Had a wonderful lunch today. Normally I bring lunch to work but today I ventured out to this establishment to try a Sub sandwich. I see my staff eat here a lot. It was definitely worth the effort. I had #6 Turkey and Provolone on Wheat bread. Really enjoyed that the meat is cut when you order. Really tastes different compared to other shops. Plenty of combinations to add to the sandwich. I ordered 2 sandwiches and the guy asked if I wanted mayo Or mustard I said yes to Mayo no mustard as he proceeds to put mustard on it and then rudely wipes it off and I had to ask 3 times for a new slice of bread and he told me to "chill" the total was $40 for 2 sandwiches and a drink... will not be back. I don't even know where to start. Right before my sub was mad, a lady came in wanting to pick up her online order. The store didn't have it and they told her they would make it now, and use her phone receipt to make it. The employee proceeds to take the lady's phone, place it on the surface where the food is made, then with gloved hands, touched her phone over and over and then touched my food. Phones are disgusting and should never be placed on the surface where the food is made. And then using the same gloves to touch said phone and then my food. Ew The other guy was wiping his nose and beard constantly with his gloved hands. Needless to say I threw my sub away. $10 wasted. read more

This place automatically gets a 5 star ratting based on customer service. I walked in 5 to close and asked if it was to late and they said they are open till the last customer after doors are locked. As an avid Jersey Mike's fan, I can't stress how disappointed I am with this location. Recently they're 0 for 3 in terms of making the orders correct, at least the last time they offered to fix it. This time, no apology, no offer to fix, nothing. I can't rate the employees and customer service at this location low enough. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!! Really bad service and slow. The meat and cheese slices are so thin you can see through them, more like a bred sub. The guy that made my sub put it straight on the counter before getting a paper to wrap it up. I brought it to his attention that was unsanitary and he was trying to argue with me. We had lunch here between doctors appts today, 9/10/21. The food is good, fresh, the employees are on point but I doubt I'll return. Why? They had the music so ridiculously loud my husband and I couldn't hear each other, missed a call from a doctor because I never heard the phone ring. I had to make a call and had to go outside and still heard the music out on the sidewalk. This was not a pleasant non-stressful experience. Screaming your order to the employees is not fun. Dining is suppose to be relaxing. If this is what you want, go there. If not, go elsewhere. read more

Terrible customer service. The KIDS working here are more concerned with playing around than taking care of the customers. With the customer service I experienced it was no surprise the sandwich I order was extremely greasy. The owner needs to hire a manager that can run that daycare. read more

Philly cheesesteak was excellent. Only downside is there were no black pepper packets.

Do not eat at this location if you have celiac disease or a gluten allergy. If I could leave zero stars I would. I came in to order my 8 year old daughter a gluten free sandwich. Her sandwich was made on a dirty black tray. The lady told me she would clean up but never cleaned any surface and never cleaned the slicer either. Her sandwich was made on a black tray that she slammed down on the counter that came out with bread crumbs and lettuce already on it. Jersey Mikes in Gainesville, Ga does an excellent job with cleaning and was very knowledgeable when it came to cross contamination. The staff here was rude when asked/told about anything having to do with her allergy. Mainly the manager who said she had been there for 5 years. Trying not to complain too much I just went with it. She is a recent diagnosis and only our third time eating at jersey mikes since her diagnosis. First time at the cumming location on market place. Now my daughter is crying on the couch because, of course, she was contaminated. I ordered a foot-long for her to be able to eat later. 3/4 of a $25 sub now has to go in the trash. read more

The employees at Jersey Mike's were great and the sandwich ingredients are wonderful. My only complaint? The bread has a pretty tough crust. Overall, I would rate Lenny's and Jersey Mikes at 4 plus stars with the tie breaker being Lennys better bread - good texture and nothing to take away from enjoying my sandwich. read more

i was at the Lowes and asked the checkout woman where the new jersey mikes was and she insisted there wasn't one, lol, and i insisted oh yeah, just opened, oh no, you're mistaken, she said, not here, i love their subs, i would know, so i walked outside and you can see it from the lowes, and she came out and it was like seeing a ufo, its there,you can see it, but you don't believe it! I've only been to Jersey Mike's 2 times. And, both times the food was great!! Not only is the food great but the customer service was exceptional. In this location there are at least 4 different sub shops within a 1/4 mile radius so there are options but, Jersey Mike's will be my number 1 choice for now on. This time, my "sub" a wrap, the bread kept breaking when he'd go to wrap it and instead of serving me a poor product or a wrap that was falling apart. The gentlemen on the grill cooking my food wrapped it 4 different times and felt bad because it took a minute. He gave it to me on the house. I didn't expect that at all, it was worth the wait to get it right. I know if I want good food, it's going to take time to cook it and fix it. It's worth waiting on. The food is sooo fresh and cooked perfectly. I wish I would have gotten the young man's name that did my order but, because of him and his excellent customer service. I will be back! read more
