Honestly, I had vowed never to return, but I decided to give the location another chance today -- and I'm glad I did. The store was clearly short staffed, and the drive-thru was very busy, yet the dining room was still clean and organized. What truly stood out was the manager on duty, Kayla Jones. From the moment I walked in, she greeted me warmly and treated me as though I was the only guest in the restaurant. She was patient, professional, kind, and provided outstanding customer service throughout my visit. Despite everything going on around her, Kayla maintained complete professionalism while also coaching and directing her team with excellence. It was obvious the staff respected her leadership. My food was delivered quickly, fresh, and excellent. This visit was the complete opposite end of the spectrum from my previous experience, and it was so exceptional that I felt compelled to write this review. Managers like Kayla Jones are the reason customers return and become loyal guests. She absolutely won me over as a customer for life. Thank you again, Kayla, for an outstanding experience and for showing what true professionalism and hospitality look like.
