I don't usually create reviews for traditional fast food restaurants unless it's a horrible experience to warn future patrons. This. This is a different scenario. Food was HOT and FRESH; Cajun Chicken Biscuit, Potato Rounds, with 2 Sausage Egg and Cheese Biscuits. We waited around 4 minutes and was worth every minute! We had a small issue with the iced teas we ordered. We prefer unsweetened but theirs tasted like it had been sitting there for a minute. We asked the attendant if we could get a replacement and not only did Connor offer it, he also asked what was wrong with them so he could fix the issue for future requests--That's astounding and should be commended! We got all of our food and drinks ready to go within minutes and throughout our wait our interactions with Connor felt sincere and truly hospitable. He deserves a promotion or raise! We'll definitely be stopping by here again when we're in the Cumming area for a refreshing and hospitable food stop! THANKS, CONNOR! read more

It's an extremely long wait, place is very outdated but service is friendly and food is a little bit oversalted throughout. I prefer other chicken places but if this is close and all you have, it's not bad either ! read more

Showing up at 7 o'clock in the morning and they're already out of Bo Berry biscuits and then being the only one in line for two biscuits they want me to pull forward so it doesn't show up on their reports to corporate how long they're making me wait. Last time coming here. read more

Always busy in the morning but as long as you are nice they treat you well. Romona did great at getting orders from drive thru and in store out the door quick. Door dash and other online drivers were giving her and the staff crap. They were just rude to a staff that was busting their butts for the people in front of them. Thank you Ramona for holding your ground and giving good service! read more

They took 30 minutes just whip up shit on my plate the biscuits tasted like movie butter go here if you want salmonella cause i shit my self on the way home. read more

Now I know why this Bojangles gets two stars!! this absolutely has to be the worst restaurant I've ever been to. Twice now, I have gone to get a country hand biscuit with extra ham and butter on it.! the food they serve is garbage! The ham is like prosciutto. The biscuit is dry. They never put butter on it. They never put extra ham on it.! save your money! Do not go to this location!! read more

I love it when online orders and drive thru take precedent over in store ordering. And they ignore you when you a cidntly get skipped and roll their eyes when you bring up you have been waiting for 10 minutes read more

My grubhub order was horrible. Food late.. Cold and missing item as well as wrong item. What is going on @bojangles. Then I'm calling to speak to management and I called 5 times and let the phone ring out and NO ANSWER! Probably have youngsters working here who don't do regular tasks at home and shouldnt be getting a salary. IJS ...my opinion. Quality of service now a days is terrible and the common denomination is youngsters. They are not ready! How could you screw up an entire order?? #Bojangles read more

The absolute worst bacon egg and cheese biscuit you could get, they're usually good but today. They gave me a slice of egg about as thick as the cheese with 1 slice of bacon split in half. The whole sandwich looked like there wasn't anything in it. Just terrible, these folks don't even try in there..... avoid them read more

Horrible wait time !! They need more help!! Highly understaffed 15 min wait for Togo order!!

Nobody was there eating at 6:30pm. Employees saw us and after 5+ minutes we left. I am betting they will close in the next 6 months. read more

Horrible service out dated system. This location is close to my home. But I refuse to revisit. Everyone I try to stop to grab me something quick to eat. They say their drive thru is down and you have to come in and stand in a long line. I believe they lie and don't want to take orders through drive thru. Huge inconvenience every time and the manger Ramona is nice nasty. Won't be getting my money anymore. read more

Don't go here anywhere near 2 hours before closing because they are out of food. How can you be a chicken restaurant and not have any chicken cooked? They should just change their hours or turn off the lights 2 hours before closing time. I have never been to Chick fil A and turned away due to not having any food cooked. read more

Biscuit was not fresh and guy at window was rude. This bojangles used to be good a long time ago

This is the 2nd time I have gone there with no one in the drive through or parking lot at dinner time and ordered a 20 piece family pack only to be told it will be a 20 minute wait for breast and wings. You have one job...Chicken! How can you always be out of chicken! If I could give a zero I would...just close the doors if you cannot provide food in a timely manner. read more

I was asked to pull forward even though there were no cars behind me, clearly just to avoid getting flagged for slow service. When I said nobody is in line, they said I know it's because we can only have you in line for a few minutes, it's timed. I ended up waiting over 10 minutes with no apology or explanation. The food was cold and sloppily put together when it finally arrived. read more

