Update responsive to Mr. Martin's recent review: As many people do when you can't fall asleep at night, we play on the Internet. I noticed this recent review from someone named Mike Martin. I think if anyone is misrepresenting the facts, it is not David Mesnick. I attended physical therapy with David for almost 2 years. I was told when I made the first appointment that they don't take insurance; I was also told again face-to-face when I was checking out on day one, plus I have seen it on their website. However, for a flat fee of $50 per year, they will help you with the paperwork if you want to file a claim against your policy, but they do not take insurance and they expect payment immediately after their service is rendered. Everyone who goes to PT 360 knows that, except Mr. Martin. What I don't understand, and what makes absolutely no sense, is that when you complete your session, you stop by the front desk to pay. I assume Mr. Martin paid on his way out for each of his five sessions. At a minimum, I assume he knew after the very first session that 1) they don't take insurance and 2) they charge an annual fee of $50 to help you process the paperwork if you want to make a claim against your policy. So why did he, therefore, continue with four additional sessions??? I'm writing this review because I hate to see a good quality business like PT 360 slandered by someone's "misunderstanding," intentional or otherwise. I fail to see why Mr. Martin can't simply own up to the fact that perhaps he misunderstood instead of trying to interfere with a small local business by telling reviewers a bunch of BS and saying, don't go to this business - that's a terribly vicious way to handle what is obviously a misunderstanding on his part and/or a possible problem with insurance forms. David and the physical therapists at PT 360 are exceptional, professional, and ALWAYS gracious (never ever rude). They provide a much more hands-on approach to each patient versus the big orthopedic groups - that's why people continue to go to them even though they don't take insurance. I've used David and Sam, and my mother used Amanda. I can't say enough good things about all of them, as do all of the many unanimous 5 Star reviews on Google. Looking at Mr. Martin's other Yelp review, he enjoys critiquing the businesses he visits and even went so far as to accuse the other business of being "criminal." I'm not sure what his personal issues are, but I recommend that you go to PT 360 and see for yourself. You'll find David to be a soft-spoken gentleman, not the person depicted by Mr. Martin. I'm confident your experience will differ greatly from the one portrayed by Mr. Martin. Please read this entire review to understand why I'm giving this practice one star. Let me start on a positive note and say that Sam Kridl is a wonderful physical therapist. He is knowledgeable, friendly, and very effective. Now, on to the well-deserved negative portion of my review. My physician referred me to PT360, and when I called, I specifically asked, "Are you in-network with my insurance provider, Aetna?" And the staff member told me, "Yes". I went to my first session with Sam, and afterward was told, "It's our policy to charge customers $50 to file your insurance claims." I was caught a bit off guard and said, "Wait a minute, I have to pay you to file claims, for you to get paid?" I've never heard such a thing. At this point, I asked a second time, "Are you in-network with my insurance provider, Aetna?" and was once again told, "Yes!" I did five sessions, asking each time if the previous claim had been filed, and I was assured it was. Well, they weren't. And not only that, it turns out that PT360 does NOT accept insurance. I had met my out-of-pocket for the year, so instead of my sessions being fully covered, I owed 100% of the cost of those sessions. While their mishandling of the insurance was costly and certainly disappointing, that's not why I have written this critical review. I reached out and respectfully shared details about my experience and received the most unbelievably rude and disrespectful reply from PT360's owner, David Mesnick. He told me I had "...misheard or forgot" what their policy was. Furthermore, he said (and this is a direct quote), "We are unapologetic about how we run our business." There are so many great physical therapists in Atlanta. Why would any customer do business with a company that misleads customers and then has the nerve to treat them this way? If you do choose PT360, just know this is concierge therapy, and contrary to what they may tell you, they DO NOT accept your insurance, and you will pay 100% out of pocket. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. If you want further proof of this owner's unprofessionalism, just read his reply, "This man is on Yelp with bald-faced lies and clearly doesn't value the good care he received." Top notch clinic and staff. Not all PT is created equal, PT360 can be trusted for results!

