I booked the basic hydration package. They communicated very well after I submitted my information. Teresa, the provider, arrived at my home at the time she said she would. I have never had an issue. It can be difficult to get someone on the phone but I can always get a timely response by leaving messages on the patient portal. I have never had any issue with the office staff and have never heard other patients complain. On my neighborhood Facebook page, when a resident asks for a recommendation for a PCP, many besides myself recommend this practice.
