I had a serious and painful injury and turned to GA Chiropractic for help... My appointment was for Thurs Feb 23rd 530pm and was the ONLY patient in the office with an actual appointment, as verified by Melissa the office administrator. I sat PAINFULLY in the waiting area for OVER an HOUR and was never seen. I finally LEFT having NO INDICATION of when I would seen. I asked if there was any priority given to patients with APPOINTMENTS and in PAIN....and got a standard unapologetic answer Melissa later called to ask if I wanted to come pick up my co-pay or just have it mailed to me...Wow...no call by the doctor to attempt to retain a patient? I first went to Dr LeCroy back in 2014 when I hurt my back and was in severe pain. He did a diagnosis and treatment the first day I visited and within a few more visits I was totally healed. He is very knowledgeable and knows what he is doing. I did not need another adjustment until Dec 2020. I was having back pain again and did a walk in visit. He checked me out and in no less than 3 seconds he told me what the problem was. In another 3 seconds he had me re-aligned and up with no pain. It was magic! So hopefully I will not need to go back for another 6 years. The thing I like about his practice is there is no pressure for return visits-you come when you need him. He's knows exactly where to adjust to relieve pain. I had pain in my right ankle and told him that. He looked at my legs and adjusted my left ankle instead of my right one and told me to stand up. What do you know??? My pain was gone!!!! Who else would see that my left ankle was out of place causing pain in my right one. Amazing doctor and a great staff behind him. I have been going to Dr. Lecroy for 5-6 years now. I was the skinniest mover you've ever seen, and that took its toll on my back. He pinpointed the trouble spots before the x-ray, but confirmed it with the x-ray. He has an instinct for healing the spine, and he genuinely cares. After being a mover, I began work in an HVAC warehouse. When I hurt my back, Dr. LeCroy quickly fixed me again. All this time I was in school and paying out-of-pocket. Dr. LeCroy worked with me on paying to insure that I got the care I needed. This past weekend I messed my shoulder and neck up pretty badly. Dr. LeCroy left his house, on an off day, just to help me. I have tried 3 different chiropractors over the last 3 years with some improvement. I was recommended to DR Charlie from a friend who said he was the best. I decided to try him for a month and see if he was any better than the other DRs I have tried. He was the answer to my prayers and was by far the best. He found all of my areas where I was out of alignment without me having to tell him and adjusted me like no other chiropractor has. I am no longer experiencing any pain or headaches. I've been there a couple times and had to wait about 30 minutes each time to be seen. Dr Charlie LeCroy is a very fast talker and tries to get you out of there too quickly. The receptionist is very friendly when signing in. Once they know you have good insurance then "BINGO" they want you to come in several times a week! When you talk to Dr LeCroy it feels like he "hears" you but not "listening" to what you say. If you have a problem and speak to the office manager don't be surprised if she tries to get you off the phone quickly. The office has a very "different" way of billing....beware! read more

I have used Georgia Chiropractic for 1 1/2 years and have had very positive experiences with Dr. Charlie and the entire office team. I have never had to wait longer than 10-15 minutes with or without an appointment, and usually barely even sit down before being called back. I have acute and chronic neck, shoulder and back pain, and the team has treated me with physical therapy exercises, massage, and adjustments, with great success! Dr. Charlie and the other chiropractors are always receptive to any questions or concerns that I have, and go out of their way to show caring and compassion. I will say that their practice is nice and if they were ever open I could probably give a higher rating. However, a chiropractor is usually dealing with clients who have pain. Pain isn't something you can always wait to have taken care of. Like today, I am in pain and cannot feel my right arm. I would like to be seen, but they closed at 1:00. WTH? Then they are closed tomorrow. Then the rest of the week are crazy hours as well. Closed on the weekends. Just not professional in my opinion. Lost a customer. read more

Dr. Charlie LeCroy runs his chiropractic office like a cattle shoot. He wants you in and out in the matter of a few minutes. I have always had to wait in the office to get adjusted even if I am the only one in the waiting area. Once I am on the adjustment table, which is in the middle of the office and not in a private room, he will adjust a few things in the matter of 1-2 minutes MAX and then he is done. He will say "let this soak in for a bit - we don't want to do too much in one day" just to not work on you a lot and to get you to come back. Then, if you speak to him before you leave the adjustment table about a couple other items that you are having pain with, he will jokingly say that you are being "high maintenance" or that "he's the doctor NOT you" and then reluctantly will adjust the area that you complained about. Lastly, he will jokingly say "I'm tired of dealing with you" and get you out the door. If you are looking for a chiropractor that listens to their patients, really cares about their patients, takes their time with their patients to make sure that they are fully aligned, and to not make you feel like a burden, than you do not need to go see the Georgia Chiropractic Group at Sixes. I have gone to him for a while believing that my experience would change and it has not. I have actually developed some serious back issues during my visits with him that should not occurred if I was adjusted properly for as long (and regular) as I have gone to him. He should have listened when I told him that certain areas were bothering me instead of brushing it off as if it was another issue. The other chiropractor in the office is nicer and does take his time to meet with you and listen, but he is slowly developing Dr. Charlie's ways. read more

I started visiting Dr. Charlie Lecroy at Georgia Chiropractic almost four years ago. I had severe carpel tunnel in both wrists that had gotten unbearable during our move from Texas. I guess you could say that Charlie and his staff were the first people I met after arriving in Georgia. To be honest, I can honestly say they became friends. For me, the treatment plan was perfect and my symptoms became non-existent over time. For example, if I over use my wrists/arms digging in the garden causing a flare up, I stop by the clinic and Charlie relieves that pain. He is a godsend. On days that I simply need an adjustment, Charlie can pinpoint my pain without even asking. He is one of those people that is truly doing what he was placed on this earth to do. He has a gift and loves each one of his patients and truly misses them when he hasn't seen them for a while.
