It's cold and flu season and after a bug my doctor said I was dehydrated so I decided to to WHydrate a chance. Everyone was soo super nice and explained the process and the options. I was led to a private room offered, water and my own tv with Netflix, youtube everything. The nurse Matt came in and in one stick (I have small veins so usually it takes 2/3 times for a doctors office when I give blood) but in one stick a tiny pinch my iv was in. I had a warm blanket, tv to watched was checked on a few times and in 45 mins I felt hydrated and left feeling great! I felt much better an hour afterwards than I did before and it was a good experience. I think I will be back when I'm not getting over illness too try the energy boosters and other options. The injections nurse was on break and therefore the man who took my vitals injected me twice which left my arm bruised and in pain for two weeks. They even had the nerve to ask if I wanted to leave a tip. Moreover I paid for a membership before the injection for the drip and they refused to cancel my membership without me having to pay $200 for the cancellation. Never was there an apology, acknowledgment, concern, nothing. Highly disappointed! I have email trail and phone records of every time I called them. What they offer is nice but the delivery of service is terrible! Tremedy in Sandy Springs is hands down a better experience for drip and other services. read more

I've reversed my review of this place. I had a billing issue that was tough to resolve. They provide a fantastic service. Just make sure you don't fall into the auto-renew trap. You'll be charged $70 a month even if you don't use the service and getting it turned off was more trouble than I had the patience for. The only reason I can't give it a perfect score was because it was so hard to turn off the auto-renewal. I actually drove the 20 minutes up there to do it in person since it didn't take the first 2 times on the phone. I honestly feel like they've saved my life a couple of times. Came in last minute after feeling unexplainably sick and was seen right away. Ended up getting the After Party with a Toradol Injection and a repeat zofran. Staff were so incredibly kind, fun, and a joy to converse with. You can really see and experience how much they love their job. I walked out feeling better than when I came in. The mere thought of willingly having someone stick a needle in me gives me anxiety, and so it was with trepidation that I reluctantly submitted my cubital fossa to the RN. However, I'd heard good things, and had been feeling beat up and run down, so we went ahead and ran the new client special plus glutathione - - - The RN was both fun and professional. She knows her way around a vein, too, because even the most wary patient, namely me, barely felt the initial poke. Then there's a sort of 'taste' of vitamins. They give you pure oxygen to breathe, and a super comfy recliner, and within a few minutes both Susan and I found ourselves laughing and having fun. Afterwards the awesome feel good effect continued for a couple days. It was the first time my knee hadn't hurt in weeks. We are pretty sure we want to sign on for a monthly membership... Who even am I. I'm signing up for a monthly IV. Sheesh. Shizz is good. read more

Have been here so many times and have never been disappointed! The entire staff is always prompt and professional. In addition they have high quality bags and specials every month. Not mentioning any names, but I've been to another place with a so-called similar cocktail for a hangover and it looked very deluded without any B12. Nurse missed my vein completely I immediately knew something was wrong and called then back in becuase it was insanely uncomfortable painful and I got extremely light headed and almost fainted. The nurse said it was just the vitamins causing a reaction and it would subside. She started "flushed it" told me it felt like it was flowing fine but did not aspirate to make sure she drew back blood to verify it was in the vein meaning she felt it flushing into my skin not my vein. She started it again and it was going super slow so I told them to turn it up and it still wasn't draining very fast. My arm stated to feel my heart beat so I called them back in and by the time she came back in my arm was insanely swollen and hard as a rock. The nurse had an IV in herself and told me she was off the clock and would have to get the other nurse. When the other nurse came in she was not at all surprised or anything even said I thought it should be moved but she said it was okay. I told her just to take it out cause it was not pleasant. She was hesitant like my request was not valid. She wrapped my arm and said just leave it like that for like an hour. The other nurse came back in and beyond indecently and disingenuous high pitched said from the door "sorry" and ran off. They rushed us out the door were not empathetic at all didn't assure me I was going to be ok or tell me what to do. They all got very weird and awkward like I was the one who did something wrong. Everyone who worked there had an IV in except the one nurse on the clock. The nurse even commented on how good my veins are and was completely sure it was just the vitamins in the bag not that she missed my vein and my arm was filling with fluid. I used to go get infusions regularly and loved it and never had a problem ever. This was the worst experience in the world and I was lightheaded to the point of almost passing out the rest of the night insanely uncomfortable and concerned for my health. Both nurses and the front desk person working at Kennesaw yesterday at 3:30 should be fired as they were all extremely unprofessional and not empathetic to a medical situation that they caused at all. None of them should be trusted with another persons health ever again. I will never go to another WHydrate and will ensure no one I know ever goes to any of the locations anywhere in the country. read more

I have never had a bad experience at whydrate Woodstock. I need IV fluids regularly and coming here is relaxing and the nurses are great! The recliners, blankets, heat packs, and roku make the experience very inviting. It's the exact opposite experience of going to an ER-long wait times, not feeling validated, not being given the medicine you need. I would definitely recommend this location! read more

This clinic is amazing! I tried the Buckhead location and was disappointed when the nurse was unable to get a vein. I decided to try the Kennesaw location since it's closer and I really wanted to experience IV hydration and Zofran without the hassle and germs of the ER. The nurse Heath was professional, confident, and did manage to get to one of my deep veins on his first try. Blake at the front desk was knowledgeable and experienced and didn't push the membership, which is always a possibility with places that have that option. I appreciated that they also will adjust the dosage of Zofran with my doctor's approval. I'll definitely be back as I can tell my energy level and nausea are much better. read more

Be cautious in joining memberships. I joined a 3 month membership and Whydrate was doing automatic draft I thought for 3 months. I checked my bank account and they have been charging me for several months. I called to ask and was told I have to stop membership and they would not credit me. I have asked for them to show me a contract that I signed stating this. Must be in small print? After my 3 month membership they will continue to charge my account? I always had a good experience during treatment but I did not notice a difference with receiving the services. I lost around $560 read more

I have never been to any hydration center of this kind before. I had become ill from a stomach virus and was very depleted and dehydrated. I considered going to the E.R. Since it was a Sunday. I found wHydrate online and immediatedly made an appointment. I was greeted with a tablet at the door for registration and was back in a room within no time at all. Margaret my nurse explained to me what I would be receiving through the IV and how it would help me. I also had to bring my 2 year old son with me because I had no baby sitter. Margaret entertained him while I was receiving the treatment. When I arrived I felt very badly but half way through the treatment I was already feeling better. I was able to return to work the next day rather than stay at home sick. Thanks again wHydrate and Margaret for the great customer service and experience.
