Had the worst interaction with CSR (Angela) on 9/29/25. I produced my receipt and requested a refund for a spoiled item which led to her chastising me. She kept asking me to swipe the card that was used during the initial purchase in order to receive a refund. Well, I swiped the card four times and each time was the same results...NO REFUND. I asked her to contact a manager to assist at that point, but she was very reluctant to do so. She started an argument and kept stating "I needed to figure it out or else next time this & that". Blah, blah, blah, I ended up settling for a store gift card. Then finally after going back and forth with her, the store manager (Melissa) appeared. I explained my experience to the manager, she listened, but not sure if she really gave a damn. SMH read more

My doctor called in my prescription for a procedure getting done friday morning. I called that night to ask if it was called in and they said no that medication was never called in. I went back to the app after they were closed and it magically appeared in progress. It is now too late to take the medication and i have to reschedule my procedure. I don't recommend them. They don't value customers time and worry and won't take the extra step to ensure your order wasn't in a voicemail or in progress. They are lazy!!!! read more

I always seem to have positive experiences here with the people who work here. They're extremely nice and helpful, one time I accidentally knocked over one of the center aisles and a worker helped me pick up the food and place it back. One negative is that their cooked session seems to run out of food a lot, like chicken wings or fried chicken so you end up waiting 30-45 minutes if you want hot food. read more

I love this Publix! Maybe because it's the closest one to my house, but it is always clean and organized. I'm a big fan of their bakery and deli. I'm always a sucker and get a sweet treat most times I'm in. Their deli has a wide selection of cold cuts and hot & ready foods. Their subs are better than any grocery store or sandwich shop around. I always stop in for one before a long road trips. Personally, I'm not a fan of their produce section as I find it more expensive than say Kroger or Aldi. Publix always has great bogo promotions going on to stock up on. At this location the staff is always friendly and polite. read more

I find the conduct of the Publix pharmacist. Sheena Phillips, at Publix Pharmacy at The Shops at Huntcrest, to be unusual, surprising, and disappointing as I expected the people who are placed in positions to care about our healthcare would display more of a sympathetic conduct.   If this is the low standards to which the board of pharmacists hold their pharmacists, then I am now worried to ever visit another Publix pharmacy.   Sheena Phillips, Pharmacist, is stonefaced unprofessional and uncaring of customers needs.  She should not work in a field that involves dealing with people as she is also always wearing a mean face and umwilling to help with an offensive body language, even while trying to talk with her about my prescriptions.  I am painfully disappointed in my experience there and more so because we are in a pandemic and being advised to stay home especially those with pre-existing medical conditions. read more

I have been here twice in the month of December and each time has been a wonderful experience for me. I live in the New England area so I have seen and experienced some terrible customer service up there (different grocery stores) but the people at here at Publix are very nice and professional. When I was checking out, one of the employees offered to help me take the groceries to my car! I thought that was so kind and have never experienced that before in my life. I go to Publix when I want really good wings. They are the best. Also I go there for special items when I am not doing regular grocery shopping. They can be pricey!! Their deli is delicious and subs are great not to mention the soups. The Publix brand items are usually good value, too. read more

Two weeks in a row now I have bought ground chuck at this store and it turns gray and goes bad the next day but the expiration days is two days from now. They are extending expiration dates to sell meat instead of throwing it out. DON't BUY meat here unless you want to get sick! read more

I've been meaning to review this Publix but always forgot. I saw many times where I complimented in my head the service at this Publix. I saw employees take their time and help people take their groceries out to their car and load them. Today, I told myself, I have to review this Publix and let people know how awesome this place is. I came to Publix to buy their Greenwise ground beef and Vitamin D (close to $9)for my dad. While I was checking out, the cashier (Vicky H), told me that I can get another bottle of the Vitamin D and get $6 off. So basically, second bottle will be just $3 which is awesome! She showed me the discount printed in the Publix deal of the week. I know it might not be that big deal for some people but for me it was. She could have not told me and I return back in two three weeks and get another bottle of vitamin D for $9. With current economy, every dollar counts! I really appreciate her telling me. Glass shards in the Seafood at the seafood counter. Bought several types and they all contained shards. Managers and corporate did nothing but refund the purchase price. Never issued a local recall or anything. Glass shards came from a broken lamp cover INSIDE the fish counter. read more

The bakery did a great job on my niece's cake. I wanted a specific color of pink & green & they nailed it. This store is always clean and the staff is friendly. They have food buy one free deals too. I've learned that different Publix offer different "bogo" deals. read more

I love this Publix. It's super close to home, the subs are delicious and the staff is always so friendly. They also have a nice selection of fresh produce and meats. The produce is a little pricey so I usually go to Great Wall or H-mart for my produce. I do love the selection of meats here though. Everything always looks so fresh. I am in here about 3 times a week. I love Publix. The employees seem happy to be working here. The deli, produce and meat department staff are phenomenal. The manager is very active and friendly and will walk across the entire store to help me find something. The cashiers love my kids and want to give them balloons every time. If my kids are happy, then I'm happy. After I gave birth to my daughter via c-section, I could not lift my son for 6 weeks. No problem at Publix. The staff helped me get him in and out of the cart faster than I could ask. The baby section is ok, but I like buying house-brand whenever possible for the baby consumable stuff (diapers, baby food, soap, medicine, diaper cream, wipes). I have found that Target and Walmart offer a much bigger selection of house-brand baby products. Some people think Publix is more expensive than Kroger. I used to think so too, but I have found that if you shop Publix's sales, you come out cheaper. They have great BOGOs every week (stuff you actually want to buy, not junk!) They also have multiple other sale papers running at any given time. You might need to do a little more planning before you shop, but you can typically get better quality products for a better price than Kroger if you shop Publix's sales. It really is a pleasure shopping at Publix. I have never had a bad or stressful experience here! read more

