She was an excellent consulting partner focused on the bride-to-be to ensure her needs were met; the gowns tried on were quickly "tailored" with clips & the "right" accessories to accentuate the style & shape of the bride; not to mention, the "extra" care provided by Alex for the "bridal squad." From simple offerings of bottled water to the comfort of the space where the bride and gowns were best viewed to the overall care too! My daughter started with one style in mind ... My girlfriend is getting married and we visited the Mall of Georgia location to purchase her dress. We found a beautiful gown, and we put it on hold for one week per the Mangers approval, well at least that's what we were told by the clerk who assisted us. When we returned the following week to purchase the dress, they couldn't find it and offered no apologies. The manager didn't even come from the back to address the problem. The other issue was the dress couldn't be ordered. NEVER again will we visit this location and NO, I will not recommend this location at the Mall of Georgia to my family and friends. This store manager was rude and incapable of trying to take back dresses within the 30 day return policy without trying to tack on fees. Apparently "corporate had changed the policy the day the dresses were purchased. Her demeanor was what caused the biggest concern. There were circumstances in her defense that made it more complex but after I had to become somewhat irate the manager was able to get me on the phone with a lovely person in Athens that was able to work out the details not problem. While I was standing there another customer and child behind me were having a very similar very frustrating situation with the same person. Davis Bridal needs to give their managers more customer service training or at least allow them to make decisions when there are multiple factors. These are expensive dresses so policies need to be clear..... which was not the case here for me or the other poor souls behind me. read more

I have come to the one at Mall of Georgia 3 times now as they have diligently worked to make me look and feel great! First off Ms. Ruth is a true jewel and when she said "oh my you have lost weight" I became even more of a fan! Ms. Ruth still wasn't pleased with the alteration at the 3rd fitting and I started to panic as I was 8 days away from my wedding, but then the store manager Mrs. Dorsette stepped in and found another dress in my style in a size bigger and I kid you not in that moment she was an angel unaware as a month ago there were NO dresses like mine! This crew of ladies have truly made my experience AMAZING! And to top it off they gave me a credit for what I had already paid and subtracted it from my alteration total... again LOVE this crew of ladies! read more

The store was nice and clean but I did not have a good experience. I had made my appointment two weeks in advance and the day of the appointment my assigned stylist for the day was caught up with another group so I was passed along to another girl. She acted like a deer in headlights when told she would be assisting me and then basically told my bridesmaids and myself to pick out ourselves what to try on. She also asked me about my preferences to which I replied in NO WORLD EVER IN ANY CHANCE to put me in a capped sleeve dress. What does the stylist do? Bring me THREE cap sleeve dresses to "just try" So of course with only having an hour to try on dresses, this wasted a lot of my time. I left with no dress and probably one of the worst sales experiences of my life. To top it off. So I bought a bridesmaid dress from David's Bridal as a possible "back up bridesmaid" in case one of the bride's bridesmaids couldn't make it. The bridesmaid did make it so I didn't wind up needing the dress. I returned it and received a merchandise credit (this was January, 2023). Fast forward to this past weekend (May, 27, 2023)I went to use that merchandise credit and was told that the $130 on the card was unusable. In the store they said the "gift card/merchandise credit" option on the register was gone. They offered no solution other than "call corporate". I called and never got a live person so I tired the messenger option. Below is what I was told..."there is nothing we can do. Sorry". Yeah, I'm sorry too David's Bridal! You are bankrupt and somehow still feel good about flat out STEALING my money!! I have no merchandise (nor was I offered anything at a discount to help recover some of my "lost" money) and David's Bridal is literally telling me they are just going to keep my $130. Please use this post as notice that companies are closing their doors and are 100% preying on people who have store credits (gift or merchandise cards) in the hopes that they won't know the store is going out of business so they can keep your money with zero consequences to them. I had an alterations appointment and instead of helping me with my dress, I was told that I was too fat and obese to fit in the dress size and that I would need the bigger size. Even though, I was told at another David's Bridal location that I wouldn't need the bigger size. They told me I couldn't wear spanx underneath because it wouldn't look good. And instead of helping me get the bigger size they said it wouldn't be there in time and there was nothing they could do. REGARDLESS of how you look in a dress no one should EVER say that to someone. This is a terrible way of doing business and I hope that they are ashamed of how they treated me. read more

