Unfortunately, I won't be returning! A relaxing day at Jeju was messed up by poor customer service here. I came to the salon with my friend; I received a gel pedicure. The employee who assisted me was kind and did a great job, but I didn't get her name. My friend was sat on the other end of the room with Jenny. My friend expressed to Jenny that she wanted a simple gel manicure on her natural nails as she works outdoors with her hands and has never had nail extensions. Jenny argued with her and pressured her to agree to SNS with extensions and didn't inform her of the prices. My friend had no idea what she was agreeing to as she has never had her nails done but was uncomfortable and went along with it. When I finished my service and joined my friend, Jenny was being snappy and rude with her and was pressuring her to take her phone out and leave a 5-star review. She brought it up multiple times. Jenny also looked my friend in the face and asked "Don't you want your eyebrows done today too?". My friend had never mentioned wanting her eyebrows done and this felt insulting. The price was much beyond what my friend had budgeted for. Very unprofessional. read more

I got the pedicure with callous removal and gel nail polish. They were very professional and weeks later my feet are still very soft. My fingernail polish started chipping the first week. I went back and was informed that they gave a three day repair policy that isn't posted anywhere. They did the repair and my nails have been fine for the last week or so. I only went because I was at the spa and had to wait. I'll probably not get my nails done again but the pedicure I'd return for if I'm going to the spa. I booked the Essential Pedicure, which was advertised to include a 5-minute foot massage and an exfoliation treatment. As a personal choice, I do not shave my legs. During the service, the nail technician touched my leg hair and whispered to the technician at the adjacent station. The other technician then gestured toward my legs and made concerned expressions. Following this, my nail technician rushed through the appointment and omitted both the massage and exfoliation. I was deeply disappointed, especially as I seldom indulge in pedicures. I love Jeju and thought I would have a similarly magical experience. The salon is open late, which was the major selling point for me. However, the later you go, the less staff there is. I was there for 3 hours. I got a gel pedicure and gel manicure. I splurged with the pedicure which was nice in the moment. After a day, I took a closer look at my toes and they were all sorts of various shapes and the color consistency varied. My manicure started chipping the next day. They had a sign saying they would fix nails within three days, so I thought I'd be ok to return after my work trip. However, after 3 days, this turned out to be the worst and most embarrassing manicure I've ever had. My nails are more brittle than they've ever been, it looks like I've been gnawing at my nails, and...honestly...lol I thought I found a new place, but the search continues. read more

I hate to be the person that leaves bad reviews on any establishment, but after what I experienced, I felt compelled to. I wanted to get my nails done at this establishment specifically because of how late they stayed open. All other nail salons in my area were closed so I decided to make a 45 minute drive over to get my nails done. But before doing that I called to make sure that they were open. They told me that they will do my nails as long as I arrive before 10:30. I arrived at 9:30 and upon entering, I asked the woman at the front desk if they had time to do my nails. She said yes, but she would have to finish doing the nails of another customer that had arrived first. She told me that it would take 30 minutes and I said that was fine. I decided I would sit in my car for 30 minutes to wait. When I came back, the woman was still getting her nails done. It ended up taking way longer than 30 minutes, but that was fine, these things happen. It ended up taking over an hour. After I had waited for over an hour, she had finally finished a woman's nails. When I went up to her after she had completed the woman's nails, and said "it's too late we're closed." If I would've been told from the very beginning that I couldn't be accommodated, I would not have a problem at all. But what I experienced at Tanzi was beyond unprofessional. They saw me sitting there for a great amount of time and could have told me at any point that they wouldn't have the time to accommodate me. read more

I like to get SNS bc im so hard on my nails with kids and cleaning. The place i was going before wouldn't do SNS on such a short nail but Megan said she would and even put an extra coat on for me. This place is beautiful. The staff is nice they greet you as soon as you walk through the door. Personally I hate when you go to a nail shop and the entire time the staff is talking in there native tongue. This was not the case at Tanzi somewhat. My pedicure was good. The price was average. The service was decent. But my mail service was up charged. I paid $70 for a gel overlay. And I cannot help but feel like they got over on me. I had no designs just a basic gel color and my nails are very short. When the nail tech who did my nails began to give the front desk rep the price breakdown she did so in her language. That was alarming. Because they were talking in English prior to talking about the money. I'll never go back. I wanted a simple gel manicure. They upsold me on the gel overlay and Tried to talk me into ombré soon after but I wasn't going for it. My toes matched the color that I picked but whenever she put the SNS color onto my fingernails it was a completely different color. At best mediocre. The only good thing about this salon is that it is opened on Sunday after 6pm. Other than that services are rushed and done incorrectly. On my French tip SNS manicure, the lady cut my finger tips because she was rushing. She did not give me a clean cut on my cuticles. My pedicure was not even on all my toes. read more

