I woke up one day with a terrible "stiff neck". I was in so much pain that pain killers didn't work. I even thought of going to the hospital until thought long and hard about the bill I would receive. Anyway, I went to Dr. Kratz with no appointment and he treated me. My stiff neck was actually a pinched nerve. I would refer anyone to them. I'm so glad I found them. read more

It's EVERYTHING I need and wanted! No frills, get-to-the-point wellness! I had a pain of 9 (10 being the highest) and walked out at a 5. I don't need a fancy chiropractor w a spa feel experience. Sometimes we just need functionality, personality, and results. And 20 dollar chiropractor is VERY affordable for quality work! Dr. Jordan was gentle and compassionate read more

"You really do get what you pay for." It's $20 a visit only if you do not enroll into the automatic monthly deduction plan. Who is willing to pay $80 for four visits when you can pay $45? It's a no-brainer, right? Enrollment is $45 for four visits a month. Additional visits $12.50. This office lacks too many chiropractic basics to be efficient. In addition to no X-rays being done, it has: No Traction table No Rolling table No Heat No Stem Therapy Most importantly, they have no water in the waiting room for clients. As cheap as water can be. Which is an outrage in 2019! Don't you think? After 5 months of going to this chiropractor, I realized things for me were not getting better. The same routine was done on me over a 5-month period and it was extremely painful. Harrell never tried any different techniques and there are lots of them. I felt like a product on an assembly line at best. It always took 5 minutes or less. Chit-chat was limited and it was all by rote. No genuine concern whatsoever. Some of the staff was nice, others weren't. Once I cancelled my enrollment I never went back, with 3 visits on the books. Keep my balance and buy some cases of water from Costco. Please! Making it affordable does not make it effective, Jordan Harrell, DC! read more

The doctor is nice. However no really happy with the time management, come 15 mins early for my appointment, almost 1 hour after the appointment still waiting. Yeah not happy about that. read more

Best chiropractor I've ever been to! I started going weekly a few months ago and I've never felt better. The staff is friendly and helpful. The doctor is professional, efficient and keeps my pain at bay. Highly recommend. read more

Tell ya what. I'll come back if Dr. Jordan agrees to do the procedure I asked him to do last time. I paid him fair and square, I've only seen two chiropractors in my life, Dr. Jordan was the first. I came asking him to do a very specific procedure that only he has performed on me. Ever. Lower back maneuver that was pretty unique. He acted like he had never heard of it. His answer was basically NO. I tried to get some honest treatment, he balked. If he wants to give me some actual doctoral advice, and maybe give me what I need from him, I'll be happy to come back. I'd even pay double. Hell. I have insurance that paid at least 40 per service back in Woodstock, but the practice required him to actually care. Like, spend more than 5 minutes with a patient. Like, earn the title of doctor. I'm a music teacher. I have spent quite a bit of time ushering student after student in and out through the door just to make money. And quite frankly, it burned me out and made me hate my job. If you don't care, your patients/students don't care. And you just end up being a no-nothing republican capitalist. Take take take, don't care about the source of the money or the needs of the patient. Everybody has the right to be who they wanna be, but denying a former patient the treatment they've asked for is pretty low. And pretty dishonest. I get what $20 Chiropractic is all about, and why this business won't accept my insurance. Any fool with a few lab hours could work for this franchise. The business formula is posted on the wall for Pete's sake. Look around next time you are there. It's because the practice isn't professional, isn't patient-focused, and is leeching off of an uninformed community of unknowing customers. QUACK PRACTICE. DONT BELIEVE THE HYPE. read more

This was my first time ever going to a chiropractor and it was an interesting experience. I recommend going 20 minutes early since you're required to watch a video before. After being placed in a room (which was slightly outdated) it was only a couple of minutes until Dr.Jordan came in. I was in and out within 10 minutes. I will say it all felt very rushed. From the time I first got there to leafing was around 30 minutes yes over 10 people were in and out in that time. I would say that if you're looking for a very personable chiropractor this may not be the place but for the price it's definitely worth it-and they take HSA. read more

Great doctor. Hours change too often. Monthly subscription is well worth it.

