He is currently working, especially in the Wellness Center part of the practice. The NPs are excellent. I have personally been seen by Jody Nagle, Linda Peabody and Suzanne. I have never had an issue. It can be difficult to get someone on the phone but I can always get a timely response by leaving messages on the patient portal. I have never had any issue with the office staff and have never heard other patients complain. On my neighborhood Facebook page, when a resident asks for a recommendation for a PCP, many besides myself recommend this practice.

I started the treatment back in April at the Sugarloaf location. At first I was scheduled for 3 consecutive visits then there was a week with no available appointments. I started back up first week in May weekly visits throughout May 24th after that there were no available appointments until June 26th. So there was a month with no treatments, a HUGE gap. My treatments should have been completed by the end of June had they been done on the weekly basis. This is how they're supposed to be done in order for it to be effective. So anyway I booked the available appointment on June 26th and few more after that. When I arrived at the new location on Pike St in Lawrenceville I was surprised at how this place looked, the place looked like it was an illegal abortion clinic, the ones you see in a movie. It was just a room with a plastic curtain covering the area where the treatment is being done and two chairs. I got my treatment done that day and the following week. Two weeks later I went back and couldn't get in the building the door was locked. I called the main number which is the number to the Buckhead location, this is the only number to call no one answered and I left a message, waited but no one got back to me. I was not able to get in the building at all. I was so frustrated with my experience already that I finally just gave up completely on Juvinity. I didn't get to finish my 12 treatments it was pointless anyway I wouldn't have gotten the results I was aiming for with all the gaps in between. The place was horrible looking and it gave me an uneasy feeling not a relaxing place at all.
