Service is hit or miss.... they go through times of good and bad. I'm honestly here to comment on the new "cookie dough frosty". It's terrible. There's NO cookie dough... it's just chocolate syrup with chocolate cookie crumbs. Disgusting read more

The lady at the counter was phenomenal she is super nice. She works super hard and is the best worker ever

Great team who is always trying their best. Drive through line is always fast, food is always hot and freshly made and the customer service is standard if not excelling. Polite people all around and I'm always shocked at the negative reviews. I'll drive out of my way to go to this Wendy's specifically!! read more

This restaurant is the absolute worst for customer service. They have incompetent people that don't have any clue how to do their jobs working here consistently. They could care less about to go orders and delivery orders and making customers happy. Just numskulls who cant seem to read.. the place is very dirty also read more

This Wendy's location is absolutely cutting corners. We ordered a Baconator and a Pretzel Baconator. Each only had 2 slices of bacon, where the company standard is 6 slices per Baconator. This is yet another example of a business owner trying to get away with ripping off customers. If you have an experience like this, please take the time to submit a complaint to Wendy's Customer Service. read more

Wendy's - 2 slices of bacon on each Baconator - Burgers Near Me - Cumming, Georgia

Terrible. We waited 10 mins at register and no one greeted us or was even there. I said something and was told someone was coming out. They never came and we left. The company is spending all of this money on advertising for new product released yesterday and we can't even spend our money on it. read more

Food was good reviews were super misleading staff friendly bathrooms clean. Five stars

They are very nice but I ordered the French Toast Sticks and they gave me the wrong meal. There was no one in the place. I made them aware of the problem and asked what they served me and that if it sounded good, I would just eat it. They told me it was a sausage biscuit. I said "oh that's fine. I'll eat it." However it was a bacon egg and cheese biscuit. The home fries were cold and the breakfast sandwich was cold too. There were also knats by the drink area. The customer service was nice (this is why 2 stars instead of 1) but they got my entire order wrong and even though there was no one in the restaurant, and it took a second to give me my food, it was cold. read more

Amazing I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich and they gave me a baconater with double patty and double bacon best upgrade ever. Service was good. The ambiance was chill. Epic read more

Usually a big fan of Wendy's, stopped here for breakfast. Got a chicken biscuit which was good but the seasoned potatoes served with it were pretty much ice cold. Staff was pretty much comatose, did not display any desire to be friendly. After looking at the reviews, I realize this place is more than likely poorly managed. It's a shame because Wendy's normally has great food and great service. This location is not doing the chain any favors read more

We've given this place multiple tries. Every time we wait over 30 minutes when we're the only people in the franchise.

I normally try and be nice when I go through the drive thru. I know they're swamped. However after I got my order today.... I bit into the other half of my burger and found part of a bread tab in my sandwich. I but straight into it not knowing it was there. I'm actually pretty upset. I know mistakes happen but how did a black bread tab get stuck amongst the rest of the food??? I am giving them three stars however because I called the restaurant and the woman answering the phone was willing to replace my sandwich and was very polite before the call got dropped. The fact she was so kind makes a whole difference. read more

Wendy's - a hand holding a half eaten sandwich - Burgers Near Me - Cumming, Georgia

This has to be the most raggedy Wendy's in the system. Couple that with the piss poor attitudes of the management and crew. This is our 2nd or 3rd visit here and the food is ALWAYS cold and hard. Truly a lesson learned! While ordering you surely don't need some snot nosed kid asking "asking thing else" after each item. Even though we wanted other items, I remembered the last time we were here and it was absolutely horrible. This unit doesn't fail to disappoint. The sandwiches were dressed wrong and the bacon appeared to be as old was I am. read more

Nice friendly staff to welcome you in. Very clean and attentive while taking my order. Great food. Will be back!

A cute red haired boy was very kind and helpful. Would recommend this Wendy's to anyone I love it.

