They are rude, entitled, and look at you like you're inconveniencing them for asking them to do their jobs. Being frustrated in the middle of a rush you're unequipped to deal with is one thing, but telling a customer you're "getting irritated" to their face is another. It's rare for me to go out of my way to write a review, but I'm praying Taco Bell sees this and takes this into consideration for their other locations. This Taco Bell serves breakfast, unlike EVERY other location in Atlanta. The employees were beyond nice. They asked how my day was going, handed me my food under 2 minutes, then said "God Bless you enjoy your day and thank you for coming to Taco Bell. Enjoy your breakfast." I shook my head and blinked a few times, wondering if my daze would break and I actually was in a Chick-fil-A and hallucinating. Then the breakfast itself was perfect, perfectly made and super fresh compared to all the other locations I frequent around Atlanta. Door is often locked during store hours. Perpetually understaffed multiple people leave the line waiting long for orders. This is the most trash location I've ever been to. I placed a $60 order on the Taco Bell app and I was there within 5 minutes. They tell me my order has already been picked up. Excuse me??? It clearly wasn't me and I had the receipt showing it was still in progress. He read my order off to me and said "yeah someone already took that one." He refused to remake the order, refund my order or do anything. They literally stole $60 from me due to their carelessness. He told me to tell the app my issue. The app is a form submission and no immediate help. I called the police and basically all they could do was try to persuade them to make my order and they still refused. I'm assuming I spoke to the manager, because he was the only one in a pattern shirt and he does not deserve to be a manager of any establishment, even one as low as Taco Bell. If you like long lines, an inability to run drive thrus effectively, items missing from your order, cold food and old cinnabon delights, then this is the place for you. We have given them multiple attempts to get it right and I am not sure they have the management to do it. We normally order thru the app and do drive thru pick up, but the lines are ridiculous and they always leave stuff out, from sauces to items we have ordered. Placed an online order to pick up in the store on the app. Walked inside to be told by the General Manager that I had to wait in the drive thru line to pick up my order. They wouldn't just hand me my order, instead walked me to the door land locked it behind me. I asked about canceling or refunding my order and told they couldn't do that at the store level and I needed to contact customer support through the app. The line took 40 minutes to get through and when I got my order it was all cold. Why offer the option to pick up your order inside and then trap people into a drive thru line without an option to be refunded for false information? Food is always inconsistent and contains less than what is spec'd. Tacos are either intentionally being made below standards per management instructions to save on product cost or employees are gaining the system and eating the difference. How else do you explain a taco that consistently contains 1/2 the ground beef compared to other locations I frequent. When I'm handed the bag I can literally feel the weight difference. I can't imagine there isn't something like a mini scoop to take the ground beef from a cooking container to taco shell. Let's be honest not an easy or high paying job but all you have to do to make a taco is put the expected ingredients in in the quantity customers expect and Taco Bell standards require.
