This Savvi location provided my tux for my daughter's wedding. After the fitting they adjusted everything perfectly. I was quite happy with the fit and the quality of the clothing. On the down side, the small store is quite crowded and I had to wait each time I visited. The temp in the store, which is located at Northpoint Mall, was unbearably hot. After shopping around for our wedding, my fiancé and I decided Savvi had the best tux selection/price for what we wanted. It seemed simple enough. 1. Choose our tux, tie, shoes and accessories 2. Provide groomsmen information 3. Have groomsmen fitted 4. Manage via online portal 5. Pickup/drop off. I visited the store a few weeks prior to deciding on Savvi to learn about the prices, process, etc. The salesman I spoke with seemed very knowledgeable and friendly. He told me to stop by anytime with my fiancé when we were ready, no appointment necessary. So we did. When we returned we were helped by a young man that appeared to be in high school. The place seemed busy, so we asked if we should return later, but we were assured we could be helped then. The associate had little knowledge of the products. We knew what we wanted so we decided it would be fine (wrong decision). Later that night I received an email with access to our online portal. It had the COMPLETELY WRONG WEDDING DATE! We decided that moment we'd cancel our order and use a competitor. The next day, the store manager called and asked us about our experience. I was honest and told him all of the above and more. He let us know we were the associate's first wedding and asked us to give them another chance, so we did. They went back through and confirmed all the details - we felt so much better. Today I received a notice saying our groomsmen have 10 days to get fitted, but the paperwork I received says they have a month! That means they STILL have the wrong wedding date in their system. I called the store and was told I'd get a call back with answers before close, but got nothing! If this wasn't one of the biggest days of my life, I might not be so upset, but this is unacceptable. Save yourself the time and look elsewhere for tux rentals!! read more

If I could give 0 stars I would--- This was a horrible experience!! My son had selected formalwear through this store for his wedding April 17, 2021. The 9 tux had not arrived for pick up as promised by mid-week but the store assured them all would arrive on time. By Friday, the 16th, at noon it became apparent this was not the case! Although the store continue to insist they would arrive! When so much time, money and excitement has gone in to planning and organizing a rather large wedding, this just is NOT acceptable. When asked what they thought would be a solution they said "Cancel the wedding!"" REALLY! ?? A local menswear store (Joseph A Banks) rallied to salvage this disaster by locating matching gray suits on very short notice! They did alterations overnight, located shoes that matched, etc.--- This resulted in CONSIDERABLE additional expense! As the mother of the groom, I felt it was extremely unfair to ask these groomsmen to assume this unexpected, last minute expense. Hence, resulting in our family bearing this additional expense which was WELL in excess of $1000.00. This does not even begin to address the stress this put on everyone and adjustments to other wedding events that had to be changed to accommodate securing their attire! The Savii website advertises "stress free for out of town groomsmen"! This most certainly did not offer that experience!! I am dismayed by the lack of communication both before and after to offer any reasonable compensation for such terrible service! I completed the online SAVII form for communication but have still not been contacted. read more

We used Savvi to rent suits for our June wedding. The suit colors and vest were exactly what I had in mind. The staff was very helpful. Even though we had to wait a bit while getting fitted, I didn't mind as they were clearly busy and working. The suits fit very well on all of the groomsmen and my husband. One of our groomsmen is in the Navy and on a boat when the fittings were necessary but they able to get his measurements and have his suit ready to go the day before the wedding! I rented my son's tux from the Gwinnett Place Mall location. When we picked up the tux on Friday the pants, shirt, and vest were all too big. We had to come back the next day to get replacements. On Sunday I returned the tux to the NorthPoint Mall location for my son who was sleeping. Withiin an hour after returning the tux, my son advised me that he had almost $100 cash in the jacket pocket. I immediately called the store. The staff was not very helpful and not very encouraging, basically telling me there was no hope of getting the money back. I know we can't be the first person to leave something valuable in a tux. They didn't even ask for our order information to try and locate the correct jacket. When we talked to the warehouse the next day, the lady was helpful and promised to have the warehouse manager look for it. But no one ever called back. After calling the warehouse back on Tuesday, we were told the jack was found, but ... Surprise, Surprise!...NO CASH! It is so disappointing that there is no honesty anymore. read more

The staff are very friendly and it's a convenient location for us. Unfortunately, They do not know how to properly measure for a tux. My teenage son is very slim and was put in a child tux jacket. They told me they could let out the sleeves but when the jacket came back they had let it out as much as possible and it was still too short. This was two days before prom. We ended up keeping the jacket even though it was too short and they ordered another shirt for us because that was too large. They should have known that the jacket sleeves could not be let out to the proper length. For almost $200 I expect a proper fitting tuxedo. read more

My son rented his tux from here for prom. Can we say disappointed? What we got was an ill-fitting tuxedo. It was too large. My son has a slim build. I realize we waited until the last minute to rent, but does that mean a less than correct fit? My son will not say anything and heaven forbid I say anything on his behalf, he gets upset with my. It looked to be 2 to 3 sizes too large. They fir the jacket, but not the pants at the initial fitting. The pants fell off of him. "Those are the pants that comes with the tux" we were told. I was in need of a tux for a wedding(Black Tie) in Colorado. I was being fitted by Joe and Devin when they suggested that they could take the measurements and I could call out to Colorado to a local Tux rental place as a Tuxedo does not travel well and would need to be pressed. They spent 15 minutes getting all my measurements and printing them out. I should note also they were very knowledgeable on styles of tuxedos and gave me great tips on what I should look for. This is awesome customer service - especially for a non-paying customer. I would surely go here first when I need a tuxedo again. read more
