It opened in April 2014. It's part of a bigger, several-years-long construction plan, which includes the Zaxby's next door, to develop all the red, barren land in the immediate block. RaceTrac, which is headquartered in Atlanta, is the only convenience store and gas station chain that can really compete against QuikTrip, which, while headquartered in Tulsa, Oklahoma, rules the metro Atlanta market. These RT6K stores are great. Like QT's current gen stores, they're big, bright, modern, and clean. They're open 24/7, offer a bevy of food, drink, and retail options, and are outfitted with a crew of uniformed employees. A few things that set RaceTrac apart from QT: (1) RaceTrac has both indoor and outdoor seating. QT only has outdoor seating. (2) RaceTrac has Swirl World, a self-serve frozen yogurt bar. QT does not. However, I have to caveat #2 -- the Swirl World machines were out of operation at this location during my visit. There was a sign posted that said they would be "swirling" again soon. (3) They offer fresh, hot, boiled peanuts in two flavors, original and Cajun, for $1.99 for 16 oz. and $2.99 for 32 oz. QT doesn't have fresh boiled peanuts. The gas station is spacious with easy in-and-out access from Jimmy Carter Blvd. There are 18 pumps. All have E-85 flex fuel and I believe all also have diesel. The gas prices are competitive. Like all businesses, RaceTrac isn't perfect. Two places where QT wins are: (1) Free air. QT offers free air for your tires. RaceTrac doesn't. You have to pay. (2) Top Tier detergent gasoline. QT uses Top Tier fuel. RaceTrac doesn't. Regardless, this is still a good gas station.

The shear size of Speede Stop's Gyro will make your mouth water as you watch them prepare it. The lamb is absolutely seasoned to perfection and is thickly cut while being tender and juicy; it almost melts in your mouth. The bread (wrap) is fresh and tasty and even the crisp lettuce and freshly sliced onions brought my palate to a new level. The tzatziki sauce was perfectly portioned and gave the whole gyro the cool refreshment I so needed after working hard all morning. Either way ; I recently get something to eat and take a break while I'm doing Uber eats. I went to approach the kiosk to order me something to eat because I was hungry. Usually, I was stopping right chat because I am employee Racetrac and one thing about Racetrac. If you thought we strive on guest service, I know I should have probably not been here, but it was on the way so I went anyway. The roller grill food looked fantastic and all options were Available for use. I don't remember the girls name in the kitchen, but I know it started with a J she was very helpful. She was sweet and I truly enjoyed her great customer service as far as the cashiers. I can't say it was the best experience . hate complaining, but things are expensive and just eating and surviving it. The least you can do is not a robot now don't give me wrong. He did everything great it just felt like his demeanor . He didn't want me there. And I'm sorry I'm not trying to throw a race there, but she even gave me two coupons for a fountain drink and I thought that was really nice! He literally sounded like an AI robot. pretty sure he won't be reprimanded for this because he is white and it is what it is .
