I was able to make a very timely new patient appointment for myself and spouse without difficulty with Sherrie. The office has allotted special hours for this and we were able to have private, professional screenings with Dr Aaron that included the x-rays and physicals that were through with care taken to accommodate our joint issues. We returned for our next private appointment for the initial follow up and our first adjustments with both Drs Aaron and Cris. I woke up to a sick kiddo. He had a screaming ear ache. So from 3:30am until it just not TOO early to reach out to Eaton Chiropractic, I was on the edge of taking him to urgent care. I didn't want to pump him full of antibiotics and be sent on our way with two more days of pain and a masked solution. But my kid was in serious pain and I was worried for the safety of his ear. I am so grateful to have had Dr. Cris to walk us through what to do. She recommended about 5 things that we could do to ease the pressure and when the office opened we were able to get in to get him looked at same day. Here is the kicker. He was sad, scared and in a lot of pain. I've been going to Dr Cris for over two years now. I was one of those nay sayers about chiropractic care. I was having issues with my shoulder and wasn't getting anywhere with just taking medication. Absolutely worst staff! I made an appointment and was told that online paperwork needed to be filled out but could not be filled out over phone internet. I asked if I could come by to complete the paperwork ahead of time qnd I was told I could fill it out at appointment. When I arrived there was a long wait to be acknowledged and multiple people were scheduled at the same time. There was one cbiropractor and numerous people were waiting to see him. I was given a laptop to complete the paperwork and it failed multiple times to advance to the next page. Once I finally completed it I was told they needed all the same info in writing as well so I was given paper forms to fill out the same exact info. Once I was done there was a long wait while they saw person after person so they stuck me in a room to watch a video. After I watched it they took a picture of me and told me there were four people waiting to be adjusted and then I would be seen. After spending an hour and a half there. I had to leave to go pick up my kids from school. The staff was very rude and unapologetic. They told me they would refund my money since I was never seen but then they charged me anyway. When I called to report that I was charged. The staff member was completely rude and condescending and called me sweetie in a snarky tone and didn't want to help me. At first she said there was no record of me coming then she said they didn't take my money. Finally she agreed that they took it and argued with me about the service and said I would have to come down there and show them my account and let them see where the money came out of my balance. She was absolutely horrible. Don't waste your time going there! Chiroprators are a dime a dozen and no one needs to be treated like that. read more

Love...Love... Love this practice and all of the Drs!! I found this office a few years back due to an auto accident. I researched a lot about chiropractic before I choose to give it a try for my pain and have never looked back. To be honest it scared me at first, but once I was hooked I had to learn more. There are so many health benefits to regular adjustments that are possible I had to give it a try for my kids too and who knew that my now teenage son who was diagnosed ADHD and was one meds for years has not been on any and making A's/B's since going to Eaton! Just a few months in we took him off of his pills and there was no difference. Don't get me wrong, he still has his moments, but those happen even with the pills and it is an amazing alternative to a prescriptions that he once took.
