This is my first time shopping at a Kohls. My wife says no no you were there with me. Remember that time? No I don't remember. Lol I'm not a big shopper and don't really like malls. So this was actually a very good shopping experience. I basically went to try to do some Christmas shopping. Bought a few things for my daughter and a couple things for my son. And of course found a shirt for myself. Everyone in the store was super friendly. I was asked a number of times if I needed help which I did and they sent me in the right direction. My arms were basically full so at that point it was time to go. I downloaded the Kohl's app which included a wonderful additional 25% friends and family discount. I have been shopping at Kohl's for a long time now. Their sales can be pretty good. So when we needed luggage I came here first to look at their selection. In general and in a word... pathetic! Very little selection of anything good, wild colors of what they did have, and not much in the way of matching sets. Really what they had was the cheap stuff or odds and ends. I really didn't want a suit case that wouldn't roll after a use or two... heck I already have 3 of those. Basically this place was zero help. I had to move on and look else where. I still like kohl's for inexpensive clothes, shoes and house hold items but for luggage... well gotta head on out. read more

I received gift from here for Christmas and wanted to return it. I didn't have a receipt so the grumpy lady working returns was only willing to give me the clearance price which was 1/5th of the original price marked on the item. After some debate, I agreed to take the lower price so I could put it towards buying a toy for my kids. She then asked me for my id, which I didn't have on me and when I couldn't produce it, she said she couldn't process the return. I've never been a fan of Kohl's and this experience made me hate it even more. I will never shop here and I can't recommend. read more

This Kohl's is actually a smaller store than some I have shopped at like the one In Cumming Is A much bigger , but I really love this Kohl's. I'm always welcomed when I enter the store and thanked when leaving and always find great sales and clearance items and helped when I ask an employee. Keep up the good work! read more

The selection at Kohls is ok, but they always have great deals on luggage which is exactly why I stopped by. I needed a new piece of luggage for an overseas trip. I purchased a 20" Samsonite roller board for $179 after sale and 25% discount; this piece was originally priced at $429. Kohl's is where I buy my luggage and that won't change. read more

I am finding myself shopping at Kohl's a lot more often. I have found some pretty good sales here, and the men's clearance always has some great finds. Kohl's is a bit unique. It has better merchandise than Target with prices that are better than the mall department stores. Checkout at this location is usually pretty quick and friendly. read more

This is BY FAR the nicest Kohls I have ever been shopping. They have nice lighting, and nice fitting rooms. Everything is modern, and new, and it is kept very nice and clean. I love the baby area because it reminds me of a boutique with their nice tiled floor and mood lighting. They also have a small maternity section in with the baby items. Kohs is a greta place to shop because there are alway coupons and sales! You can always find a great deal. This location is right by Super Target on Alpharetta Highway and Deerfield Parkway. I used to hate when my mom would take me shopping at Kohl's. She'd find a ton of things she liked and I'd have to suffer for two hours. I hadn't been to one in years, in fact I later found out she never goes there anymore either, haha. After North Point proved a fruitless endeavor for buying new tops, I decided to come over here. I turned in by Super Target. Don't do that. This shopping center might as well have its own area code. This is a much nicer Kohl's than the last one I'd ever been in, and they seem to have stepped up their game or some designers are really desperate. One or the other. You can find a lot of stuff on sale, which is still a good deal even without their credit card. The most I paid for something was $33 which was still a bit high but I'm gonna wear it all the time. For the most part it seems to be like 15-25% off and it depends on the clothing. This was seriously the only place where I could find tops I liked that weren't ugly as sin. I only got four but that's more than I can say about an ENTIRE mall I was in for hours. The only downfall was the total lack of dresses. I mean I was kind of set on them for the day but there were so few, even on clearance. Also the push for the credit card really pissed me off. You can't really tell what your total is if you're not using the card because they automatically put on the discount for if you had one, which I think was nearly 30% more off. I don't want another credit card, especially not when I have no idea where the nearest location is. And the cashier just kept trying to push me. Then boom, your total's $25 higher than what was displayed. I did have a $5 off $25 coupon though. If you connect to their wi-fi on your phone you are brought to a page with this coupon. So you can still save slightly without the card if you can get them to leave you alone about it. And I'll be another review to mention the fitting rooms. Really nice! They are in the center of the store and well lit and not gross at all. For the most part there weren't clothes everywhere either. read more

Can't find help. 4 people came by. 1 manager, 3 asoc. Associates never said a word. Manager came by, I asked him if I could ask a quick question, to which he replied,"I'm doing something on the other side, I'll be back later". No offer to help, or call someone else. Found curtains and rods we wanted. 18 total. SAME ROD, 3 Seperate boxes. 3 SAME UPC codes. 1 was $49.95 1 was $59.95 1 was $69.95 BUT......the website had them sale priced for $52.99. I can't say enough about this store . From the managers to the staff members . Always very eager to help and satisfy there customers .I felt so sorry for one of the associates who was taking some verbal abuse and then the manager stepped in and took over transaction to try and help diffuse the customer . This Kohl's was huge compared to the other's I've visited and laid out really well. The shoe department especially had much more to choose from than some of the other locations (like Cumming and Johns Creek). The fitting rooms were great and very clean (without the typical dust balls in the corners like you sometimes see). I had recently gone to Johns Creek and was dissappointed with the options for shorts they had (which were few) but found a lot more options at this Alpharetta location. The only inconvenience I could see is that Customer Service is located in the far back left side of the store. So if you need to go there (ie returns, etc) then you've got a long walk ahead of you. read more