This place is the absolute worst and they just raised their prices again. so disgusting these corporations taking advantage of inflation by raising prices far beyond what the inflation rate is. JBC's went from $2.79 to $3.29. I just paid $13+ for two crappy cold cheeseburgers and a half full container of cold undercooked fries with a coke. I can get a whole plate of BBQ with two sides and a drink for $12 down the street. I hope this place just goes under. Such a rip off and the employees are trash. Rude, mess up every order and serve cold disgusting food. Just terrible. never going back. read more

Almost didn't eat here after seeing they only had 1 1/2 stars. The drive through was busy so I decided to give them a try. Drive through line kept moving. Employee taking order and money was nice as was the employee at the pick up window. Burger was fresh and correctly made. French fries were fresh too! Happy I stopped! read more

Avoid this location at all costs !!!! Went into the drive thru - was the only car in line and no one ever came over the speaker so I drove up to the windows - no employees in sight. When I drove past the diminution there were 3 employees sitting around a table Talking and then a fourth one took his headset off to go outside and talk with a friend in a pick up truck - since they saw me they got up so I drove around again. Now there was a car in front of me and one behind - again no one took any orders after waiting 5 more minutes I just left and will MEVER be back. Do the community a favor and jus close this place down read more

The food was absolutely awful the servers very unprofessional the they did not follow any instructions given very unsanitary no hair nets where worn by anyone no one had on gloves, I will be reporting this to the Forsyth County food inspector, and will never go back there. read more

CUSTOMER SERVICE is non existent. Well let me tell you if no stars could be given this would rate it. Saturday afternoon and two patrons in front of us. The first lady apparently was a manager from another store and picking up food and asking for the manager to apply the managers discount. Not quite sure that should be happening. so finally we come to order and the lady takes our order, we pay and then sit down to wait for our order. Now I see this Lady (manager) behind the counter at the fry station putting her orders together. So right away I am concerned for the lack of service that is happening . The Manager at this store said nothing to her as she was doing all of this. so 20 minutes later we are still waiting for our order, of two hamburgers, fries and drinks nothing special, and guess what it still was not ready., At that point I asked for my money back but the manager at this facility never came to the counter to discuss this issue he kept taking care of drive thru orders. Then this other manager pipes in that they should hurry up and give us our food. Still I was asking for our money back and the manger still never showed up at the counter. So we finally took our food that was only partial correct. This is the most horrid place I have every ate in and Customer Service is at a negative 100 as far as I am concern. PLEASE DO NOT GO TO THIS FACILITY go some where else. Chic-Fil-a has no worries about Wendy beating them out. I would love to hear from this manager and the district manager why I was shown no respect by the manager coming to the counter to talk to me during this interaction. read more

I have been a long time custom of this location, but since the remodel the food and service has gone way down. I'm 0 for 2 tries with my burger and now chicken sandwich either over cooked or sitting under the heat lamps. This last time my chicken sandwich was over cooked and I retuned it for another over cooked sandwich. This is after I drove home the first time. After checking out the new sandwich, it looked fresh, but the chicken stayed in the fryer way too long. Talked to the manager and she said it was done. She was right it was done, like over done. I walked away with neither and headed over to McDonald's. I would love to give them another shot, but probably not. Take pride in your product and service. Sadly, this location needs to put more effort into the product. read more

Have ordered from here approximately five times. First time - didn't know better and was shocked at how horrible the food and service was. Literally, uneatable . Subsequent times was due to pure forgetfulness on our part. Nonetheless, it never got better. May have even gotten worst. The last time, food was horrible (big surprise), they were out of everything, and the staff just stood around. How this particular store has stayed in business is a total mystery. read more

They had great parking. And even though they opened a few minutes late, they did fantastic under anger from other customers and were so nice!! They were very aware of their lateness and were properly apologetic of it! Such a nice crew team! read more

