From booking the appointment, appt. confirmations, to being greeted, to signing in, to treatment and catching up. I knew Kelsey from Spa Sydell and so happy she moved to this office! From the moment I walked in, I was blown away by how welcoming and modern the space is. Suzette was super friendly and even assisted me while she was taking a call. It's so sleek and beautiful, and you immediately feel like you're in the best hands. I came in for Botox. The staff made me feel so comfortable and explained every step of the process. The Nurse Practitioner Kelsey (Inked NP) who administered the Botox was not only incredibly skilled but also made sure I understood exactly what was going to happen, which really eased my nerves.
