It felt very light, almost like a beginner was giving the massage. Definitely not worth the upgrade. 2. The therapist left the room 4 or 5 times during the session. While two of those times were understandable, only once did she clearly explain where she was going. At one point, it seemed like she was more focused on her tip than on providing a quality massage. I'm giving this place 2 stars only because my first visit was truly excellent. However, after today, I don't think I'll be returning or recommending it.

However, working in the legal field, if a male masseuse did this to a female he would be arrested and the salon would have a professional liability claim against them. This is specifically why I asked for shoulders and arms, to stay out the gray area of inappropriate massages. In addition, I didn't like the masseuse attempting to upcharge the services. $10 extra for coconut oil, $30 extra for back scrub, $10 extra to walk on back. I didn't get the full 30 mins either.
