Have stopped here for dessert, but not had a meal before, it was quick, tasted good, was hot. The gluten free bun was heated, had good texture and held up well with the burger. The dining room experience was pleasant and presented with a clean booth, but also has table top seating. We've brought our dog to the outside seating area and have been pleased there as well. I have been so excited for this location to open up! Since the grand opening I have stopped in three times thus far to either get a burger and a concrete or just a concrete. My most recent visit I ordered a double Chedder Butterburger with bacon, lettuce, pickles and barbecue sauce on top. The beef patty was cooked perfectly and was juicy! Mixed with the bacon and chedder, this burger was a beautiful concoction forged together by gladiators! The price tag on this bad boy was $5.66. I topped it all off with a chocolate concrete with Reece's Peanut Butter Cup and Brownie Bites blended in! Culver's concrete is the equivalent of Darry Queen's Blizzard, except it's custard ice cream! Personally I love Culver's custard ice cream. It's creamy and smooth! Not too thick, but not too soft; just right! I ordered a regular size which came out to $4.48. If you have never ate at Culver's before, I highly recommend trying it at least one time! They make great quality burgers, but they also serve chicken tenders, chicken sandwiches, grilled Rueben melt, fish filet and several other delicious items. All three times that I have gone in thus far, the service has been quick. Majority of the employees are students whether that be high school or college aged. As this is a new location majority of the employees are still training (i.e. learning the computer system and Culver's wide menu options). This is to be expected. As long as the service is friendly and quick and the food is hot when delivered, that's all that really matters in the end! Keep up the excellent work you guys! Mix between fast food and restaurant. There are comfy seating options and the togo is made quickly. I did have an issue of missing bacon on a bacon cheeseburger but the staff quickly fixed the issue. My wife loves that they offer a well made veggie burger. We like the fries. They even love to see my dog in the drive thru. The quality is worth the price. read more

The only way I can recommend this restaurant is if you are constipated go here and eat a burger and you will have diarrhea for 2 days while your body is getting rid of the nasty grease that is used. Delicious smash burgers and shakes! My husband got a Butter Burger and I got buffalo tenders. The burger was great. The tenders were ok. Crinkle fries were good. We recently moved just down the road from this Culver's and love visiting here for a nice treat every once in a while. The food is made fresh to order (and that's legitimate; not just some marketing BS) and the employees are incredibly nice. While I wouldn't recommend visiting here if you're on a diet, it's a nice spot for a little fast food treat every now and then. read more

The service is fast and the food is good. I am obsessed with their custard shakes which never disappoints. I tried their jumbo shrimp, and it was pleasantly surprising how good they were. This place has taken the concept of inflation to the EXTREME. For starters, they've smashed down their burger patties so thin that you can LITERALLY see THROUGH them. A "double" burger is now equivalent to what was previously a SINGLE. and... for this SINGLE burger, fries, and a drink, they charge the outlandish price of $15. Culver's LOVES inflation. They are using it to actually increase their profits relative to their pre-inflation profits. WORSE than "not a fair value." read more

Wow, AMAZING customer service! Walked in with a group of nine about 8 minutes before close and were treated AMAZING. We felt guilty, but it was a long, grueling day of basketball and one of only places still open. We actually didn't think they would serve us so last minute. It was no problem! Visited twice. Double burger was dry and salty instead of moist, tender and juicy. I did not taste any butter. Not good. Looked just like the pic, one star for that. Fish sandwich was 2 flavorless cheese sticks, not a piece of whole fish as shown in the picture. Again, not good. And then there's the price, too high. My advice, just go for the burger and frozen custard. The price is higher compared to other fast food restaurants. I still like Five Guys or Red Robin burgers better. I came in yesterday with a group of about 15 students after a FCA Fields of Faith event and the workers were the absolute sweetest! They constantly asked if we needed anything or if they could take any trash and when we stayed till close, they very, very politely asked us to head out. As a retail worker, when customers come in towards closing and stay the whole time, it is very frustrating. At the end of my shift I'm tired and just want to go home. When it comes to Customer Service, the Cumming location is top notch. The service here would make many top restaurants jealous. I wanted to highlight the cashier, but everyone I had contact with was superb. The gentleman who was cleaning the tables was no exception. He spoke to us first and we talked for about a minute while he was cleaning tables. Who ever is in charge of recruiting, you did an exceptional job. I hope you can keep them until they go to college. I went in with my significant other and we both made separate purchases. He went first, and ordered a blueberry milkshake, nothing else. Next up I went, ordered a whole meal and also a blueberry milkshake. The lady at the counter first said that they don't do anything other than strawberry, chocolate, and vanilla. she may have been new, she was quickly corrected by a co worker and it didn't really bother me much. I go and sit down, get my food, but no milkshake. I'm told it will be brought out in a minute. I eat maybe half of my food, 10 minutes going by, no milkshake still. My partner says I should go up and ask about it, so I do. Again, I'm told another few minutes. I go back, finish my food, and again, no milkshake. I assume by now they have just flat out forgotten, so I go back up and ask about it again (mind you I have brought up my receipt each time). The lady that took my order takes the receipt to the blonde haired lady making the shakes that day, who then GOES OFF on that poor little girl, saying she already made the shake and that I'm probably just trying to get something free. I'm standing in front of them both, and I quickly show her my receipt saying NO MA'AM, you made my PARTNERS milkshake, not mine. There were 2 blueberry milkshakes. She gave me a half arsed apology and while looking at me, whispered something to another co worker while looking at me and gives me my shake.