I ordered 2 - 2 piece meals with Breast and Thigh . When I pulled up the girl at window said - we only have 1 breast - can I give you a few wings instead. Thinking I'd get what I ordered - 1 box with a breast and thigh . Then 1 box with a thigh and two wings. So I said ok. Then they handed me a box of chicken and said all my chicken was in one box and sides in bag. When I got home I had 1 breast . 1 thigh and 1 biscuit. What a freaking rip off. I've tried to call and they have the phone off the hook . I want my money back . read more

This place is terrible. 0 stars if possible. Smells off, rarely seems clean and... my wife and I went there after months of avoiding it and ... I was served raw chicken in my sandwich. They offered to cook a new after also telling the cook they brought out that this was the second one that day!! Do not patronize this business. They also refuse a refund. read more

Always want to try and ever time we come to GA they never have a chicken sandwiches. What's up with this place and why are they even open!!

2nd time we have ever tried them and done. Simple...went through drive thru. Can't get the order right. Two orders, not that complicated yet they forgot to place the one side in the bag. Fries.....old, cold, and HARD. Never had any thing like them, the reason for the review. No receipt, thinking it eliminates customer surveys. Buyer beware.... read more

Bojangles - a bag of bojangles on a napkin - Chicken Wings Near Me - Cumming, Georgia

We have given the Bojangles on 3285 Keith Bridge Road Cumming, GA. the benefit of the doubt on several occasions. After today, no more. We placed an order for delivery that still hasn't arrived.... this has been over an hour. It's so bad that the original delivery driver abandoned the order. The new delivery driver sent a message to us saying that delay was 'typical of Bojangles'. This place is horrible!!!! read more

They are SEVERELY rude and unprofessional. I called and asked about my pay after I quit, and got severely harassed by the manager and workers through text. When I worked here, the first thing the manager said to make me "comfortable" was "don't worry, we all talk our shit." Horrible people, horrible cleanliness, unprofessional. DO NOT come here if you want to have a great day and good food. read more

I would give this place a -5 if allowed. Three times this year already we have been by to get chicken and the window says we are OUT OF CHICKEN! I mean you have ONE JOB! Out of chicken...really. This place is a joke. Bojangles needs to take this place's' franchise from the owners. This place is the worst fast food place I have EVER SEEN. read more

I have not been a fan of Bojangles for awhile, I was and then it just got to the point with the ones local for us were just not worth it when there are too many other good choices. We were driving through this area the other morning and stopped here for breakfast and it was really great! We went through the drive through and left smiling and talking about how THIS Bojangles gave us faith in Bojangles again, haha! The people at the window were so fun to talk to and the food was GREAT! Hot and delicious, just like one would ask for. We will be stopping again when in the area! read more

9:50 in morning-doors locked but people eating inside?? Will not come back to this location

I tried to place an order for 10 chicken biscuits and 10 sausage biscuits. The guy on the speaker said they don't even have 10 of each. What kind of services is that? how are you going to run a breakfast restaurant and not have sausage or cheese biscuits. My only assumption is that he is lazy and didn't wanna do it. I often visit Bojangles, but I will no longer make Bojangles my breakfast based restaurant. read more

I found a dead fly in my drink and I did not like that. And I feel like if I didn't find out it was in my drink I would have gotten really sick. And they're also really slow thru the drive thru and when yu try to order inside anyways bojangles fix this please and thank you. read more

Their food already sucks as it is, but this place just sucks in general. Horrible customer service from the woman taking orders. Noone wants your attitude. Take that shit somewhere else. Can't wait for Popeyes to shut this crap hole down and pray for a Chick-fil-A to take its place! read more

they close early, and their sizes of the pieces of chicken are very small compared to other fried chicken places. also, the prices are a bit high when considering what you get for your money. read more

Went through drive thru to order breakfast and both our drinks were watered down to the point where we couldn't just tasted water.

I came in this morning and the guy with tattoos with a tear drop underneath his eye was the kindness man I've ever experienced in a drive through. He was genuinely so sweet and kind that I want him to be recognized for his outstanding and positive demeanor. I didn't get name sadly. read more

We went to dine inside at 9:45 AM and was told they didn't have enough help to open the dining room. Our favorite location is in Morrow, Georgia. read more

It's not very good fried chicken. It goes down hill from there. I felt like more of an annoyance than a customer. The line to order was quicker than the wait to receive food. Cashier had something more important to do mid order and left the register. More wait to order then a correction. I should have known what was coming. I got cold chicken. How is it possible to wait for 15 minutes for and order of cold chicken? Whatever...it is not fast food. Sides were equally as abysmal. Potatoes were grease saturated dried out ...well the whole meal was a disappointment. Biscuits were as hard as hockey pucks. read more