I go here often for adjustments since I have chronic back issues. I highly recommend Dr. Katz. He doesn't use any special mechanics within the table, he simply uses his hands. Waiting times if scheduled ahead can be anywhere from 5 minutes to 20 minutes depending on how busy. They also have different payment plans for repeat customers. read more

Originally I was at the Crabapple location. All was great until the guy didn't show up one day and the office was closed with no notice. Then it permanently closed without notice. I was transferred to the Alpharetta, again with no notice- found out after trying to cancel. I went a month or so without cancelling and when I tried to cancel, they wanted me to come in, driving 30 minutes or more to sign off on canceling. Who has time for that? Buckhead location is decent but they're billing practices need work across the franchise. read more

I had the absolute worst experience with this company that I have ever had. The adjustments I had for an injury were fine. There is no way to know if it was the adjustment or my injury that had me passing out from pain two days after my first adjustment. That being said I needed a few adjustments within a month to get back on my feet. I paid for their multi-adjustment monthly plan. Then after my final appointment of that month the chiropractor said I wouldn't need to be seen for a while. I told reception that I wouldn't be coming back for a while and that I won't need any appointments in the near future. The receptionist said okay and then sent me on my way instead of telling me that there is a release form that I need to sign to stop my monthly plan. When I noticed the reoccurring bill (months later unfortunately), I immediately called and asked why I was being charged still. They told me I had to come in to their office to sign a release form to end the plan. I couldn't make it in for about a week then when I got there I asked if there was anything to be done. They of course said there was nothing to be done. I filed a claim to which they wrote up FAKE appointment dates and times on the first of every month on a document that they submitted (not sure if that's legal). I can prove this because one of those dates the office was closed! I was paying $69 a month for a service I didn't know they continued against my wishes for over 4 months! Be very careful with your money and pay attention to your documentation if you go here please! I can't stress that enough. read more

Dr. Kratz is awesome!!! He is so excited about his patients and what he does. He is the first of my doctors to actually listen to all of my problems and genuinely seem interested in me. He even pieced together parts of my medical history that I didn't think we're important, and he figured them out just by looking at my spine. He is very knowledgable and very experienced. He is also very efficient; my girlfriend and I both got adjustments that made us feel better immediately in less than 15 minutes. This is the first time in years that my girlfriend doesn't have a headache, and we both feel so energized and refreshed! We can't wait to go back!!! read more

I found $20 Chiropractic when I had serious shoulder problems. I had already paid big bucks to get a massage from an "ex falcons therapist" and seen a doctor who prescribed me steroids with TERRIBLE side effects. Went here and was right as rain! Have been a couple times since with great results. Now I have been suffering with sinus pain and migraine for two days and I feel great after my appointment today! Would definitely recommend to anyone because this place rocks! read more

Don't judge a book by its cover! Just because it has "20 Dollar" in its name doesn't mean subpar quality. Dr. Charles Kratz is excellent! My wife had been seeing a different chiropractor for over two years, which had been helpful off and on. She was disappointed and was about to give up on chiropractors altogether. But I brought her to see Dr. Kratz and she felt better immediately after the first visit and continued to improve on subsequent visits. So much so that she is now starting to recommend Dr. Kratz to all of her friends! We started bringing our daughter here as well and she said that it has improved her posture and violin-playing. Like most kids these days, she lugs around a heavy backpack and stares down at her phone all day long at school. If your kid does this too, bring them in! They have special pricing for kids. read more

