We've stopped here plenty of times over the years. It's fairly clean, but could use a little touch-up or refresh. But it gets the job done - plenty of snacks and drinks for the road, plus we often get lotto tickets before heading back to Alabama. Staff have always been nice to us. When I lived in Oklahoma quick trip was the gas station to stop at. Quick polite service. Good selection of snacks. Lots of drink options. Has hot food selection as well. And The gas prices are usually the best in town. Now that we live here in GA my only complaint is that there just isn't enough of them! Move over BP... This is QuikTrip store #765 and it's located on Haynes Bridge Rd in Alpharetta about a mile away from Georgia 400 exit 9 and about a quarter-mile away from Old Milton Pkwy (SR 120). It's not far from North Point Mall, the Verizon Wireless Amphitheatre, and Avalon. This is an older generation QuikTrip with an older convenience store and a filling station with older pumps. Despite its age, it still gets the job done. The pumping area, which has 20 pumps (an above-average amount), is brightly lit, large, and spacious. During my visit, the space was clean and the gas prices, for Top Tier Detergent Gasoline, were very competitive and relatively inexpensive. I was in and out in a matter of minutes. If I was in the neighborhood and needed to fill up again, I'd return. read more

Lets face it, for the folks in metro Atlanta, Quicktrip is the gold standard for fuel stops. They're always amongst the lowest priced gasoline stations around, always open, always clean (and in particular their restrooms), well lit, and helpful friendly staff that still counts the change back, rather then just dumping a handful of change a couple of bills back in change. The only reason for four stars, is diesel fuel (or rather the absence of) I have a diesel pickup, and with only a few QT stations, I have to shop elsewhere when I fuel my pick-up. One plus they have recently added is their "fixin bar" for their hotdogs. I have always had a thing for a good hotdog, and as far a "factory dogs" go, Oscar Meyer is about as good a mass market dog as you can find. Although QT does not promote their use of the Oscar Meyer hotdogs; they are OM dogs all the way. But the big plus to stopping at QT for a "poor mans meal" is the fixin bar. I had the chance to work in Chicago for several months a couple of years back, and I really developed a liking for the "Chicago style" dog (A la Portillio's or Hot Doug's out in the "windy city"). Here on the fixin bar, you will find the garishly green colored but tasty sweet pickle relish that is one of the hallmarks of a Chicago dog, thinly sliced (length wise) dill pickle strips, tomato slices, diced white onions, and the all important "sport peppers". The only thing missing is the celery salt. But, at the price, this is the best Chicago Dog in the Atlanta area. And at a filling station to boot ! read more

Alright, I'll admit it! I'm in love with QT. Seems silly but its true. This company has done it right. The stores are all the same and never cluttered. Always way cleaner than any other gas station and people are friendly for a change . Food is decent, gas is of good quality and fairly priced. Cheapest gas in Alpharetta! Using this review as the thin justification for eating a hotdog, I decided that it was time to give in and finally try one of the deliciously gleaming grease covered hotdogs on those heated rollers under the sneeze guard at QuikTrip. (Please ignore the pornographic sounding wordphrasing in that sentence.) In case you don't know, I fully believe that QT is the best gas station in the world largely due to the fact that they provide the best gas station food in the world. $0.99 all beef hotdogs. There's always about 50 ready to be eaten. The buns are kept warm in a compartment underneath the rollers. They have a wide assortment of free condiments including a spicy chipotle sauce (it's not really spicy at all.) Chilli and Cheese cost $0.50 more each, so skip on those. Go for the free stuff. Okay. So. How good is this hotdog? It's really good. As far as pure hotdogs go, this is probably one of the best I've ever had. It's hands down the best I've ever eaten from a gas station (which I'm sad to say has been more than 12 times.) I would go as far as saying that this is what stadium hotdogs should taste like, and it's about $4 dollars less than what you would pay at a ballgame. I ate two of them just to make sure I was getting the right impression, for scientific research ya know? The buns they use are regulation size, but the hotdogs are much larger than the normal ones you buy at the grocery store. They overflow the bun capacity. It's great. (I can't seem to get away from pornographic imagery here.) Before I start saying things like, "this meat is so good you'll definitely want to take some home and have a party," I'll just end this by saying QuikTrip hotdogs are the best hotdogs from a gas station you'll ever eat (ummm... still sounds dirty.) read more

This is the QT I stop in many mornings on my way to work. I will wholeheartedly agree with the previous reviewer that the hot dogs are delicious. They have a decent selection of condiments but I typically don't put anything on mine when I'm driving. They also have a lot of other hot food! I skip most of the breakfast fare because I despise sandwiches with egg... I will only eat eggs over easy. :) The only hot non-egg "breakfast" options really are their chicken biscuits and jalapeno sausage rolls, which are absolutely delicious. A spicy sausage wrapped in bread, a tasty breakfast treat! I also love their taquitos and stuffed breadsticks... yes for breakfast, but really any time of the day! With a Monster energy drink this is one meal I can have 24 hours a day. And its a plus they have cheap gasoline. :) read more

This store is on Haynes Bridge... I have no idea where Cotton Creek is. This store reminds me of the [in]convenience stores back home in Florida. It's neither as upscale as the one near my lady's casa, nor as efficient. It's kind of drab and dull, actually. Free air for your tires, as is the case with the QTs with which I am acquainted. It's all about the roller grill. The corn dogs, taquitos, and country sausage pull me in like a magnet. Oh yeah, another reason... good prices on gas! It baffles me how this place can be so clean, people so friendly, and inexpensive. What's the catch? Maybe the owners care about their customers first before their profits. I'm super fond of most all QT's I've ever stopped at. BUT the employees here go above and beyond at customer service and making people feel important in this store!! The gas is fine and I stop there on occasion as long as I don't have to go inside. The employees are idiots and service is horrible. Nothing like standing at the counter, behind two other people, while the cashiers ignore everyone and continue a personal conversation. read more

As someone who does not like to pump gas I will write a positive review for the Quik Trip on Haynes Bridge in Alpharetta. Since this is the only Quik Trip (or gas station) I go to I have to wonder if QT sends all their nice employees to this location. EVERYONE who works there is friendly, Manny the Manager of the location is one of the nicest people I deal with on a regular basis (his employees feel the same way and will express it). As far as products, they have a large variety of coffee, soda and flavored drinks (this area is alway busy). I do not by habit eat gas station food but the times I have had their prepared foods they were fresh. The stationis always clean inside and outside and you can feel safe going there late at night (it is Alpharetta, not a lot going on up here). read more