I got a dress from there and they said nothing about holding a dress for alterations. They called me after I've paid for the dress and said I have one more day to get it or I'm losing money. When I picked my dress up a week ago, they told me it was to early before the wedding to schedule alterations, to call at the beginning of November. I called today and they said since it's so close to the wedding there will be an extra fee. How does that make since? I get they can gouge some people of money but I'm definitely taking my services somewhere else and not returning. There are so many other places for dresses and alterations vs a big corporate chain trying to fool people. read more

We purchased my daughter's dress at David's Bridal Mall of Ga location. We went back to get her dress fitted and met with Jackie, one of the seamstress. Jackie knows what she's doing with a wedding gown. She was so nice and patient with my daughter. If you're dress doesn't fit right the bride gets emotional and Jackie understood this. My daughters dress had many layers, Jackie was very careful with each layer, pinning it to hem it later. She also showed us two ways to bustle the train. I appreciate her help and appreciate Jackie taking the time with us to make sure we were happy with the fit , bustle & length of the dress. I would definitely recommend her to you. read more

My wife had a very horrible experience at this store location (Mall of Georgia, Buford, GA) just 2 days ago, especially with the Tailor/Seamstress. She bought a wedding dress online because they didn't have it in the store and booked an alteration appointment in the store. When she got there, she was told it was a bridal appointment instead, even though she was sure she booked for an alteration. Well, she was led to the back to meet the seamstress, and right off the bat, she was rude and NOT nice! The seamstress/tailor then mentioned an outrageous price of $500 for alteration including rush fees!!! My wife got someone to help her alter it yesterday and it only took 2 hours and at a lesser fee. We believe the tailor/seamstress at this store location mentioned this outrageous price just to get her out of the store when she could have easily said she wouldn't do it. Such a shame to look down on people you don't even know!!! It really pays to be nice to everyone you come across. read more

Kymberlee was superb! The store manager was super friendly and nice as well. My 2nd time trying on wedding dresses was great thanks to their great service and friendliness. I wasn't asked what my price range was (only the style) so I guess they want to show you the higher priced dresses. As I tried on dresses, Kymberlee brought styles according to my comments (the prices also went down too). She wasn't pushy but suggested different accessories to go along with the dress. She was super patient and always had a smile on. That's great service there! Btw, David's have a small clearance area at the back of the store that you can browse as you wait for dresses to be pulled for you. There were plenty of parking spaces as David's Bridal shares the other end space with Breakers. I didn't end up making a purchase, but that's just bc I didn't find the dress that I truly love. I would suggest stopping by here in conjunction to boutiques you might have in mind. I honestly don't know why the reviews aren't better. My particular experience was great. read more

