Large fuel area with a high roof and a big parking lot, I had no trouble getting the Sprinter van in here. It is right next to the interstate and super convenient. Inside, a clean men's room. The convenience store is well stocked with snacks and drinks including coolers of sodas and juices, a huge selection of slushie options, roller grill hot dogs with unlimited toppings, lots of sweet and salty snacks and a section of grab-and-go fresh foods. Lots of choices! I was able to get in, make my purchase with a quick check out and be on my way. A great stop! [Review 1099 of 2024 - 756 in Georgia - 22126 overall]

Either way ; I recently get something to eat and take a break while I'm doing Uber eats. I went to approach the kiosk to order me something to eat because I was hungry. Usually, I was stopping right chat because I am employee Racetrac and one thing about Racetrac. If you thought we strive on guest service, I know I should have probably not been here, but it was on the way so I went anyway. The roller grill food looked fantastic and all options were Available for use. I don't remember the girls name in the kitchen, but I know it started with a J she was very helpful. She was sweet and I truly enjoyed her great customer service as far as the cashiers. I can't say it was the best experience . hate complaining, but things are expensive and just eating and surviving it. The least you can do is not a robot now don't give me wrong. He did everything great it just felt like his demeanor . He didn't want me there. And I'm sorry I'm not trying to throw a race there, but she even gave me two coupons for a fountain drink and I thought that was really nice! He literally sounded like an AI robot. pretty sure he won't be reprimanded for this because he is white and it is what it is . I'm not sure what your core value you are and what your company stands for because I've never looked but I'm pretty sure positivity is definitely on that list ! Maybe this could be a couching lesson for everyone. Make your customers feel valued! Ms J! Thank you for exemplifying that! I hope in the near future it rubs off onto your colleagues

Now, I come to this RaceTrac in the mornings when I'm in the area. And almost ALWAYS around 4:15…read moream-5am the store is close. One morning I caught the store just before the young lady decided to lock the door. I asked why, she stated that she's the only employee there and she can't man the whole store by herself and check the inventory when the truck comes in. I asked where is the store manager and does that person suppose to be here. She stated yes and she had been calling for someone to come help. Mine you, this location is down from the Gwinnett county jail. Now when people are release they tend to wait around QuikTrip which is closer to the jail or walk down to RaceTrac. Quiktrip seems to always have plenty of staff, I'll say 5 times out 10 it's more than 1 person manning the store. And they always have a police there. But RaceTrac the staff is left alone with 2 doors to watch. And it's always a women who's working by herself. Come on RaceTrac Corporation you have to do better with staffing your store and I want don't want to hear that this location is slow. Heck, if it was open like it suppose to be it wouldn't be slow. I deleted my app because of this and because they changed the reward point scale. But when it is open the staff is always great and store is clean.

Wow, RaceTrac! What can I say?? I stopped at this place to grab a little grub before I headed to my…read moredoctors appointment. I originally was going to go to Hardee's which was next door. The thing that grabbed me was the pizza advertisement they had outside on the building. So I said cool, I can go grab me some cheap eats before I head to my appointment which was 20 minutes later. The Store: I haven't been inside of a Race Trac in years. I forgot how big the store was as well as a large variety of things within the store. It took me about 20 seconds to find where the pizza was. So, I found my way to the pizza. The Pizza: Now, depending on when you go, and you catch it at the right time when it's in the warmer, you will pretty much find some really good pizza. They had different kinds but I mostly opt for anything near a supreme that I can get. I think I may have missed it by 30 minutes, but it was nearly still a full pizza before I got to it. I must admit, it was pretty damn good!! So basically, I bought 2 slices of close to supreme as I could find and a small fountain drink coke which came up to $3.70. How can I lose on that deal?? So now, since I know the quality of their pizza and need some cheap eats one day, I'll visit Race Trac more often. The key is, getting there when the pizza comes out fresh!!