I heard several people praise David Mesnick, so I made an appointment on Jan 6, 2025. Within the first five minutes, Mesnick asked me whether I would be OK with seeing another therapist. That's right, FIVE MINUTES! He did not bother to give me any reason or explanation. I know there are people who dislike me, but none with only five minutes of contact. No, David Mesnick just decided that treating my injury was not worthy of his talents. I would give PT360 10 stars if I could. After visiting another physical therapist and not receiving the results I needed, I was referred here by one of my chiropractors. After one visit with Justin, I was absolutely blown away by the level of care that I received, excellent customer service, and the knowledge he has in regards to physical therapy. My mistake was not coming here sooner. To say these guys are miracle workers would be an understatement. I saw a couple of therapist at this practice (David, Dave, and Sam) all of them are excellent. I came in with tears, needing help recovering from a "simple" knee surgery that didn't heal correctly, this was also after seeing someone else at a different practice for 6 months without getting any results, I came to PT360 and was able to have significant improvements within a week. I will never go anywhere else. My sister and brother-in-law have been going to Sam Kridl at PT360 off and on for many years with great success. My husband was all but crippled with sciatica and after only 3 visits he is going for hours with no pain. He still has a lot of PT in his future but now he knows his life will include golf and we will travel again. At PT360 Sam stays with you the entire hour and you're not in a big room with a lot of other people or being passed off to someone else. For the first time in over 15 years, I am free of daily back pain, thanks to Justin Thomas at PT 360 and the plan he put me on. After having a couple of bad car accidents in my early 20s, I suffered from on and off back pain for years that got a lot worse and steady in my late-30s. I've seen many different physical therapists over the years as well as massage therapists, back doctors, acupuncturists, you name it. I had more than one massage therapist groan when they tried to work on me, saying that they essentially could not fix the underlying issue, and my muscles in my shoulders were so tight that they really couldn't do anything with them. When I had a hip injury a couple of years ago that further exacerbated my pain, I felt desperate to try something else. Dr. Rayden Cody referred me to Justin at PT 360, and I'm so grateful that he did. The first time I saw Justin, I realized he was a different kind of therapist and I was hopeful that I might actually get some relief. He just speaks differently from other therapists - he talks about correcting body patterns and finding better ways to move to find lasting relief. I was using some of my dysfunctions as part of my stability, further aggravating the issues I was having. He gave me stretches to do daily and did hands-on body work that provided virtually immediate relief. And we did some creative exercises on something called "the red cord" that were fascinating and weirdly helpful. One of the differences at a place like PT 360 is you are getting a full 50 minutes with the therapist, one-on-one, and he (or she) tailors the session exactly for YOU. I doubt any two clients receive the identical program. After meeting with him several times, we started to incorporate some strength exercises that I could do, and he recommended I start doing pilates because that is very complementary to physical therapy and helps you safely gain strength and flexibility. After doing a few sessions of pilates, Justin recommended I be "released" from physical therapy and just come back as needed. I - and my wallet - really appreciated that. His goal is to get you better - he isn't just trying to get a bunch of money from you. I haven't seen Justin in his office in a couple of months, but I'm still doing pilates, which is crazy in itself - I never in a million years thought I would like pilates... but I've gained more strength doing that for the last few months than I ever have with another strength training program. It's pretty amazing. And I just feel.... better. And stronger. And like I'm moving in ways that are HELPING my body instead of causing more damage. Some days I still have some residual back pain, and then I'll remember that I've neglected my stretches and will get back to it, which quickly helps. But what a difference to just occasionally realize, "Oh my back hurts today!" whereas my back used to hurt every. single. day. I think it's probably time to schedule another appointment with Justin for a "tune up" and have him make adjustments to my current exercise routine that I do in addition to pilates, but he helped me so much that seeing him on a regular basis just isn't necessary for me anymore. I can't say enough great things about this practice and about Justin in particular, since he's the one I worked with. Yes, it is a little more expensive, but it's just a completely different experience from the physical therapy that you are used to. How do you thank someone who gave you your life back? That is exactly what David Mesnick did for me. At the age of 40 I was working out harder than I ever had in my life.Exercise had always been an important part of my life. When I began having lower back pain I just thought it was a part of getting older. Then after 4 months the pain went from mild to severe and unbearable. I first came to David a year ago today, and had been in severe pain for 6 months. I had been to 4 physical therapists before him. All of them had made me feel worse. Most of them had no clue what was really wrong with me and barely examined me. I came to David with pain in both SI joints and horrible lower back pain. He gave me the most thorough exam I had ever had. I had SI joint dysfunction and a sacral torsion. I was in so much pain I had almost given up hope of ever being normal again. I had not been able to exercise for 6 months because of the pain. But I left that first appointment with him knowing I was in good hands. He was a 3 hour drive for me one way but it was so worth it to get my life back. He used a combination of self corrections, dry needling and various other mobility exercises to help me. He explained to me that my SI joint dysfunction was caused by muscle imbalances. It wasn't easy, and it was a lot of hard work on my part, but slowly I started to feel better and better. I had lots of ups and downs, but David was always encouraging and so patient. As my muscles began to rebalance and I got stronger my pain kept decreasing. It took close to 7 months. Finally I got to 80% pain free and David told me I was ready to go on my own without him. I remember saying to him that I didn't know if I would ever trust my body again. He told me it was time to trust it. I may not have trusted my body, but I trusted him completely. So I did exactly what he told me to. It has taken close to a year but I am now pretty much 100% pain free as long as i do my corrections and stretches. I am back to exercising and recently started a pilates/barre class and lift weights with a trainer and do elliptical. I trust him so much I have taken my husband and daughter to see him. He is by far the best physical therapist I have ever met. I tell everyone about him. His knowledge of the human body and his compassion for his patients make him stand out from other physical therapists. I always told him not all physical therapists are created equal. Amazing service! I sustained an injury from the gym and the pain had me in tears, pT360 was able to fit me in short notice even though I was a first time patient; my physical therapist was David and he went above and beyond my expectations. The treatments he gave me were: dryneedling with e-stim, ultrasound, and he gave me exercises and taught me how to use KT tape, etc. etc... I went several times over a few weeks and I feel SO much better. I'm very surprised at the positive difference in such a short amount of time; David is the best! I can now move through my day pain-free. Also, the front office staff is nice/bubbly and it's very clean there. The dryneedling wasn't crazy painful like some ppl say, David was gentle, put the needles in quickly, he explained everything so I was comfortable and he will check ur comfort levels to see how ur doing. I've seen Justin for headaches/neck pain and post op following a bankart and SLAP repair to my shoulder. He is an excellent clinician and has helped tremendously in the recovery process! I would without a doubt recommend him or any of the other therapists there! Simply put, Dave Mesnick is the best that there is in the Atlanta area. I find myself recommending him all the time to people, and whats crazier is that the PT/Sports Medicine community know to recommend him to you. His reputation speaks for itself. Dave is held in high esteem with the top tiers of those in the ATL sports medicine world. As an athlete I have had numerous injuries over the years. As you get older, your body obviously doesn't work the same way - but to Dave, that wasn't an excuse. He wants to make sure you will be back on your feet and performing how you desire to perform in the quickest time possible. Most recently, I suffered from an injury to my lower back and couldn't find the right help/fit for 2-3 years.
