I came to Quest today to get blood drawn for an allergy test. Usually, it's check-in and wait for…read more30 minutes before being seen at OTHER places, but not here! I checked in with a text message and they also have a kiosk inside where you can check-in if you don't have the text message. Phlebotomy Technician Emma came out to greet me within 1-2 minutes of my arrival. She was kind, courteous, and most-importantly- knowledgeable. She had me enter the examination room and have a seat, ran my information and confirmed it all with me, then she asked "are you ready?" I responded, "I don't know. I'm not really sure what we're doing. This will be my first time doing this kind of thing." She explained everything to me and let me know she was going to draw blood. Immediately, I let Emma know that each time I've ever had blood drawn, I have always passed out. Instead of dismissing this, she asked if I would prefer a lying down position during the procedure. I told her, "yes, because I don't want you to have to catch me". We both chuckled, then she explained that they don't catch people here. She showed me to a reclining chair and had me lay down with an ice pack behind my neck. She said the ice pack helps. She also continued conversing with me as we went about the procedure and we talked about how my first time having blood drawn I ended up face-first in a trash can because no one knew it was going to happen and how most of the people that pass out due to blood draws in this office are male. I thought that was really interesting! She also noted that most of the time, the ones that DON'T say anything until afterwards are men who are tattooed up! We both surmised that it must be because they're embarrassed to say anything - especially since this office is mostly comprised of women. Nevertheless, she had me transition slowly to standing up. She checked in with me, watched my color, and made sure I was feeling before sending me on my way. PT Emma was top-notch in my opinion! My visit here was the first time a medical professional took me at my word and even believed me- taking steps to help me not have to pass out! If I could give this office 10 stars, I would! 10/10 service!

I cannot say enough good things. I have a serious fear of blood draws and have been avoiding doing…read moreone for years. I made an appointment and the moment I checked in, they took me back. Emma and Antoine were the ones who took care of me and they did a fabulous job. It was the most painless draw I have ever had and they were seriously so kind. I told them how anxious I was and they made me feel so comfortable and that I was not crazy. So thankful for a good experience and won't be going anywhere else now.

If I could give a negative score, I would. Dr. Thomas is…read moreactually a great doctor. Unfortunately, he is kind of a ding bat and his office is ran by a bunch of unprofessional nitwits. My last visit, I gave them my insurance information since it had changed. I paid my copay for my new insurance. My old insurance had no copay. No biggie. Why is it then, that today I get a phone call saying they don't have my new insurance info because they did not get it from me the last time and they are about to bill me for the full amount? If they didn't get my new insurance information last time, why did they charge me for my copay for my NEW insurance? The office manager, Amy, would not admit she was wrong and kept saying how she made a note in my file that I was to call with my insurance information. Just admit you're wrong, lady!!! Also, my last batch of prescriptions that they sent in for mail order, took forever to complete and I missed a few days of my blood pressure meds due to the fact that I couldn't get them to understand that I needed a 3 month supply instead of a 1 month supply due to costs. They also called a prescription in for meds that I didn't even discuss. I had allergy testing done 6 months ago (which I never heard back info on... they were to consult my insurance company to see if they'd pay for at home treatment and they never did) and they decided to call in a prescription for the Epi Pens I would need for at home treatment.... yet they've never gotten approval from the insurance company?! I ALSO, did a sleep study with them. Instead of getting results from them, I got a phone call from a medical equipment company wanting to sell me the cpap machine. I didn't even know I needed it! The staff is awful. It's unfortunate because Dr. Thomas, even though he is really weird and out there, is a pretty decent doctor. I won't be back ever again though. They've had too many chances to right a wrong.

What a joke of a doctor!!! This doctor needs to give it up. The front office staff is NEVER the…read moresame, it is like a revolving door. The last time I was there, there was an older woman at the front window and she was very rude to a gentleman patient that had an outstanding balance. She did little to help him and made him to feel very disrespected upon his departure. The doctor does little to discuss the reason for your visit, however he does like to speak to ALL the patients and staff like they are in preschool. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL and dim-witted!! I would like to know that my concerns are being addressed and listened to as well, but you will not find that this happens at this practice!! He had enough nerve to come into the exam room I was in with the wrong chart and started to discuss issues that were clearly another patient's and not mine. One of the female staff from the front office had to come and correct him. I would NEVER come back to this doctor and definitely won't be recommending him to anyone I know. On another note, watch your explanation of benefits from your insurance company for this office. They like to bill your insurance for things (diagnoses) this doctor is certainly not addressing with you at your visit, nor is he treating!!!
