You drive up, if you're first in line here you're pulling right up to the computer and the person manning the testing station (Craig) tells you when to stop and put it into park. Today, I showed up with my dad's car and found out that his car was a 2022, so testing was not needed until next February! I ended up coming back with my car because I knew it was one model year older. Marty was filling in for Craig, who was on lunch. Both guys are friendly, professional, and quick- in and out within 6 minutes. By law, the most they can charge her vehicle for emissions is $25. I have never had an issue here - and I will be back every year with all of my family's cars so that way I know I get it done quickly and correctly. Thanks to express emissions! No paper work, no receipts, or warranty was given to me AS DISCUSSED BEFORE I PAID THEM FOR PARTS UP FRONT. They charged me for a more expensive transmission then showed up with the cheaper model hoping I wouldn't notice. He then lied again about it being out of stock. I confirmed this through the manufacturer. I ended up paying them for labor they didn't complete just to get them to leave and they still threw a fit. Completely unprofessional and dishonest!

Most testing locations are only open during the week so the weekend was my only option. I had been staying out of town in a county where they do not require emissions testing so I had to travel elsewhere for my test. At 3:30 on a Saturday after contacting so many other locations that had testing systems that were down due to a state system issue, I finally found Herbert which was half an hour away and was closing in half an hour. The extremely nice man on the phone said he would stay open a few extra minutes so I could make it in. After racing down to Cumming, I made it right before 4 pm. Jeremy was just as nice in person as he was on the phone. I was so thankful for his kindness and that he was willing to stay open even if I didn't make it before 4pm. The test was extremely fast, he was really professional, and overall it was a fantastic experience. I highly recommend Herbert if you need to get your emissions tested!

Dekra computer could not communicate with Dekra wireless device hooked to car's computer. therefore - they - gave car a FAILed. Called Mazda service mgr., had on speaker phone who explain Mazda vehicle needed different action to connect...service tech said he has to follow their own instructions...I refused to pay. Tech called supv. who must've told him to put vehicle in system as 'needing repair' (not their equipment...the vehicle!?)... (left - had my dog with me & dropped it at home) Drove 15 mins to dealership...Service Manager verified nothing was wrong with the car or its computer. Mazda identified an emissions station across the street from them....went there. FINE! - ALL PASSes. However; DEKRA had placed vechicle in the system as being tested & needed repair!!!! WoW! Had to take vehicle back to DEKRA to get release - another cross county drive. Would they try to force me to pay - to get the release!?!? Once there, Tech tried again - same problem... not connecting. Tech called DEKRA mgr/owner? again - heard tech tell him I still hadn't paid, but that Mazda said vehicle was fine. Tech said he tested their equipment on a Buick while I was gone with no problem.. They eventually released the car, printed the paperwork with the code that allowed me to get it tested somewhere else. Drove back to that part of DULUTH from Peachtree Corners/Norcross .....(stations near me are mostly DEKRA)...once there - in less than 10 mins... DONE.... ALL PASSES. Cost 1.5 hours and would have failed the vehicle - requiring service repair and revisit to test......Glad I got the release... A different tech might not have taken the action to call the mgr. This tech is customer friendly and goes the extra mile - saw him trying everything he could - multiple times!..might try Dekra again (ONLY if this tech is there). In no way did I feel the situation was intentional...felt bad for the tech as he was trying everything he knew...Mazda noted that their cars may need a different action to connect to the computer - but tech is required to follow company's instructions...Consumer suffers in these situations and may end up spending more unnecessary $$'s or time. Mazda owners - be fore warned! MOTTO: Test soon & get 2nd opinion (different station). Problem might not be your vehicle - it might be their equipment! OR - maybe it is your vehicle...lol ie. Mazda

I am frustrated and concerned regarding the car dolly I recently rented. Although the dolly is…read moreadvertised as being compatible with standard sedans, it was not usable for my vehicle due to a serious design flaw. The dolly's clearance is excessively high, and the front hump is not appropriate for any low-riding or normal-height sedan. When attempting to load my car, it could not clear the hump without risking significant damage to the bumper. As a result, the dolly was effectively unusable and created a safety hazard. This issue indicates the dolly is not designed for the very vehicles it claims to accommodate. I believe U-Haul should clearly state the actual clearance requirements and warn customers that the dolly is not suitable for many sedans. I request that U-Haul review this design issue, update its equipment information, and provide an appropriate resolution for the inconvenience this caused.

Mentioned it to Randy, he said they could've fixed it for less than half. He was not willing to pay for the repairs necessary while their shop was not open. Filing a small claims case against the owner after refusal to reimburse my $819.
