Soo the massage was great however when it came time to pay they immediately asked "how much are you tipping". I responded $8.00 which was 10% for my services . They then asked if I could do 12% and I was just honestly appalled by this because never in my life have I been asked to tip more. Purchased a Groupon. You get what you pay for. This is definitely not a spa setting. There was no aromatherapy. There are only sheets separating each client. The person that was massaging me kept going to the front to assist people coming in. In a span of 10 minutes he stopped at least three times. Also, there was a lot of yelling back and forth between the employees as if you are in a nail salon. I mean yelling in my ear while I'm getting my massage. Extremely rude and unprofessional. The massage here was not up to standards. My masseuse was going way to hard and when I told him to go softer he didn't listen. I was going to try to suck it up and just go with it but by that time it started to hurt. I eventually just told him that I wanted to reduce my massage time. When I told him that he tried to convince me the entire rest of my massage time to go back to the original time. Even though I repeatedly told him no. He had gotten an attitude with me at the end of the massage when it was close to 60 min. I am not happy with my experience here. Be weary of the male masseuse that works here. read more

I love a good foot massage! One of my favorite Self Care rituals. I checked yelp to find an option close to where I was in StoneCrest and noticed this spot. I decided to take a chance, although they had no reviews. The place is in the middle of the mall, so if you're looking for quiet, this ain't it. It's also fairly small. They are also overpriced in my opinion. I got a hour long foot massage for $45, which I usually get for $30 at my other 2 go-to massage places. The massage was ok but not fantastic, & also there was no pre-foot soak, which I also get at my other 2 go-to spots. There were also only two people available for service, which made it difficult when others walked in. I mean, I guess that is where appointments come in, but this is in the middle of the mall where a lot of people will pass by. Another guy came in when my foot massage was over so I requested a 10 min chair massage. That was great. Overall I think they may be a new spot, so I'll give them 3 stars, but they need to reduce those prices & try to provide a more spa like atmosphere. read more

There is one woman massager who is amazing. I usually go for an hour with her. She is amazing. And for her I give 10 STARS. However I went recently and just wanted a quick chair massage. The guy who runs the shop was my masseuse. He was okay, distracted by constantly answering phone, directing staff etc. so when time to pay I gave a 12% tip. He pointed to his sign then said 20%. I said no. He became really upset and I got an attitude after. No usual water or thank you as I left Tips are earned and given as an appreciation of a service performed not an expected rite. I was really taken back as to how he behaved. I come there quite often and always tip well. So much don't know what to recommend. Just I guess avoid him AND prepare to stand your ground on tipping. read more

I will give them -10 stars if I could. When I arrived, it was extremely hot and unpleasant. I tried to push through it because I needed a massage and I pre-paid. I wasn't greeted by anyone as everyone was occupied. I rang the bell and someone came out from behind the curtains and stated it would only take 5 minutes to start. They asked me to take a seat to wait so I did. When I looked over, I could literally see a consumer laying on the table naked. They have curtains that do not fully close. I told my friend, we should leave and proceeded to get up to leave. As we were leaving, someone came out and said no don't leave we have tables ready. I asked them if we could be placed in a room where our bodies would not be exposed. They assured us that it would not be a problem. During the interaction, another consumer walked in and they immediately gave him the room that we were supposed to go into. I mentioned it and they walked behind the curtains and asked him to move to another room. He came out and they asked us to go in BUT the guy was laying on the table and they did NOT change the sheets. My friend then asked them to change the sheets because it was dirty and the therapist started making comments. I know we should have gotten up to leave but against my better judgment I didn't. We got undressed and 2 therapists walked in to start the massage. The rubbed us for 20 minutes with no oil! Dry massage! I had enough and asked them to stop. The manager came in and pleaded with me asking me to let him try. I agreed and the massage was the worst massage I ever received. After the massage, I went to cash out but did not leave a tip. He immediate got visibly angry and said "So you expect me to massage you for free"! I advised them that I was very unsatisfied and he said fine...DONT COME BACK HERE! I stated, No worries sir, I will NEVER and I will also tell anyone how unprofessional and unsanitary this facility is. Do NOT go there! read more

I don't know this place was weird for me. I never knew the massager (which is a guy) could take my bra off for me. I thought maybe that was fine but then he exposed half of my glutes. Idk if this is allowed. I'm not sure what they rules are I just figured It was all apart of massage. He also massaged my inner thighs high up in my groin area. He massaged under my glutes in such a way that my lady parts were opening. Idk if this was a part of the massage or if it was a violation. I wouldn't recommend this place If you're not sure of your rights. He also massaged me very roughly (as I thought this was deep tissue) so I took the pain and when he asked "is that ok" I thought he was referring to pain but it seems as though he was asking permission to expose me more. He hovered over me and his legs were in front of my face as he laid over and massaged my lower waist and buttocks. I don't know if this is part of this routine but I'm not going back. Idk what part of his body was brushing against my hand back and fourth I'm just hoping it was him moving around and not him intentionally having my hands linger around his inappropriate area. He was also trying to persuade me to leave a bigger tip than I was suggesting. Idk how to feel or if this was right but I feel very violated. read more
