Two workers gave me attitude and harshly said "not every meal comes with sauce." After I gave her 4 quarters for sauce she takes the change, doesn't ring it up and puts it in her pocket. We stood at the empty register for over 5 minutes with no one showing up. Others walked by and looked over but no one even opened their mouth to greet us. I've had the salad there before and it was quite good but I'm really getting aggravated with the fact that they have you pull forward and wait for so long with so many other vehicles I think it because they don't trip some kind of timer to show how long you're waiting, also the salad looked horrible & tasted weird. This Zaxby's is one of the best in which I have ever eaten. The food quality is amazing. The food is freshly cooked. Even the Coca-Cola Freestyle machine makes this place one of the best possible places to eat. The customer service here is amazing. I can't believe it ! I went through the drive through as I've done before. I got a simple 4 piece chicken and their potato chips. From there I got on 400 , opened the box and there was 4 of the pieces of chicken. 3 of them were the size of my little finger. The 4th one was a broken piece, maybe half. For $8.69, I feel cheated ! Asked after 15 minutes only to see it looked like they had just picked up our ticket and this was at 3:50pm on a Saturday when they were not even busy, was told by a kid in the back it would be a little while longer. A hispanic girl opens the window and says, you can pull up to check your food, we are being timed. When we had to go get another Togo order the other one was half brain dead. They didn't offer us any other thing. The chicken smelt like smoke and tasted weird. They forgot our salad dressing and couldn't get our food together. Someone came in from the drive three and had been there for 30 minutes and they forgot his fries. I always order extra fries with my meals, never more than half a handful. I always order coleslaw and dont recieve it even half the time. They dont hear some of my order regularly bc they dont listen to anything and rush you through your order. Regularly I order 2 cheese bites and get 1, or 2 orders of fries and get one.The endless mistakes that have me paying over and over again for nothing are ridiculous, and it's not like its every once in a while. Me and my brother were on the same order and his friend was separate. I ordered the Big Zax Snack meal as I always do when I go to Zaxby's. The first thing I noticed when I opened the box was that the bread wasn't even toasted! It was luke warm at best with no butter and it wasn't even browned. Next were the tasteless, barely cooked semi warm fries. No seasoning salt at all on them. Zaxby's normally puts a nice amount of seasoning on the fries but not at this one! Not to mention the minuscule fingers, they were cold, dry and old tasting.
