is also super helpful and makes scheduling a breeze! I've been regularly seeing a chiropractor for 25 years. In my past experience, some chiropractor visits could be as fast as 5-10 minutes or as long as 45 minutes. What I love about this place, it's run like a well-oiled machine. It's well-lit, open, and welcoming. The staff is very friendly and my appointments never take longer than 10 minutes.
