When I replied to her text, I got a automatic response saying she was unavailable. I then sent her two emails asking to reschedule my appointment, she never responded to either of my emails. I went to the online scheduler on the web to make an appointment and there was not a Saturday appointment available until December! I went ahead and booked it, but I have a feeling that appointment will probably get canceled too, based on the other reviews I've read here. I'm pretty sure I just got ripped off.
