They are very nice but I ordered the French Toast Sticks and they gave me the wrong meal. There was no one in the place. I made them aware of the problem and asked what they served me and that if it sounded good, I would just eat it. They told me it was a sausage biscuit. I said "oh that's fine. I'll eat it." However it was a bacon egg and cheese biscuit. The home fries were cold and the breakfast sandwich was cold too. There were also knats by the drink area. The customer service was nice (this is why 2 stars instead of 1) but they got my entire order wrong and even though there was no one in the restaurant, and it took a second to give me my food, it was cold. read more

Usually a big fan of Wendy's, stopped here for breakfast. Got a chicken biscuit which was good but the seasoned potatoes served with it were pretty much ice cold. Staff was pretty much comatose, did not display any desire to be friendly. After looking at the reviews, I realize this place is more than likely poorly managed. We've given this place multiple tries. Every time we wait over 30 minutes when we're the only people in the franchise.

I normally try and be nice when I go through the drive thru. I know they're swamped. However after I got my order today.... I bit into the other half of my burger and found part of a bread tab in my sandwich. I but straight into it not knowing it was there. I'm actually pretty upset. I know mistakes happen but how did a black bread tab get stuck amongst the rest of the food??? I am giving them three stars however because I called the restaurant and the woman answering the phone was willing to replace my sandwich and was very polite before the call got dropped. JBC's went from $2.79 to $3.29. I just paid $13+ for two crappy cold cheeseburgers and a half full container of cold undercooked fries with a coke. I can get a whole plate of BBQ with two sides and a drink for $12 down the street. I hope this place just goes under. Such a rip off and the employees are trash. Avoid this location at all costs !!!! Went into the drive thru - was the only car in line and no one ever came over the speaker so I drove up to the windows - no employees in sight. When I drove past the diminution there were 3 employees sitting around a table Talking and then a fourth one took his headset off to go outside and talk with a friend in a pick up truck - since they saw me they got up so I drove around again. This has to be the most raggedy Wendy's in the system. Couple that with the piss poor attitudes of the management and crew. This is our 2nd or 3rd visit here and the food is ALWAYS cold and hard. Truly a lesson learned! While ordering you surely don't need some snot nosed kid asking "asking thing else" after each item. CUSTOMER SERVICE is non existent. Well let me tell you if no stars could be given this would rate it. Saturday afternoon and two patrons in front of us. The first lady apparently was a manager from another store and picking up food and asking for the manager to apply the managers discount. Not quite sure that should be happening. so finally we come to order and the lady takes our order, we pay and then sit down to wait for our order. Now I see this Lady (manager) behind the counter at the fry station putting her orders together. So right away I am concerned for the lack of service that is happening . The Manager at this store said nothing to her as she was doing all of this. so 20 minutes later we are still waiting for our order, of two hamburgers, fries and drinks nothing special, and guess what it still was not ready., At that point I asked for my money back but the manager at this facility never came to the counter to discuss this issue he kept taking care of drive thru orders.Then this other manager pipes in that they should hurry up and give us our food. Still I was asking for our money back and the manger still never showed up at the counter. So we finally took our food that was only partial correct. This is the most horrid place I have every ate in and Customer Service is at a negative 100 as far as I am concern. PLEASE DO NOT GO TO THIS FACILITY go some where else. Chic-Fil-a has no worries about Wendy beating them out. I would love to hear from this manager and the district manager why I was shown no respect by the manager coming to the counter to talk to me during this interaction. read more

I have been a long time custom of this location, but since the remodel the food and service has gone way down. I'm 0 for 2 tries with my burger and now chicken sandwich either over cooked or sitting under the heat lamps. This last time my chicken sandwich was over cooked and I retuned it for another over cooked sandwich. This is after I drove home the first time. After checking out the new sandwich, it looked fresh, but the chicken stayed in the fryer way too long. Talked to the manager and she said it was done. She was right it was done, like over done. I walked away with neither and headed over to McDonald's. I would love to give them another shot, but probably not. Take pride in your product and service. Have ordered from here approximately five times. First time - didn't know better and was shocked at how horrible the food and service was. Literally, uneatable . Subsequent times was due to pure forgetfulness on our part. Nonetheless, it never got better. May have even gotten worst. This is the worst Wendy's I've ever been to! Had to go inside because they could only take cash because the card swiper was broken to get my take out order. Get in there and there are 10 employees shooting the shit not even asking me what I want, including the manager. Then I get my order and it is freezing cold all of it. The chili didn't have anything in it... no meat or anything. It was straight chilling water. It didn't come with the cheese I asked for twice. This was by far one of the worst experiences I've had at Wendy's in a long time. I came here yesterday (1/22/22) and ordered a 6 ct. chicken nugget meal, and the guy was great, no complaints about that day. I came back here today (1/23/22) because I had a gift card, and ordered the same 6 ct. chicken nugget meal. The kid over the radio told me "we don't have a meal" so I then said "alright. I'll just get 6 nuggets, large fry, and large Dr Pepper." Then I went to the window and asked for bbq sauce. Right after they gave me my food, I checked the bag and no bbq sauce. I pull into a parking spot and go inside and ask for sauce. I was given the sauce with attitude. Returned to my car to take a bite of my nuggets and they were COLD!!! Not just room temp. cold, they felt and tasted as if I just pulled them out of the fridge. So I had to go BACK in and explain to them that they were freezing cold. Everyone in there was giving me attitude and taking turns staring at me and giving me dirty looks. I then had to wait 10+ minutes for new nuggets with no apology or anything. Went through the drive-thru last night. Had two combos and a frosty. The woman at the drive-thru gave me one drink and the frosty. Another lady came over and handed me the food and said 'did you get your drinks'? I said "just need one more". She handed it to me. The first woman said "they're liars. I gave them the drinks."