I had a great experience at my appointment in June to find my dress and I found the one. However, it was suppose to be delivered around July 22nd and I was waiting for a call or email to come pick it up but it never came... it was the end of July and I called the store to see what was going on and the lady told me THEY NEVER ORDERED MY DRESS and the system says I took my dress home with me. I told her I definitely didn't take anything out of that store and why would I be calling to ask if my dress had arrived if I did. She proceeded to put in an order and tells me it will arrive by August 5th the latest. well, August 5th comes and I still haven't heard anything. I came into the store on August 7th to see what was going on and the girl who helped me when I originally came in to buy the dress was at the cashier. I told her what happened and she looked as if she had no idea what was going on... when she was the one who made the HUGE MISTAKE. She just kept looking at the computer and goes oh, the dress is here... I'll go pull it for you and you can try it on. I tried the dress on and it isn't exactly how I remembered it... it had wires already sewed in, which the original dress I tried did not. However, at this point I don't want to take any more chances because they've already messed up twice. She proceeded to make my alterations appointment, which I'm honestly not even sure I want to have them do after my experience. I called customer service to complain. They told me they would send a complaint to the store and the manager should be contacting me... I've had no such luck. It's a good thing I was proactive about getting my dress because if I didn't reach out, they would've never bothered to call me or realized they made a huge mistake and that dress was not cheap! Also, they're lucky my wedding date isn't until the end of September or else they would've absolutely ruined it by not having my dress ordered or arrived in time. I had to collect myself before I left my review for David's Bridal because they put me in a very difficult place less than a month before my wedding day. I'm sure they'll remember me because I was distraught that day. I just had a baby not too long ago so procrastinated a bit before going wedding dress shopping, however- the very first wedding dress appointment I ever had was with David's Bridal, even though I've heard comments about how mediocre they are. I went in sometime in March and was put at ease that they would take care of me for my wedding day. I tried on 5 different dresses, and there weren't many selections to choose from, but there was one that had me in AWE when I tried it on. I new immediately that that was MY wedding dress. The assistant that was helping me (very sweet girl) told me the dress was on sale and I got happier and told her to let's finalize now. I paid for my dress, set up my alterations appointment, and they told me they would call when the dress arrives. They call, I go to my alterations appointment , they put me in the alterations room, told me to try on my dress. I unzip the bag and the dress is DISGUSTING. Broken strap, discolored, dirty from being tried on consistently- it was alarming. The manager comes and inspects the dress and confirmed the dress was in fact, NOT new and began- maybe doing some research on the computer? She then tells me she can't order me a new one because it won't get here in time for my wedding day and proceeds to continue on the computer. I am in the dressing room on the verge of tears and kept saying to myself, "I don't know WHAT to do". I then go and ask the manager what's the best thing they could do for me given the unnatural situation. She then gives me the option to get another USED dress from the floor for 10% off. 10% off and you guys are completely ruining my wedding experience! WHAT IS THAT?? While the manager probably believes she was being helpful, she was not apologetic at all, probably even speechless in a sense because it was MESSED up. I do not want to walk in a used dress on my wedding day. While I get some do buy used wedding dresses- it is not my standard! And if my last option period was to buy a used dress, I definitely wouldn't be buying it from them becauseof this experience. That dress was sitting there at their location for 2+ weeks and no one thought to QUALITY CHECK the dress that is for THEIR CLIENTS to THEIR specified location (not the warehouse nor any other sister store), and she just only blamed the ones who shipped it. This experience have proven to me exactly what I've heard about DB and will not EVER use them in the future. If my rant sounds emotional, that's because I am. My first marriage so its a big deal. They have wasted my time and my gas from driving to them 45 minutes away, and they have placed me in an EXTREMELY poor position with my wedding less than a month away, and to tell me I cannot get the wedding dress I had ordered and properly went through the steps to obtain is the LAST thing that any bride would want to hear weeks before their wedding day. Went in today to look for a formal dress. There was one other guest in the store and at least two possibly three employees. I have was not greeted as I entered the store. Employees just talked to each other. I looked at dresses for at least 15 minutes and at no time did anyone come see if I needed help. I also walked out without any acknowledgement despite one employee standing at a podium up front. I would never shop at this location again. My fiancé and I came in to purchase a dress a couple of weeks ago. When I say customer service was not the best, I mean we were stunned. Ciara, however, saved the day! She listened to our concerns, made my fiancé feel validated and heard and at the end of the day she walked away with the dress of her dreams. While I would not call myself a fan of this place, it gets points for its large selection. I came here without an appointment on a busy Saturday and made one on the spot. To pass the two hour wait, my friends and I went to a nearby bakery. We took a catalog and went through the pages, marking off dresses and ending up with a top 5 list. This was the smartest move I made that day - we gave our consultant the item codes and she pulled the ones they had in stock. I was able to decide on a dress that day within an hour or so. When a bride chooses a dress, she gets to ring a bell. This little touch makes this place just a bit more special. My consultant was friendly and busy - I think she was juggling two brides at the same time. I have also been here as a bridesmaid; for this you don't need an appointment. They will find the dress and you can figure out sizing after trying it on. While they may not have the color in stock, they will try to find the closest thing to what you need for you to try on. Pick ups at this place are easy; the longest part is just waiting in line. Appointments required for brides; not required for bridesmaids. read more

This location is terrible. Every one of my bridesmaids had issues with their dresses being delivered. Apparently the Guava color I chose for my wedding is a custom order color, but no one at the store told me this until after I had been to the store 4 different times with my bridesmaids. Each bridesmaid opted to have their dress delivered, and took the time to enter in and verify their information, but each one had to call and check on their dress because they never received it. When I went to pick my dress up they were careless and inconsiderate of my time. I made a fitting appointment to make sure everything fit and I all but had to track someone down to help me. The very next day they called me asking when my bridesmaids were ordering, after their poor service. I would not recommend David's Bridal to ANYONE. They have no right treating customers the way that they do, they are NOT a monopoly. read more

