In my experience the medical staff was very knowledgeable about eating pasterns and portions. By following their advice, I dropped 8 lbs in the first two weeks without feeling hungry, and about 30 lbs overall to date. I learned eating habits that work for me, and my busy schedule. I remember feeling so hopeless and tired all the time. As the pounds came off my energy increased, and I am now wearing jeans that I never thought I would fit into again. Every time I see my coach, I just want to hug her and thank her for giving me the gift of encouragement.

Woohoo! As good as it gets! Found out about this place through Groupon. I am very happy with my…read moreweight loss so far, and think the value is amazing. I'm not trying to get into my itsy bitsy bikini again but losing 25 lbs is realistic. Great staff, really nice to be around even though it was a little crowded with Groupies on my first visit. There are no contracts to sign. I decided to stay on after the Groupon ended in 30 days, and want to be finished before the end of three months. I have A LOT of energy--never had that with a weight loss program before. I can highly recommend this place!

Prime IV Hydration & Wellness - Marietta

I visited Prime IV Health and Wellness in Marietta, GA hoping to feel better through IV therapy…read moreafter reading about the many benefits they advertise online-especially their heated, head-to-toe massage chairs, which they highlight as a central part of the relaxing experience. What they fail to mention is that if you bring a service animal-even one that is ADA-compliant with physician documentation- you may be denied access to those very amenities. From the start, the nursing staff was kind and professional. However, I was placed in a small consultation room for the entire duration of my visit and was never informed about or offered the option to use the massage chairs. I only learned of their existence at the end of my appointment, realizing I had been entirely excluded from what they promote as part of the experience. When I asked about it, I was told I wasn't allowed in the massage chair room because of my service dog -who is fully certified and medically necessary. The front desk staff was rude and dismissive (see attached photo), and when I escalated my concerns to the owner, Christa Williams, she initially offered a $20 discount --the same price customers pay to sit in the massage chair alone. However, when I mentioned that I would still be leaving a review about how I was treated, she rescinded the discount and had her staff charge me the full amount out of spite. Christa Williams even questioned the legitimacy of my service dog, stating that "real service dogs don't belong in bags" - an ignorant and discriminatory comment that completely disregards ADA regulations and the wide range of service dog roles and breeds. Her behavior was not only disrespectful to me, but to the entire disabled community who rely on service animals for their health and safety. Mind you I've have my service dog for YEARS and never been questioned or treated in this manner. It took me calling the police for her to finally acknowledge that what she was doing bordered on theft by deception and services. I will never return to this facility, and I strongly caution anyone with a disability - especially those who rely on service animals -to stay far away.

After a lot of painful poking and prodding, the nurse couldn't get my vein. After the first unsuccessful attempt in my arm, I asked her how confident she was that she would be able to get it to work in my hand. She said she was confident. But she couldn't get it on the following attempts either. Finally, I was unwilling to endure it any longer. I was dehydrated, sure. (Don't a lot of people come in specifically for that reason?) I'm not bad with needles and was doing nothing but cooperating and holding still. This really doesn't inspire confidence when your entire business is administering IVs. I was also never offered the $85 introductory deal that's plastered all over their website, which I had to divulge my phone number and email address to claim. The packages I was offered actually started around $130 (before taxes, tip, etc., I assume). I get it that they make recommendations "tailored" to your needs, but it felt like a bait-and-switch marketing tactic. I hate leaving bad reviews, and I'll grant them a star because the staff was friendly and every business has its off days. I just couldn't quite shake my experience from today. I keep thinking, did I really just hand over my medical info to this place?
