I'm super disappointed in this company. I've done HRT for years. I decided it would be nice to…read moreuse a local company instead of doing everything by mail. My first appointment was great. Super nice staff. I discussed how I've done HRT for years. They agreed to how I wanted to do the transition...switch each of my meds over as I ran out of the ones I currently have. Get 3 months supplies like I have always done. All seemed great. Called today because one was out. They completely changed their story. Wanted me to come buy all replacement drugs which would of made me have tons of extra prescriptions that would of gone to waste, not to mention having to spend a large amount of money to buy everything at once. I feel like I completely wasted the time I spent there on the first visit as well as the money I had to pay for the blood test. If you're just going for an IV or starting HRT and need to learn how to do it, then it might be fine. If you're experienced in HRT this is not the place for you.
