Well, I hadn't been here in almost 3 years and I'm dissatisfied seriously. I'm a braider and there's not much variety when it comes to the hair. It's poor quality and they should def try another option or multiple. I personally don't remember them carrying such bad product. Used to be my fave but they've loss me for good :( read more

If I could give this place negative stars I would. I recently was at the store to bring my 15 year-old daughter for her to buy products for her hair. From the moment that I walked into the store, I was watched and followed. There was no one else in the store because the store just had open. It is not a cool feeling that you see someone who works at the store on every aisle that you are on. I had to ask my daughter to leave the store and wait outside as I decided to address my feelings on how they treated me and my daughter while in the store. The the older woman behind the counter laughed as I was telling her how horrible it made me and my daughter feel to be watched and visibly harassed as though that I wanted to steal anything from the store. This store continues to perpetuate stereotypes, that should have never existed. I would never encourage anyone to come to the store, because there are many other places that will treat you with respect and courtesy, as you are patronizing their business. I refused to buy anything from the store, I would rather drive into Lawrenceville, and spend 20 minutes in a car to patronize another store in order to feel positive about my buying experience. You are better off and going into Walmart that's directly across the street. I don't write many reviews, but I wanted to make sure this one made it on here. Good luck to anyone who walks into that store because you will experience this no matter how kind how nice how clean how neat you are. If I could I'd give it no stars. Horrible service. Staff is racist. They all speak their language so you don't understand. Price are high to top it off. Better off at Walmart. At least they will exchange if their products do not meet your standards. Do not support this place. And do not try a new product here because all sales are final. I bought hair device that was horrible and they would not exchange very next day. Walmart at least gives you store credit or exchange. Sometimes even money back. read more

Horrible customer service. I've been a customer at the other locations for a long time and they are much nicer at Lawrenceville and Grayson stores. This one however is bad customer service. They don't have a lot of products that other stores carry. They always closing before store hours say. For instance, I have 20-10 mins before closing and they rushing people out closing registers and all. The other stores are more welcoming but this one needs new management. The older guy with gray hair is very rude and so is the lady and son here. I'd rather drive to the hood for better service and a better variety of products. GREAT STORE FOR YOUR ALL OF HAIR CARE NEEDS! I must say, this is one of the nicest hair supply stores I have ever visited. It was very organized, clean and well-stocked. I could have spent a great deal of time here if "Old Man Jenkins" (spouse), had not been lurking in the background. He was cool though and even admitted that the store was very nice indeed. They had absolutely everything I needed and more. They have an extensive collection of wigs, clip-ins and extensions. I was primarily interested in their natural hair care products and was not disappointed. I will definitely be returning to this store in the future for additional hair care supplies. In addition to "all things hair" they also carry make-up, scarves, hats and other accessories. Don't ever come here after 8:15pm and expect to be served. My first visit was just after 8pm and when I checked out at 8:25 they said they already counted their drawers and their POS systems automatically shut down and lock them out at a certain time. What a bunch of horse manure. Maybe they were having an off day? But during my last visit, I couldn't even make it through the door. I got there at 8:20 and the lights were on and the open sign was lit, but the doors were locked. I knocked on the door and they immediately turned the open sign off and turned the lights out. It's ridiculous. If you're going to be like that, then why not just change your hours to close at 8pm? read more

Purchased my first wig. There were so many selections, but I new what I was looking for so the decision was easy. Jen (I believe is her name), was very helpful and friendly. A lot of options and VERY good prices on most items. (I've been going to this store since they opened) Usually easy to find whatever you need for half the price. Wigs are always decent quality and cool styles. Most of the employees here have been nice and helpful but 2 have been very rude. It is worth trying out this store! read more