This place is garbage! Do not go here. I should have turned around when I arrived and it was almost empty on a Saturday afternoon. I got a very mediocre full set of gels for about $100. A couple of the nails were a little crooked, and the polish didn't glow in the dark as promised for the upcharge, but I wasn't furious with that manicure. Also, the pedicure was cheap and the polish they used was low quality. I didn't plan to go back, but a couple of weeks later, I was pressed for time and I decided to go for a fill in rather than go to my usual salon which would have been a 2 hour process with no appointment. (Again, the lack of demand at this place should have been a clue). The second and final visit is where things went off the rails. To make a long story short, the (only) nail technician cut my finger deep as she lazily used the file machine to trim down my nails instead of clipping and filing them manually. I was livid, and wanted to leave, and she kept insisting I let her finish cutting the nails. I think I was in shock or something bc I let her butcher my full set. I think she was purposely ruining my full set out of spite because I refused to let her finish my manicure. If that wasn't bad enough, she used the same nail clippers on my bleeding finger that she had been using before without even sanitizing them from the previous client. That's right. She could have exposed me to any disease or germs, so do yourself a favor and steer clear. read more

Let me start this by saying that I have not had a lot of experience with other nail salons. I have only started getting my nails done in the last few months, so I do not have much knowledge about the average costs for certain services. That being said, I was surprised to see the cost of my visit. Let me also say, I got two services: a full set of acrylics with a design (below) and a full Brazilian wax. I highly recommend the wax. It was my first time, and my wax tech (Annie, I believe) was very committed to making sure I knew everything that was about to happen, how it would feel, and making sure I was comfortable. She was also upfront that, given the fact that I was ~going natural~ at the time, it would cost more than the listed price. She told me this before she started, she explained why, and asked me if I was still comfortable. I appreciated her candor. My nail experience was different. Don't get me wrong, the nail tech did a great job and I am happy with the result, but I feel like I overpaid and they hid the total cost until it was time to pull out my pocketbook. As I said, I got a full set of acrylics. I was asked what shape I wanted, and I told them almond. They asked if I wanted polish, and I told them I wanted a heart-shaped design. She did my nails, I thought she did a good job filing to get the shape right, and the design is pretty much exactly what I expected. When I got the counter, I was told the nails would be $100. I was floored. I told them that the menu says $40, how did it come to $100? I was told it was $20 for the design (expected an up charge for the design of course), $10 for shaping (I didn't think this was typically an added cost when getting your nails done... according to the front desk rep, if you don't want the shaping charge you get "square" and presumably just the unfiled acrylic), and $20 for polish. This charge is what really stumped me. How could they charge me for both polish and design when the polish was the design?? It is not even a complicated design! And just one polish color!There was an additional $5 charge (no idea what it was for) on top of the $40 nails. I went back and forth with the front desk rep (polite, but just unpleasantly surprised) and she told me it was what the manager told her. Looking back, I feel I should have asked why I was charged for both polish and the design. That still bugs me. Overall, I can certainly recommend the waxing service. Annie was upfront about changes to the pricing and worked really hard to make sure I was comfortable and experienced as little pain as possible. But I cannot recommend the mail service. Even though my nail tech did a good job, I feel like they hid the costs from me and double-charged me for the polish/design. If I had known from the beginning that the nail service would be so costly, I would have saved it for another day. Just know before you go. read more

I just moved to this area so I've been on scout for a new nail tech, but when i tell you Vickie did her thing, she blew me out the water. AND it was cheaper than what I usually pay for custom nails. I use to pay $80-$100 for my nails but she only charged me $60!! I recommend getting Vickie all the way, she takes her time and makes sure your shape is perfect. This is my new spot! My husband and I went to the nail salon while we waited for our number to be called for massage. We got seated in the salon around 520PM there were about 4 other people getting services too. we got pedicures and I had SNS. They waited until the pedicure was done to start on my nails but they had my hands soaking during this time. Needless to say the experience was terrible and we were there until 830pm my hands are burned from the acetone and my nails began breaking the next day. We went to this salon on 3/5/22 and today is 3/10/22. So now I'm looking crazy and cannot get my nails again until my hands heal. Not worth the time or the money. Better services are given at Walmarts nail salon. And it's cheaper and your nails last longer. read more

Went upstairs at 11am no one was there just cleaning staff. We asked them when the staff would arrive but they had no clue. Went down to ask the front desk they said "oh they haven't arrived yet" okay we decided to wait a few minutes which turn into 11:30 and still no staff showed up. So I left. It's extremely unprofessional. You are suppose to arrive at least 15mins early to open your store and setup. I'll never go back to give them another chance they had 30mins of my time. read more

I paid $48 for the holographic nails and it was the biggest waste of money - which $48 is way too expensive for these nails anyways, but the quality of work sucks. He had to do them twice because the first time I washed my hands, it came off all of the edges. Really? $48? Would not recommend. Then I paid $19 for an express pedicure which lasted all of 5 minutes. He didn't even put my sandals back on for me. Waste of $67. read more

I asked for a specific design on my nails and the tech act like he could do it. Then when it came down to doing the design he said oh what you want the other lady does it but she's on vacation. So I had to change my design and then he was unable to do a flower design all my nails so he had to call another tag over to do it and then she informed that they didn't even have rhinestones to put on my nails. Tammy did a great job! Very meticulous to detail and my toes came out beautiful. I wish she scrubbed harder with the pumice stone but she did get everything off of toes.
