The last three visits to different Publix Deli's to order a sandwich did not go well. I enjoy the Vegan options here which are delicious, but lately they don't have the items available to make them. I would concede they have to plan for what they need, so perhaps I need to come earlier in the day in order to get what I would like made. Sad to leave without a sandwich :-( read more

I've been to this Publix multiple times and have always been greeted by helpful and nice staff, but this was the first time I stopped by their deli for sandwiches. Butch took care of my order and was the best person I've ever encountered in the deli section. He was super nice and respectful and made sure that everything was absolutely perfect. I saw these listed in the app as on sale and had never seen anything like it there before, so I wanted to give them a try. Whenever I looked for them last week, I wasn't finding them, so I finally went to the bakery and asked when they will have them. Apparently, they don't make too many because they are very fresh and don't have a long shelflife so he put in an order to make them for me the next day. They are very light and airy pastries, but instead of some thing sweet, there is a garlic cream cheese filling with tomatoes (not wet, but not quite sundried) and mozzarella cheese on top. I highly recommend giving them a try; all you need to do is heat them in an oven for a few minutes and they are absolutely wonderful without making you feel stuffed. They come two to a pack and I bought two packs, and it was a nice dinner for my husband, adult son, and me! read more

Done with this Publix. Deli is consistently under staffed. No chicken at 6pm? 10 minutes turned into 35. And sandwiches were poorly made.

I just moved to the area and stopped by this Publix. It was really nice. I bought food from the deli and they had so much to offer than other Publixes I've been to. The hot food is always fresh and the workers are sooo super nice. I've been back 3-4 times since my first visit. Totally recommend this location. I have to drive past a Kroger and Aldi to get here. read more

Even with at least 15 employees behind the deli counter, if it's not 10am NOBODY will wait on you. I know you have a sign that says service begins at 10am, which is just poor customer service. But if you have the staff, AT LEAST wait on customers. Publix is really going down hill. read more

I love Publix! I'm here way too much and often times when I'm way too hungry. The staff here are so friendly. The store is clean and organized. It's my go-to grocery store. The only drawback to me is their wine prices. Even on sale, the prices are not stellar. But they give kids a free cookie in their bakery and also they typically have samples of some tasty treat they offer in the bakery department. Seriously their bakery rocks. I've ordered cakes for my daughter's birthday multiple times and been pleased every time with the quality and freshness of their cakes. I'm also a big fan of their cupcakes and get those quite often too. My newest obsession is their sticky buns. Problem is I can eat the entire 4 pack in one sitting. Definitely take advantage of their BOGOs advertised weekly. You can't beat those prices. Worth shopping here if you've never been. read more

Hands down the worst pharmacy around. My normal pharmacy was out of stock and checked here to see if had for me which they did. When I called to have filled, I was asked how would they know they had in stock. That question was not necessary or needed because who cares how they knew. More, it took 4 hours to fill. When called to check on it was greeted by the same friendly person. When informed the manager, he really did not care. He did say he would address it but based on his demeanor, I doubt it. Customer experience is lacking here. Needless won't be using this pharmacy again. If my typical is out, I will go someplace else. read more

SHAME ON YOU! (DELI DEPARTMENT) This was my first time visiting this location but I was interested in purchasing a few items after finishing dinner in the same plaza. When I walked in, I could immediately tell that this was a newer store simply because of its unique lay-out and the placement of the bathrooms. Just so you'll know, the bathrooms are located toward the front of the store to your right as you enter. We headed over to the bakery, deli and produce sections. These tend to be my favorite areas and I always like to see what's cooking. Today as I perused the deli area, I was super disappointed because the soup bar was a mess. It was messy from spills and each of the soup containers had hardened dried soup, (in the bottom) that had obviously been sitting for hours. This is unacceptable because there is absolutely no excuse for this mess being her at 7pm in the evening. How difficult is it to make the rounds and check the serving areas? This has to be someone's responsibility and it really needs to be addressed as this was a very dark mark on an otherwise great store. It wasn't just the soup bar but the hot food and sandwich areas were also messy and appeared to suffer from neglect. The employee in the bakery area was very sweet and helpful. We purchased a few donuts and were very pleased to discover that they still tasted fresh, (this late in the evening) and were delicious (properly glazed, not greasy). As I passed by the protein department, I noticed that the beef and fresh seafood all looked very fresh and properly stored. In general, the store was very clean and organized but the deli department needs to step up and do a better job of maintaining their department and keep their areas clean. Customer service was great today and we were able to get through the check-out line with minimal waiting. I hope that the deli situation is just a fluke and that employees will step it up! read more

I have not been to enough Publix to crown this location as the best, but I have been here on several occasions and have never had a problem with the cleanliness or employees' attitudes or lack of desire to help. If you need a grocery store that is close by or is on the way to some other destination, this Publix will provide almost anything that you can possibly need in your everyday life. read more

I love this Publix(especially the pharmacist)! They are always quick, courteous, and helpful. They normally have the prescriptions ready in 15-20 minutes or else (in rare occassion you have to pick up in the next day) read more

Very disappointed in the customer service and Instacart operation for curbside grocery pick-up at this location. No communication from Instacart to notify me that my order wasn't ready at my appointment time and received very rude customer service from Publix CS when they indicated they did not have a record of my order. If considering grocery pick-up services I would give more consideration to other options such as Kroger. read more

Up until this summer, I'd have definitely given this Publix 1000000/5 stars. There are a couple of reasons I had to knock off one. 1. Freshness of food - (June 2015) This was the first time I noticed something wasn't quite right on the shelf at this Publix location. I went to the Poultry section and picked up a pound of skinless, boneless chicken breast. It didn't look right- it was a weird yellow brown and the juice had pooled under the plastic. Looked at the sell-by date and it was for 4 days previous. Ew. I brought that to the attention of the manager ASAP and he looked mortified. I'm just glad nobody accidentally took it home! Also, today when I went in I noticed strawberries are on sale 2 for $5, which is a pretty good deal. Most of them had gone soft and a little brown, but that's kind of the point of a sale, so it didn't bother me. What DID bother me was that there was a package of strawberries that had fuzzy green mold growing all over the bottom that was just hanging out on the shelf for someone to pick up... 2. Last week when I went in, an employee was giving out samples of Aidell chicken sausage. My 7 year old sister and I declined (I don't eat meat on Fridays and she just doesn't like chicken) so he started talking about how it's organic and chemical free and all that, and then just ended it with "...and it's definitely better than those Lunchables she has, but I guess she's just used to that," and turned away. Excuse me? It was rather rude but I just walked away. Overall, I love this Publix. It's my go-to any time I need this week's groceries or just the odd ingredient. The people who work there are super friendly and helpful and generally willing to go the extra mile to help me find exactly what I need. Also, I love the recipe cards you can find around the store- they've saved my life a few times! read more

Customer service representative "Fernado" is awesome at 3120 Mathis Airport Pkwy, Suwanee, GA 30024. I had some items that are either "wrong price" or "unsatisfactory quality". Fernado handles my case with professional and respect. It makes the exchange/return transaction like a breeze. Very happy with this publix store with outstanding customer service. Publix grocery items have higher price compared to Kroger but the customer service at publix is way way way much better than other grocery stores (e.g. Kroger, Target, Sprouts). That publix store is my main grocery store! read more
