The App said that the product was Buy 1, Get 1 50% Off. When I arrived at the store, the promotion was not displayed next to the products on the shelf. I brought this to the manager's attention and showed him the promotion on the App. He agreed to give me the discounted price based upon what the App showed. I really appreciated his customer service, because I would not have purchased the product without the sale price. Later I visited the pharmacy to get a flu shot. The pharmacist personally assisted me. The process was simple. The pharmacist was friendly and professional. Based upon my interactions with the store manager and pharmacist, I'll definitely return to this store when I'm in the area.

He had a terrible attitude. I came to this location after and the young woman staff asked me if I needed any help as soon as she spotted me. I asked for some help finding the CD and she immediately said she knew what I was asking for and would grab it from the back. I finally got my CD. I didn't get her name but thank you for the help and wonderful experience after I was so upset at another Target.

Some Publix can run on the dirty side, but this was one of the cleanest stores in the area. --Service/Staff-- Staff can vary per store, no issues with the staff. --Products/Service-- I wish Publix had more sales and this is the downfall that their prices are getting up there or surpassing Whole Foods. Some of the items list a combo sale of buying more than one or a BOGO, but there is no price stated on the shelf. --Capacity-- Indoor capacity can hold 200+ people. They get all my prescriptions quickly for my daughter's epilepsy and I can always rely on the employees and the pharmacist to take care of my every need the staff here is amazing and they need, a raise in pay to work under those circumstances and all that noise today in the reconstruction of drive-through it will give you a major headache. They should've closed down the business because that is not fair to the pharmacist and the employees that have to go through that, but thank you for staying open you guys are amazing. This is why I always choose this location.

What's finally prompting me to post this review is their treatment of my dog's prescription. She needs dorzolamide for glaucoma. Pretty standard drug. I tried filling this a month ago by handing them a paper prescription which they completely lost. I called my vet and had them call in a prescription instead. At first they said they would have to special order it, and then they said they'd contact the vet for an alternative. A few days later I called to follow up. They were still waiting for the vet. I called the vet. They've not received any faxes or phone calls at all from CVS, and furthermore there isn't an alternative as, as I mentioned before, this is pretty standard medication and it's not on back order. Fortunately since this is for my dog I don't have to go to CVS for it. I called Publix pharmacy and they said they'd have it transferred and filled within the hour. Take notes, CVS.
