Parking
Kishore B.

Not the best of the Costco locations I have been to in and around the metro Atlanta area and this one in the Forsyth county has everything in abundance. The traffic, the people, the lines, the demand for parking, lines for the gas station, entrance and exit, almost everything that would make the shopping experience a little difficult and frustrating at times. The people or the crowd here is just awful and don't have any basic sense of understanding by blocking yours and everyone's way even if you want to go into aisles and won't move away despite saying "Excuse me" repeatedly. Staffs turn a blind eye to these incidents. Weekends would be pathetic with so much crowd and lines extending till the end of the store (Meat section) and very busy in the evenings on a normal day. Also the Gas prices are up by at least 10cents compared to Alpharetta or Dunwoody Costco. The gas station has long lines and there is no way to get past the people waiting for Gas because this one's usually a single lane. The staffs barely have any sense or knowledge on how to control the long lines. At least on a busy weekend evening one would have to open up more lines and not shut them down in the middle. The tire center is another gone case. Have been to Dunwoody and Alpharetta tire centers and their services are far better and on time in most scenarios. Had to wait for 2 hours straight despite having an appointment. Then why to have appointments if people are entertaining walk in's at the last moment and giving that as excuse. I would not recommend this Costco at all unless you don't have anything near by than this.

Nice location .. but heavy crowd ! Love Costco for their gas prices and pizza .. affordable prices for pizza , hot dogs and ice creams ... Costco is always awesome to buy so many stuff . This location is crowdedddddd though. Takes a while to bill and exit ! Long queue !!! Lots of parking outside . But it gets crazy and sometimes takes time to get a parking slot . Service can be better . We buy so much stuff here - vegetables , bread , eggs , and slll household items . Average experience though. 3 stars ..

Busy, busy Sunday afternoon! It wasn't until I arrived that I realized I didn't have my Costco card. I went to customer service and Maria was able to get me a temporary print out. Although the store was busy, and as expected there were crowded aisles and cart congestion at aisle intersections, everything was clean - including the bathrooms. I was able to pick up some non-perishable snacks, and they were on sale!, since I won't be home for a few hours. Checking out was easy with the temporary print out, the cashier only needed to see my ID to proceed. Bathrooms were also clean. I was also able to get gas with the temporary printout. I showed it to the gas attendant before paying. Gas price is $2.99/gal for regular today.

Great Christmas gift idea!

Eye Exams to Pizza...there's absolutely something for everyone at Costco. Grab a cart from the parking lot, people leave them all over the place and expect to fill it with 6 or far more items. Most employees are extra friendly and you might even meet a new shopping friend, in the check out line.

Chilli

This is my go to Costco when driving up ga 400. Stopped by to gas up cheaply. And bowl of chili at their food court, which is best item in the winter. Bowl of chili is pictured with free onions. Normal Costco and copy of the interior of any other in the OTP Area. Prices: great value for your shopping dollar compared to other stores. Staff: Friendly and nice at this location. Always non rushed. Customers: more friendly than the city. Food Court. Busy, but cant beat the price. The 'hot dog / soda' is a steal, at under a couple of bucks. Today was chili day. Fruits/Vegetables. My favorite section of the store. Grab everything you need to make a healthy meal at home. $4.99 rotisserie chicken is good. Gas. Great price and no wait. Wish I lived closer to this store. Worth a stop, and only about 1/2 mile off ga 400.

Do not let these guys do your Tesla tires! 1. They will rip your rims to shreds and 2. They will encourage you to buy the jankiest tires for your wheels which will give you 3/4 inch gap on your wheel and looks stupid.

Metal debris I pulled out of mouth.

Do not buy kimchi at this store. Their kimchi was over fermented meaning old and it was all mushy, not crunchy.

I have stopped at this location on several occasions since it has opened, late summer 2018. From…read morereading old reviews it appears this store was probably rebuilt as they opened here a few months ago and I was never in the old store location. Each visit I have made has been great, very bright, clean, large new store that I have found clean on each visit. The staff has been helpful and friendly on all my visits and although they do stay super busy I have not found any items to be out of stock or the wait to be excessive. The gas pumps are all new so I have not had any issue with them. Their hot food selection is decent for pre-made items like cheeseburgers, roller grill items, empanadas, and other deli items. Although I try not to eat this type of items when I decide to for convenience it has always been of decent good quality. For me, Racetrac wins out with their coffee, honestly the best of any C-Store I have found. The new coffee machines in most the Racetrac's grinds your selection of coffee bean fresh and then brews your coffee as you enter the selection on the machine. At half the cost of any Starbuck or coffee house I find it to be better and my preferred choice. They also have a nice selection of creamers and items to add yourself to ensure a perfect cup each time.

After having dinner with friends at Jim & Nicks Bbq, we were looking to get some ice cream. What…read morehappened to finding a decent ice cream location close to the Collection? Didn't feel like Bruesters so my husband suggested we go to Race Trac. My friend (and his teenage son) were shocked (and laughed) when my husband recommended RaceTrac. We coaxed them into going and I am happy to say that it was really good! They call it Swirl World! They have several soft serve ice cream choices (self serve) with tons of toppings! They offer two sized bowls (both if which are affordably priced). The cost is not by the "weight" of your ice cream, just the size bowl you get. We had fun building our own sundaes! Oreo topping was out, we asked about it and it was quickly restocked. Great customer service! As we sat outside on their nice tables, we saw plenty of families going to Swirl World! We've made our friends believers that you can go to a Gas Station for good "affordable" ice cream! Give it a try!

I love this RaceTrac. First of all, they are typically slightly lower in gas prices. I find their…read morestores to be cleaner than most gas stations, and they have a very nice variety of stuff to eat and drink. If you have the munchies, and you aren't close to the grocery store, this is your place to go. Seriously, you can get your snack attack on here, no problem. My daughter is a slushy maniac, and although I don't get them for her often, I gravitate here when I am going to get her one. Prices are very reasonable, and they have an excellent variety of slushies including mango, lemonade, strawberry banana, watermelon, Coke, Mountain Dew, Dr. Pepper, cherry...it really has something for everyone. Her friend tried her first slushy here, and she loved it. On the flip side, if you like beer, they have a huge walk in freezer full of cold beers. I mean, huge! Clean, spacious, variety, good gas prices. What more can you ask for in a convenience store? I'm a fan!
