Tore down...rebuilt... and it's still a nuisance.. can't seem to manage traffic and this store causes delays to traffic all the time

They had terrible service took a hour to give my chocolate chunk cookie and ice cream, they said the hate Jews and it smelt terrible in the restaurant could've used better cleaning and decoration, the waiters were very rude especially Kamryn, caylie i wounldnt recommend this restaurant to anyone please do not give them service, they said they hate me because I'm a Jew. read more

Still a solid 4 stars. With the remodel it's smaller inside which is disappointing and less booths. I know there is a lot of drive thru business, but sometimes you want to eat it it hot and there. The food is what you would expect at a chick fil a and the staff is nice. They do sometimes forget something in your order so whether you dine in or out make sure you got your order and sauces. read more

Forgot stuff in my order tell me that the bathroom was closed. It was 8 o'clock kept telling other customers that they are closed even though their website stated that they're open until 9:30 look like they were rushing to close for. I used to consider Chik-fil-a best in class for service in the fast food industry but this location is a tire-fire. They have gotten my last 5 orders wrong. I drive through the drive through so i dont have to go into the restaurant but still have to go get my extra ___ every visit. The teenagers all have an attitude. No more 'my pleasure' positivity this place was known for. I rarely go anymore but every once in a while think "it's gotta change" but it never does. Worst location I have ever been to. The food is good and the service is decent. My complaint is about the temperature inside the restaurant. It is 52 degrees outside and rainy and they have the AC on full blast. I don't understand! Chik Fil A has come to represent QUALITY and SERVICE at every one of their locations and this Dawsonville location does not let you down on either of these pillars that the brand represents. SERVICE - I don't know if it is the training, the people who Chik Fil A hires or a great engaged management team but any Chik Fil A I have dined in has always had superior service. From being greeted, quickly and efficiently being helped in line or how quickly you receive your food items the service always ROCKS! Where do they find all of these friendly, polite helpful staff members? I have literally paid for a five-star dining experience and not received the level of service or attention you will see in this store. Another word on their staffing, this store, or any other Chik Fil A I have been to has always had a large number of staff members working. The stores are always crowded but the wait is minimal and exceedingly fast, the restaurant and dining area is always clean, the trash receptacles are never overfilled and the condiments are always fully well stocked. Bathrooms have always been clean and well stocked, never walked in to wash my hands and not found soap and all towel dispersers full. Almost every time we visit this location like many other Chik Fil A's stores you walk in the door and think about turning around because of the line. But, within minutes you are being helped and by the time you get condiments and sit your food is being brought to you, served hot and fresh. Our order has always been correct too. There is normally a person in the dining room cleaning and offering drink refills. The food quality has always been great, anything we have ordered is served to us very hot and freshly made to our order. This place ROCKS 5-STARS on every visit!! read more

Nick in the drive through yelled out in the parking lot TWICE that my card declined on the app. I proceeded through the drive through as I was told and I told by a team member and she proceeded to tell me that he didn't mean to. I am baffled with this customer service at this location. I've never had a bad experience with chick fil a until today. My card APPROVED through drive through. This Chick-fil-A is my favorite location. The drive thru line moves relatively quick. They rarely make any mistakes here. Most importantly this locations biscuits are the best of any Chick-fil-A. The biscuits are not soft and doughy like at other Chick-fil-A's. read more

Every time I go in this cfa I feel like I am walking in the midst of the employee break room. More employees sitting around like they are "on break" than behind the counter working. It's an odd feeling and frustrating when you need something. I was trying to get some sauce for my carry out order and I struggled to get anyone's attention. This particular chick-fil-a is always extraordinarily busy. Cars constantly line the drive-thru every time I've been, and the inside is usually pretty full as well. Despite the high volume, the employees do a remarkable job at serving everyone in a reasonable amount of time. Plus the staff's positive attitude and commitment to their jobs put every other fast food franchise I've ever ate at to shame. The food is always really good despite the chicken on the sandwiches occasionally being a little dry, but hey it's fast food, and it's leagues ahead of McDonald's or Wendy's.