Wendy's - Parking - Burgers Near Me - Cumming, Georgia

This was by far one of the worst experiences I've had at Wendy's in a long time. I came here yesterday (1/22/22) and ordered a 6 ct. chicken nugget meal, and the guy was great, no complaints about that day. I came back here today (1/23/22) because I had a gift card, and ordered the same 6 ct. chicken nugget meal. The kid over the radio told me "we don't have a meal" so I then said "alright. I'll just get 6 nuggets, large fry, and large Dr Pepper." Then I went to the window and asked for bbq sauce. Right after they gave me my food, I checked the bag and no bbq sauce. I pull into a parking spot and go inside and ask for sauce. I was given the sauce with attitude. Returned to my car to take a bite of my nuggets and they were COLD!!! Not just room temp. cold, they felt and tasted as if I just pulled them out of the fridge. So I had to go BACK in and explain to them that they were freezing cold. Everyone in there was giving me attitude and taking turns staring at me and giving me dirty looks. I then had to wait 10+ minutes for new nuggets with no apology or anything. This whole operation seems to be run by kids, high schoolers at best with no professional back ground. read more

Went through the drive through today around 1:35pm. After placing my order, I noticed that the order on the screen was not correct and politely told the drive through person about the error. She started arguing with me about it (like I don't know what I want???) and actually told me to "Look at the fuc*ing screen!" I drove off without finishing my order. How is it acceptable to swear at customers in the drive through??? Never again. read more

This store needs new management before it gets closed. They have 5 or 6 employees constantly yet always complain about not having enough help. They are constantly out of items like ketchup. read more

This is the worst Wendy's I've ever been to! Had to go inside because they could only take cash because the card swiper was broken to get my take out order. Get in there and there are 10 employees shooting the shit not even asking me what I want, including the manager. Then I get my order and it is freezing cold all of it. The chili didn't have anything in it... no meat or anything. It was straight chilling water. It didn't come with the cheese I asked for twice. I asked for sweetener for my tea and none of them knew what it was. It's really sad because that place should do great business if the food and staff was worth a shit. read more

This is so ridiculous - if you are going to close early & on a Friday night esp. at least turn off the stupid sign !!! Cork board up covering the windows, people vaping in the cars out front, but can't let people know you have no intention of taking an order! read more

Absolutely awful. First of all when is this place open? i've gone during lunch time CLOSED i've gone at 7pm CLOSED but has staff walking out behind the trash cans or sitting in the lobby but they always are closed. If I could give this place negative stars I would. They can never get their act together, it is absolutely the worst ran restaurant in this location. Do not recommend anyone coming here unless you want to wait 20 minutes to put in an order, and watch five other customers waiting in line leave without ever ordering. We all went to McDonald's instead! Also get a card reader that can accept Apple Pay like every other restaurant and store. read more

Spent almost 30 minutes waiting in drive thru. Food was cold when I got it and they forgot to give me my drink. Won't be going back.

Badly prepared food and horrible service, even for Wendy's. Not sure out of the handful of times I've visited this location if they've managed to get an order right yet. There's many better options nearby. read more

Ran through the drive thru for a quick bite, 4 for $4 double stack plain and get home to find that there is EVERYTHING on it. Worse, I paid cash and the guy didn't give me a receipt! So annoying. This is the 3rd time I've tried to go to this store and they always f*** it up. Jesus, how hard is it to tell the cooks PLAIN. I hear your repeat it back to me only to get home and the burger is dripping with disgusting mustard and ketchup and the WORST pickles! Does that look like a f***ing plain burger to you? No. read more

Went through the drive-thru last night. Had two combos and a frosty. The woman at the drive-thru gave me one drink and the frosty. Another lady came over and handed me the food and said 'did you get your drinks'? I said "just need one more". She handed it to me. The first woman said "they're liars. I gave them the drinks." Of course, I don't appreciate being called a liar, especially when she didn't do her job. read more

Absolutely terrible service, no one cares about you they're just doing their job. Lady checking me out told me it was $5.30 total (while I have my card held out in my hand for her) and just walks away.
