When I was dealing with sciatic pain during my last pregnancy, I came and saw Tom, who gave me a prenatal massage that greatly helped relieve the discomfort. His wife works the front desk and manages appointments, and she always has the nicest smile and best demeanor when you walk in. I have never had to wait more than a few minutes for my appointment and they truly give you an hour long massage, not like some places where they charge you at for an hour but really it's more like 45 minutes. The reason for a 10% tip instead of 20% like I normally would is because during my massage the girl stopped to answer the ringing phone (which she had in the room with her) and schedule a massage. Then, a few minutes later the soothing music cut out to a very loud and long Kroger commercial. I've never had a massage where the music was interrupted by commercials. Again, the actual massage technique was good, but having the massage interrupted by answering the phone and commercials was not and then having someone demand a larger tip was not a great overall experience.