I started my search for a wedding dress online before I even got engaged. My fiancé and I discussed getting married, so I knew it was coming eventually. I found a beautiful dress about 2-3 weeks before the official engagement online for "in store only", and unfortunately it was out of stock, by the time the engagement took place. The real kicker was that this dress was a designer gown that retailed at $849, and in mid October, it was only $99. I thought surely that I would never find this sort of deal again. Well yesterday, I was looking on the David's Bridal website again, and I saw a promotion for $99 gowns again. Of course there were less plus size gowns to choose from, but I got excited because there was this beautiful mermaid wedding gown left for $99. This beautiful dress had a sweet heart bust line with straps to support the girls, lovely detailing with lace and floral designs, and tulle at bottom to complete the mermaid dress. I knew that I had to have it. This beauty was in store only and typically retailed at $799. I called the David's Bridal in Kennesaw, because it was closest and Whitney in customer service told me that the David's Bridal in Duluth had the dress. I called and spoke with Deidre in alterations, who advised me that they had one left in size 20. They could not hold it for me because it was a clearance item, but she told me to confirm before leaving work, and make an appointment online for later tonight, so I did. After work, I called to confirm that the dress was still there, and I spoke with someone different, but she advised that it was available in size 22, and offered to hold it at the register. I arrived at 7:25 PM, a few minutes early for my 7:30 Appointment. I was greeted by the manager, who had my appointment ready to go. She introduced me to my stylist Amber who took fabulous care of me, when I came with several questions and reservations about the whole dress thing. My sister met me there to occupy my toddler, because this was an unplanned dress hunt. Amber assisted me with getting into the dress and under garment. I did not have the proper sizing to try on, but even with the dress and under garments being too big, the dress looked amazing. I will post the photos later, because I do not want to spoil the surprise, but I am so excited to have found my wedding dress and get a great price. Amber introduced me to Deidra in alterations , and she answered all my questions about resizing if I were to lose weight (which I hope to do). With Deidra and the store manager, we were able to order me a size down and still receive the sale price of $99. I just got home from what my friends and I dubbed #dameday. I booked 2 back to back bridal gown appointments knowing 1.5 hrs wouldn't be enough. I also booked a 1 hr bridal party appt. My friends and I met for lunch (horrible waiter) and we're eunning behind. We called to let DB know and they were gracious for the call. We walked in 10 minutes late and we're greeted immediately. I filled out the paperwork and browsed for 5 minutes or so waiting for our consultant. Jill walked up with a smile and asked several questions in order to get an idea of what I was looking for. I told her and marked my favorites from my saved favorite list they had printed. Jill took my matron of honor and myself to the bridal suite and let my other friend sit my the platform. We ended up staying at David's for 5 hours. I tried on several dresses and narrowed down to 2. We went back and forth and I couldn't decide. They were very different and I loved them both for different reasons. Jill had to take her lunch break so she pulled several dresses for my matron of honor to try on. While she was gone we selected the matrons dress. When she came back we were still debating on mine. We took pictures of both dresses looked at them side by side and I thought I had decided. Then one friend mentioned seeing if DB had a dress that mixed the two. I felt bad to ask Jill to pull more dresses as we had already been there for a while and had worked her hard. She said she had a few she thought would mix the best of both dresses and didn't mind pulling them at all. After 5 hours I finally said yes to the dress. Jill never made me feel rushed or like I was inconveniencing her. She was patient and listened to everything we said and took our comments to find the perfect dress. My friends and I got to spend the day finding my dress, enjoying ourselves, acting goofy, chatting with other brides, and several consultants. DB you were fabulous and the best experience of the 3 shops we visited. I can't say enough about Jill and her kindness and follow through and I wish we would've gotten a few other names because several other ladies helped. read more

If I hadn't of gone back a second time, it would've been one star. If I had had the sales associate I had the second time for the first visit, it would've been a five star review. The first time visiting was my first time trying on wedding dresses. The girl who helped me was not very friendly, had some sort of obvious attitude problem (especially talking about her mom.. awkward), and kept bringing up religion, so it wasn't the best experience. She also brought out dresses that did not match what I had wanted at all and I really only tried on two dresses I liked (which I picked out myself). We left without really knowing what style I liked or even remotely of what I wanted so I didn't think I would be back. Turns out, the second dress I tried on that I had picked out there turned out to be my favorite after a few more weeks of shopping around. So we dropped back by and had an amazing experience with Becky. She was so sweet and personable. She was going back and forth between me and another client but she really managed her time well and I really didn't mind it. She also pulled dresses that matched exactly what I wanted and really had a knack for mixing aspects of different dresses into one dress. I was really impressed by her, and again, she was so nice! I've had both good and bad experiences at this David's Bridal location. It really comes down to your consultant. Most recently, I went in with my best friend to find her wedding dress. Her consultant didn't introduce herself or ask about the wedding. She barely spoke to us, she was difficult during the initial dress pull (ex. she said they didn't have a dress in stock, and when my friend found it on the rack, the consultant told her to put it back), and she was unprepared without dress clips. Quiet throughout the whole appointment and left us with a really negative experience. We went on to buy the dress elsewhere. read more

