Upon entering the store a kind lady named Sarah immediately acknowledged my presence with a smile. Never having visited Torrid I immediately noticed it's a women's clothing store with a large selection of women's dresses, tops, bras and underwear. Sarah approached me and began to inform me of values, prices and quality of their merchandise. Another staff member joined us named Meghan and she helped inform me of more rebates, discounts and offers to make anyone's shopping experience at Torrid a great choice. After receiving such great service and support from these two employees it was easy for me to see why a gift card from Torrid is going to be a wonderful gift to give anyone. Thank you so much Sarah and Meghan for you great customer service and making me feel great about my visit to your Torrid location. The chemistry is palpable, and it almost feels as though the two of you are already dating! Meeting up is just going to be a formality! And then the big day comes.... and all of that excitement vanishes the moment you meet up. Somehow there is no chemistry... and the conversation falls flat. That's how I felt after my first encounter with UNTUCKiT! I'm a guy that loves to wear my shirts untucked. And apparently this is what this store specializes in... shirts that look great untucked. I've seen countless commercials advertising this store, and have always imagined shopping nirvana when the two of us met. I thought this would be a match made in heaven! I could almost hear the dramatic music playing as I excitedly approached the store. I had fantasized about this moment every time I saw a commercial. This would be my new "go to" store! I was so excited to learn that they had just opened at Lenox Mall!! I wish this love story had a good ending. But the honeymoon abruptly ended the moment I began trying on shirts, and it all came crashing down. Surely there had been some kind of mistake. These shirts did not look good untucked!! How could it be??? The universe was playing a horrible trick on me! In the end, I was only able to find one shirt that looked good untucked. Not a good batting average for a store that is supposed to specialize in shirts that look good untucked. In all fairness, there wasn't a huge inventory and they are planning on getting more in stock in the future. In addition, I saw some shorter clients that fared better than me. Clearly the results vary from person to person. The store is located on the top floor near the Apple Store. They sell both men and women's clothing. I'm not ready to give up on the dream just yet, and will definitely check this place out again in the future. I'm hoping that a larger inventory will yield better results. For now, I'm going to give them three stars and hope for the best. I'm hoping this love story will still have a happy ending.

Immediately I stopped and listened! The product they were advertising was a waist trainer. The person speaking in the video had gained an amazing figure by using this product. I was instantly sold by this!!!! Being that my problem area is my stomach and I had recently decide to do something about it, as far as exercising and getting more in shape. But this product works without the tedious task of working out, you merely wear this waist trainer and the pounds just shed away giving you that perfect Coke bottle shape. I had been in a rough place for a while due to the fact that I had extra pounds in my stomach area. And this was a perfect fix to my problem. The business owner, Felicity Noire, says to wear the waist trainer at a minimum of 5 hours a day to see the best results. Felicity is a beautiful soul, she has a great personality and gives you her undivided attention when it comes to her product. I was able to speak with her several times before I actually bought the product and she informed me and explain all the details about the product. Even giving me motivation to look and feel my best! I am so honored to be a part of this great movement in helping the self-esteem in people. There is a need for more great businesses like this! If more companies implement more practices like this business the economy of the United States of America would always be booming. I can see many more great things to come with Snatched and Layed. I even reported them to the BBB & they lied to them like they resolved the issue with me. Since then they have stopped responding to me. My friend and I were not even through the doors when an employee came charging at me angrily yelling "you cannot come in without a mask!!" My friend and I were standing in the doorway and he was already pulling out masks. After the outrageous yelling from the employee I turn to my friend to tell him never mind I no longer want to go in. To which the employee continues to yell "it's clearly posted FOUR times at the door you cannot come in without a mask do NOT get an attitude with me". We leave and he continues to yell out the doors and the only words spoken directly to him were "I was speaking to my friend, not you". My friend was so mad about the debacle called to speak to the Manager and apparently this awful employee is the manager, and his name is Austin. We requested to speak with the person above him and he gave a wrong number. He also said my friend could come back to talk to him in person and that he refused to talk over the phone. In the end we called corporate. This is by far the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I have been in there before and the employees have been great, which leads me to believe this manager is a bad egg. Nonetheless, he alone will prevent us from shopping there in the future. And i feel it is worth mentioning that he did not treat my male Caucasian friend in the same manner in which he treated me.
