Came to this McDonalds in the drive thru Christmas Eve before they closed. The two boys that were working the windows were less than pleasant. To top it all off, we only ordered fries and, while looking in the window waiting for our fries, we saw who I assume was the manager (lady with dark hair and glasses) who was eating the fries out of the fry container they dump the fries into with her bare hands. Worst McDonald's I've ever been to. I wish I could give 0 stars. It's run by kids and/or adults who don't care about customers. Every single time I have gone there, something has been wrong, missing or disgusting. At times I've caught mistakes by this location, I will go in and ask for the correct order. In response I get attitude and foul looks. This last visit has me furious. I ordered 10 nuggets and a hamburger. That is it. I attached a picture of what I got. In a box underneath this mystery sauce that I did not order was 6 nuggets. I did NOT ask for this white sauce as I hate ranch and tartar sauce. Fries were ice cold, ordered a burger with just mustard and onions (sticker on it stated that) ...it came with ketchup and pickles, and my Coke Zero was regular coke. Everything was correct on the receipt as well. Register kid was on his phone and didn't even notice me pulling up. Waited a good minute then honked...he didn't hear that because he had ear buds in. So I beat on the glass to get his attention. Sad times we are in, people just don't care and have no pride in their job. It's not as good as you would hope pulling in the lot. Staff is unenthusiastic and food suffers from this nonchalant attitude. The place is reasonably clean but it's plain to see that the people working here would rather be somewhere else. After 50 years a Georgia McDonald's burger outta taste pretty similar to a Texas one. Yet here it slips and falls well below that standard. Bun and burger taste manufactured and wasn't hot enough to even slightly melt the cheese. They do pour a good coke here. Absolutely the worst. Every single time they get my order wrong. I get it working in the fast food industry mistakes get made but this is ridiculous. They either forget something or make the order entirely wrong. - I ordered a Big Mac once with extra pickles. When I got home and opened my sandwich there was the bun. Meat. And a lot of pickles. But nothing else on the sand which. - Tonight I ordered from door dash and received a completely wrong order but because they didn't staple the receipt on the outside or double check my dasher was given someone else's order. - As I've mentioned multiple times they have forgot either my fries, sauces, even my drink sometimes. He ordered and of course they put something wrong he said no I did no order that the lady working drive thru then decided to yell at him and say ok they will fix it just drive up now!! In the rudest tone every so my husband called her a smart ass because at this point we just want food not to be belittled anyways. She then screams fuck off at the top of her lungs to us over the intercom with customers inside the store! How unprofessional I was shocked!