Absolutely horrible, my fiance went in there all excited but was met with a bad customer service experience by an employee named Kris. She was so excited to try on her dream dress but left absolutely miserable. She filled out the survey and scheduled an appointment but was told they didn't have her size when she got there and looked at her like she didn't belong there, like she was not good enough to be there and even treated her as such. At one point during her experience the employee, Kris, even told her to google one of the questions she had because she couldnt be bothered to do it herself. Will NEVER recommend this place! Had a great experience looking for wedding dresses for the first time today. I'm not from the area but I plan on marrying here so I stopped by with one of my bridesmaids who lives in the area. I worked with Ashley and she was very attentive to all my requests. She found dresses in my price range, with the details I wanted, and never made me feel pressured, rushed, or uncomfortable. Came here with one of my bridesmaids to look for bridesmaid dresses for my wedding. We didn't make an appointment, we just walked in. At the front there's someone who asks if you've registered with Davids Bridal and then pulls up your profile, prints it out, and asks you to check it for accuracy. This was awesome! I quickly made edits and then we were pointed to the bridesmaid dress section with our form. The lady in charge showed us the bridesmaid dress section and told us how to look for each dress. She even pulled out some of the initial dresses we pointed out and then let us look on our own. I was impressed at how organized this place is. At the front of each row there's a picture of every dress in the row as well as the price. Once you start walking in the rows, you see tags with the identification number for each dress so you can quickly identify the dress without using much arm power. THIS IS AWESOME. You have no idea how many COUNTLESS bridesmaid dress shops are so disgustingly unorganized that it's hard to find anything (RK Bridal in NY is probably the worst). Not David's Bridal! We were able to find the dress I was looking at online within seconds and it was in my size too! Bridal shops NEVER have anything my size (I'm petite and a size 2 at Davids Bridal). I really like how they carried multiple sizes in multiple dresses. I would say a horrible bridesmaid dress experience is having to order something too many sizes too big and then having to pay ridiculous prices to get it altered - not here! We then tried on the dresses, picked the one we liked, and then went to the woman in charge of bridesmaid dresses. She wrote down the style and color and we were done. Just like that! No pushy salespeople, no un-organized rows of dresses. So why rank this place as three stars? Here are the downsides: 1. I wanted to try on a headband that I saw in a catalog. It took forever finding a dedicated person for jewelry and once we did, the person couldn't find it and didn't offer to call for additional help or call other stores so that I could see the headband in person before purchasing. She simply pointed to a bracelet and said "it looks like this". Kind of unhelpful. 2. After writing down the dress style and color I expected it to show up on my DB profile online. I asked the lady when it would be in the system and she said "tonight". Perhaps the system is just their in-store system, but I think if they coordinated that with their online website it would be even better. It's unclear whether they really have it saved in their system (since my choice was written down on paper and thus would need to be entered into the system) so I had to send the style number and color directly to my bridesmaids. I can see how people can get frustrated here if you're shopping for a bridal gown or jewelry or even shoes since nobody is staffing those sections. Even in the bridesmaid dress section, I feel like we were supposed to get an individual staff member to help us but they were running low on staff so we were helped by multiple people. I would've enjoyed dealing with only one person who could help me with the bridesmaid dress, show me the jewelry, and then offer shoes to match too. I could be asking for too much though - at least the prices here aren't ridiculous! Seriously, who would want to spend 200+ on bridesmaids dresses that need alterations? So I walked in to this location looking for a dress for a wedding I was attending and for a dress for my courthouse wedding. I walked in and I wasn't greeted, no big deal I only saw 1 worker and she was tending to a wedding party. So I decided to browse a little, I literally walked around for 20 mins with no help at all! I work in customer service and I expect the bare minimum service. I would never spend my money in an establishment that treats customers like that. To quote Michele from "Romy and Michele's High School Reunion".... "I have to go now." Yeah, this place definitely has the discount vibe. That would be fine, except that we got discount service here, as well. My good friend made an appointment to try on wedding gowns, but we still had to wait 30 minutes to "consult" with the DB saleswoman. Even then, her time and attention were split between two different brides. My friend was stuck waiting in the dressing room, wearing those horrible undergarments, for our saleswoman to pull another dress. Many of the dresses that we wanted to try were not available at the store, which was disappointing. The shop seems a bit cluttered and in general, the ambiance is just not what you would wish for as you try on wedding dresses. The positives... they have great prices, so ultimately I feel that I can't complain too much, but it's just not what I had envisioned. read more