I've toyed with the idea of whether or not I should even write a review for this location. Not keen on long reviews or negativity but if you are familiar with back spasms you'll understand my frustration. **This review is not based off of the experience with the doctor** I have a chiropractor but she's not open on Saturday and of course horrible back spasms occurred Friday night. I initially thought I'd have to go to the ER but common sense kicked in and I immediately started researching chiropractors in my area and based off of fellow yelpers, I was drawn to two. I called both- one I had to leave a message for and hope for a return call and the other being the location in Norcross- perfect because it is right on the corner of where I live. I found that the doctor would not be in until Monday which I understood but knew I couldn't wait because I could barely walk. I looked on yelp again and decided to call the Alpharetta location even though it's 25 minutes away. I was told the appointments were booked for the day "but come in around 1:00pm. We can't guarantee how long the wait will be but we can get you in as a walk in. We don't close until 2." Around 11:50, I received a call back from the other chiropractor- they were available too but I let them know I had already set arrangements with the Alpharetta chiropractor to accept me. When I arrived at 12:40, I was coldly turned away. I let them know I spoke with someone (name starts with V) who told me to come around 1 (the younger girl at the desk was who I spoke with). I could have even come earlier but I was following directions given. I was again denied service. I felt the familiar growing stabbing pain. We left calmly and quietly. I sat in my car and tears just flowed- oh the pain! I knew other chiropractors that are open on Saturdays closed by noon and the chiropractor that did want my business was closing at 1:00pm- they of course were by my house 25 minutes away. I regained my composure and called the office. I was nice. I explained my disappointment. I told her I didn't do it inside because it would be unprofessional on my part. I didn't ask for or expect exceptions or pity, I do expect professionalism. I was clearly in need when I limped in and if a mistake was made, attempts could have been made to correct it. Even offering to set an appointment for the next business day would have been appreciated. She was just as cold as in person. I acknowledged that she didn't care, bid her farewell and expressed my desire for her to have a nice weekend. I didn't choose this chiropractor based off of price, I was looking for good service and availability for my needs. This location did not provide that and does not deserve nor will it receive my patronage. I'll assume based on previous reviews that the doctor is a 5 star chiropractor at an inexpensive rate however I'll continue to pay more to receive quality service from the entire staff. read more

$20 chiro has poor billing practices - signing up for their plans are not consumer friendly - very unreasonable termination policies. Beware - don't do it! read more

just found out by looking at my bank statement that they have been taking out $54 for the past 3 months that I did not agree to. and when I went to the office to ask why, they told me I was wrong and they wouldn't reimburse they money that they have stolen from me. thieves and liars. read more

I don't know what is going on in the Alpharetta location. I have been trying to call this office since 9am this morning. No answer, no return phone call, nothing. I've only been to this location once but this is no way to run a business. If you are having back pain you might want to go to an office that will be there when you need them. BEWARE!! read more

Doctor is great but they lie on the billing. I signed up for the 3 month plan in December, used 4 visits in December and came for my first one in January and they told me I had to pay even though I have 4 visits for the month of January available. Do not recommend using them as they con you into paying them more money. read more

Dr. Michael J. Duckett and Dr. Kratz are absolutely the best chiropractors I have ever seen!! I started off seeing Dr. Duckett at Hickory Flat, but he retired from practicing and now I see Dr. Kratz in Alpharetta. They both have made such a huge difference in my life. I was actually about to have to take a leave of absence from my massage career, but they saved me from having to do that. Some people are skeptical of the price, thinking How can you get good chiropractic care for only $20? I will admit, that's what I thought as well. However, after much research & reading many reviews, I decided to see for myself. I am so glad I did. It really is only $20/visit, or even less with the monthly plan offered. So, they are extremely affordable, and, as I previously stated, the best chiropractors I have ever seen, and I have seen many over the years. They really listen to what you have to say, and do what it takes to properly adjust your entire body. The adjustments are very thorough and professional. I highly recommend Dr. Kratz (and Dr. Duckett, but since he is no longer practicing you can't see him for adjustments!) I trust him with my entire family, including my toddler! read more