I just can't quit you, BOGO! I never used to go to Publix, because they were a little more pricey than other grocery stores, but then Publix started their "get Jamarcus T" campaign, by slapping every BOGO they had at the front of their stores. The rest is history. Located in a mostly restaurant strip with Publix as the anchor store, it's a convenient place to stop after lunch, or for lunch if you want a pub sub (or several different types of chicken wraps, desserts and veggies to make combo meals...pretty solid deli) I like this particular Publix because I think it has a little more selection than the location I frequent on Sugarloaf parkway, and it definitely has more selection than most Kroger grocery stores in the area. I enjoy their sliced fruit, which are very nice to find at BOGO prices. In truth, the only pricey thing in Publix are their meat products, which you just can never seem to get a deal on. Parking is definitely not a problem, and there are multiple exits to spit you out on Old Peachtree, North brown or sever roads fairly easily. There is a Redbox inside, and bathrooms are pretty clean as well. Quality store, really great customer service, great deals and convenience sounds like a winner to me. read more

I shop here every week for groceries and usually spend $200 or more on average and couldn't be happier. While I'll admit you can usually find better prices on things from Kroger, I much prefer Publix's selection. Almost everything sold as store brand tastes just as good as the name brands, and their selection of meats is much better than Kroger's. If you ever have trouble finding something, they are always eager to help, and if they don't carry what you're looking for, they usually will be by the next week if you ask. My only beef with Publix (in general, not just this store) are their baggers. I'm glad they hire special needs people, but I don't like how they squish my groceries in the bags, or how they will load up the reusable bags to the point you can't pick them up because they're so heavy. I have several of their "green" reusable bags with tears in the sides because of excessive weight they pack into them. read more

My family and I were attempting to order subs from the deli, but this was at night and they were of course extremely busy. A very kind and thoughtful Customer Service rep named Charity didn't want to keep me on hold and took my entire families order. She kept asking questions to make sure things were accurate and put me on hold while she gave the order to the deli. She even had the deli repeat the order back to her. To say that she went above and beyond is an monumental understatement. I picked up the order about half and hour later and everything was 100% accurate. I can't say enough great things about this Publix. It feels good to be in the store and I tend to avoid grocery shopping at all costs. The pharmacy at this store has been amazing and at times I could have cried because they've been so helpful. Their pharmacists are so kind and efficient and I have not had a single problem with getting my medications with them. Food is unsafe - materials in food. My family had the worst experience at this publix. Within the first few months shopping here, we purchased some salmon (stuffed salmon) from the seafood department. After serving it to our family (including kids), my wife had a piece of glass in her mouth from the salmon. We bagged it up and brought it to the store asap the next day. The manager on duty said he knew where it was coming from (light covers above the seafood). They filed a report to corporate. Publix refunded the seafood and verbally apologized. Months later (and not trusting seafood department anymore), we ordered sandwiches from the bakery. After most of my family ate their sandwiches, I ate mine and took a bite on a metal twist tie. I brought it up to the store and talked to a manager and he said it may not be theirs because their bread is frozen. He filed a report to corporate. Corporate said they would test the twist tie in order to verify it was theirs. A Corporate Publix employee called me later to confirm it was indeed their twist tie. After that, no call from any employee of this local publix or any attempts from them to apologize for selling us TWO rounds of hazardous materials in our food. I am done with all publix stores because of these issues. They just don't care about treating customers right and I can't trust their food is safe, especially feeding my family. Customer service was horrible; I was trying to cash out scratch lottery ticket today, an employee at the desk was rude, and she is giggling with another customer while paying the tickets. I felt offended and asked to repeat what she just said, but she refused and replied: "never mind." I am pretty sure it could be something that customer should not be heard or she just only discriminate based on race and thought that I don't understand the language. Obviously, It was the worst experience ever on shopping at Publix. Management should take consideration carefully regarding this matter and emphasized more on employee training so that this would never happen again. read more

Terrible experience in the deli and checkout area at Publix. They ran out of chicken tenders and wings at 6pm and they refused to make more. I ordered a spinach and artichoke flatbread pizza in the deli and they looked at me like they had no idea what that was even though they have it listed on their menu. I waited over 30 minutes for only 2 sandwiches that I ordered and I finally proceeded to checkout and the lady was pretty much throwing all my items into a bag instead of placing them in a bag. By the time I got home my food was cold and my subs were all messy. I'm very disappointed in my experience and I may never come back to this Publix location. read more

I came to this publix to get a sandwich. The 2 ladys in the deli were really rude. They were not friendly at all. Were talking to us and then in the middle of it talking to the other employee. I didnt know if they were talking to me or to each other. Having side convos and not paying attention. Made my wrap and then had to unwrap and put what they fogot to put in. Not busy no one was there. No smiles. When my bf asked if he could have a side of mustard they looked at him like he was crazy. Me and my bf both thought they were very rude. Along with the cashiers who were having side convos with guests in front of them. And sighing like they were ready to go. Think ill stick with the publix closer to my house. read more

Love this place! My go to store. The employees here are super nice every time I shop here, much better than the midtown Publix near my work place. I love their sandwich and roast chicken. I usually pick up a roast chicken for multi-purpose use. The produce department is always fresh. The baked good is lacking but that's ok, it just keep me more in line with my diet. I love going to this Publix! yes Publix is pricier than Kroger but they have high quality products, the fruits and the produce is fresher and last longer. Also the customer service is FANTASTIC! even the manager took the groceries to my car and put them in the car while I was setting my kids up in it. I do not mind paying a little more for that service. this has become my favorite convenience store! read more