We found a decent amount of dresses, but not to much. Only a few racks of wedding dresses, but they are all VERY beautiful. Service was good but not as good as it could have been. I would recommend going here to look and get a feel for what you want. read more

When I called to make an alterations appointment, I had NO idea that they only alter David's Bridal dresses! I wish that had been a question that was asked while making my appointment over the phone, that could have saved me a whole lot of time. So after going in to my appointment, and standing in my dress on the "stage", the seamstress asks if this was a David's Bridal dress. I told her it was not. Then they decide to inform me that they could not alter the dress! How the hell am I supposed to know this information? I'm not in weddings that often! However, the lady says she would go ahead and do it for me. (Even though she was not supposed to). She informed me that it was probably going to end up costing me a whole lot more though. At this point, I didn't care I just needed the dress done asap! So after all the pinning and everything, her manager comes by and notices us. She notices that the dress is not one of "theirs" and tells the young lady not to proceed. That it was too big a "risk" if they alter my dress and it doesn't come out right. I told her I didn't care about the risk, I trust you guys. I mean you are like one of the biggest wedding retailers around right? How hard could it be? But she refused to let the young lady continue and told me I had to go elsewhere...even after agreeing with the seamstress that I would be willing to pay $200 for alterations! The dang dress itself wasn't even $200! Anyways, needless to say they lost out big time. The only reason I'm even giving 2 stars is because the seamstress was willing to do the job, but the "manager" messed it all up! hmmph! read more

Since my best friend had already written a review in my place about my horrible experience (since she was there with me) and also her own experience with the staff, I will make this short and sweet. And since Yelp won't let me give no star rating, I have to give it a 1 star... After receiving my wedding dress in a size 10, I had made an appointment to have the dress altered at this particular location; taken in on the top, alter the skirt to my height, and add the bustle. The appointment went well, there were no issues, and I left feeling really good about it, only a little over a month away from the wedding, everything is coming along quite well. I went in after about a month later for the final alterations fitting, to my horror; the dress does not fit!! It would only zip half way up. At this point, I start to panic once again just like the time before when I had a sizing issue. I asked the alterations lady for some help as to what happened, she said "Maybe you got fat, I would have to measure you again to see if it's different from the first fitting." - So, this is the SECOND time that someone at this particular store said that I probably gotten fat and that's why the dress doesn't fit. So, I stood in silence, didn't know how else to respond to the rude comment and start to panic a bit as to what I am suppose to do because we are now only 14 days from my wedding. I let the lady measure me and she said "Hmmm, you're still the same measurement. I don't know what happened, but I'll just let out the sides." She said it as if it's not a big deal, but it is a big deal!! There are already a lot of things a bride has to worry about 2 weeks before the wedding and a wrong altered wedding dress should not be one of them, especially at a place that specializes in selling wedding dresses and alterations. I asked if I had to pay, because I had already spend well over $1000 for the dress and $400 for the alterations (Not to mention I have also purchased 1 mother of the bride dress, 1 mother of the groom dress, and 3 bridesmaid dresses, my vail, corset bra, insert for my dress, and a pair of shoes from this place. So, I've spend a good chunk of money here). She said "No, since you didn't change in size, we will fix it no charge." Then she tells me that in order to fix the dress, they have to wait for the seamstress that altered my dress to come in for it to be fixed. I picked up my wedding dress the Monday before my wedding day on Saturday. Talk about cutting it close!! NEVER once was any staff member apologetic about the situation. I understand that being in retail is hard and there is no way that everyone can be a satisfied customer; I have had those experiences myself. I've been in the retail setting for over 14 years and my current job has the pleasure of allowing me to deal with possibly over a thousand (YES, over a thousand) people (paying customers) a day. But this place, by far is the worst I have ever encountered. One lady (when I had my sizing issue) stood out from the rest because she was sympathetic, caring, and was willing to do anything to help solve the problem. This was the only time (not even 10%) that I said to my best friend that maybe she could give this place a try for her wedding dress experience, for the pure fact that you have a huge selection of dresses in various price ranges. But under no circumstances, would I ever recommend this place to any of my bride friends. NEVER!!! read more
