I needed a moment to review the menu before placing my order. I wasn't rushed at all. Once I placed it, I was surprised at how quickly the food came out. The chicken tenders was hot and fresh. They remind you more of a boneless breast than a typical tender you would get at a fast food restaurant. Each tender was huge, juicy and fresh. I also got fries with my order which were crinkle style. They remind me of the ones from shake shack, but with less salt. They were fine. But the star of the show was the chicken tender. The sauce that comes with the order automatically is their own secret sauce. I preferred the tender plain. But I might get a more standard sauce next time to try.

He was friendly, courteous, very helpful, and actually cared that things worked out for me. He has a big smile on his face and also wanted to make sure that all of our food tasted good! He is an asset to this company or anywhere he works and that's a wonderful thing to see nowadays; take care of this guy! Our chicken and fries were hot, fresh, and delicious. The sweet tea on the other hand that I usually look forward to having was just like drinking semi-sweet water. There's no tea to it and not even terribly sweet. He was quiet, mumbling his words, and didn't know what he was talking about. We all ordered our food and found a place to sit. The drinks (of that which were available) were very syrupy and didn't taste right at all. This brings me to the first picture of the soda machines. Much like a "Where's Waldo" portrait, the longer you look, the more you see. Except instead of a dopamine hit, it's a slight feeling of dread that compounds with every find. First, we have two drinks out of order. That happens, no big deal. As we continue to look at the machine we notice its base is propped up by two styrofoam cups. Still weird, but not too nasty. To the right there are also no napkins. I find this is more than a minor inconvenience when eating finger food. Lastly, but certainly most unsettling, is the bug trap set up just to the left of the machine. I appreciate you using a trap, but right next to drinks and where food is bound to be put down? After 10 minutes, I alone received my food. Except it wasn't what I ordered. I ordered the sandwich pictured in the restaurant which was advertised as the chicken salad sandwich and received what consisted of lettuce, tomatoes, and chicken. I clarified I had actually ordered the chicken salad sandwich (because this was obviously not that) and the singular man assured me that was correct. Another 15 minutes pass by and the rest of my family gets their food. The glorified bar food was mediocre at best and my family wasn't even interested in finishing. He also forgot an order of fries. This is impressive because of the 5 customers in the entire building, my family was 5 of them. As we were leaving, another poor man and his family walked in to order. I felt a moral obligation to turn him away. This was also right as we passed the pitiful 80 on the inspection report. I usually let this stuff go, but as someone who appreciates food, I felt it would be a disservice to society to let this place continue to have an inflated 4.4 stars. My only complaint would be on the music from the kitchen. The restaurant has nice music playing in the dining area but you'll also hear the kitchen playing separate music very loudly. I would ask for a seat away from the kitchen entrance.
