Just walked out. Worst customer service since Mr Lee left. Shopped here for years and will NOT be back.

If you're in the market for a gorgeous dress at a fraction of the cost this is your place.

One Little lady was rude. Can't ask her a question without her catching an attitude. Dont spend money when they can't help you without getting mad! I bought something and she still rude. Great place BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM HER PART! read more

I have been going to this beauty supply store for over five years. Today, I went into the store to purchase some items, one of which was gel remover for my nails. I did not have on my glasses, so I asked for assistance. I still didn't see where she was pointing to, and asked her for assistance again. She came from the counter and asked me can I read? What an offensive thing to say to a loyal customer?!! I wonder why she asked me can I read? I proceeded to tell her I have a Masters degree and I didn't appreciate her comment, and she needs to apologize to me. She refused! So this is what this place thinks of some of us, I guess! So sad!! read more

Honestly this place has an OK selection but if you don't mind shopping with people following you around acting weird or watching you on 100 cameras this is your spot when I shop and patronize someplace I like to enjoy my time spending my money that I worked hard for not feel like there's eyes in the sky or somebody's around the corner or 50 people are going to ask me hey do you need help Won't patronize this place again so many other options to be weird don't open a black store if you don't want to sell to black people read more

I've been going to So Good for almost a decade-- I bought my high school prom dress from there! Today was my last day ever stepping foot in that hellhole. Pouring down rain, been stuck in traffic on 85 for 25 minutes longer than expected, and have to use the bathroom...BADLY. I was expecting no problem because I've used the restroom there before without an issue. Apparently there is no restroom available, even for customers who drove way out of their way to spend at least $200 with them, like me. They refused to even direct me to where the nearest restroom was! PetsMart? Sam's Club? That's bullshit. Went to Gwinnett Place Mall to Beauty Master to spend my $200. It was 10x better anyway and had everything I needed + some! (Really really cute, inexpensive clothes too) Goodbye forever So Good bridal. How embarrassing for you. read more

. From the response from the company to their not being responsible with contacting me about the item's delivery by email and they hung up on me when I called to get a resolution before PayPal, I don't want a store credit. I will not take a store credit to drive to the location to apply the credit. I'm no longer interested n the product. They hung up on me when I called to resolve the issue. They are very poor on customer service. Don't order from them online. read more

I drive across town for this place. It has EVERYTHING, from jewelry to hair products. The Shea soufflé is amazing and I cannot find it anywhere else. I usually stock up when I come to save a trip but it's definitely where I recommend when people ask for a beauty supply. read more

I was SHOCK that they treat their customers like crooks. I was followed around and she took my item. SHE WOULD NOT LET ME CARRY MY OWN ITEM AROUND THE STORE because she wanted to make sure I would not steal it!!!! I also overheard them being disrespectful to another shopper. I left the item there. I will not return to this store. read more

This store is a joke! Found a nice dress but very expensive! My daughter is not with me to try on so i asked about return process and they don't have one! Everything is a final sale! Asked to put the dress in hold and the lady said yes. When i gave her the dresses another lady was very rude and told me absolutely not she was not going to hold it for me. I only need a few hours until my daughter is out of school and she again said no! They just lost a sale... Save yourself time and Don't go here! read more

This place has poor business sense. I have purchased Egyptian wave hair for two years. Price 119.00 and 2nd pack half price. TWO years I replace my hair every two months. I love fresh hair. ;) I go in yesterday and a Asian lady with a bomb cut Tells me the hair is 169.00.... WHAT!!!!! I expressed to her how could the price go up 40%. Business and numbers can't be her strong area because she really thought I was going to pay 370.00 for hair that I barley pay 200 for in the past. Well ladies went to Roswell rd. Sandy springs area and found my Hair.... The price you ask!?! $119.00.... YES!!!! Please I repeat please don't by items from this store. Everything is marked up. Now if I can go to Sandy Springs where everything is higher....something is wrong. So Good business people you should be ashamed. No worries... You just lost a customer that guaranteed you $1200.00 of business. Bye... Bye read more

So Good Bridal - You guys are too funny. 169.00 for this hair. Stop it. - Bridal Near Me - Duluth, Georgia

I was just browsing on my visit but was impressed by the huge selection of options in seemingly every category - bridal, bridesmaid, flower girl (what we were shopping for) and general formal wear. I did not need help from anyone who worked there, so can't comment on the customer service - but did like that I could browse (at least in the dress section) without someone following me around. If you are bridal shopping note that an appointment is required and that the dressing rooms aren't luxurious; however, seemed like a fine place to consider if you're in the area. read more

These were the rudest employees !! I asked for help because I was drowning in dresses, hence the fact it was so unorganized and i was told to 'just look'. That is such an unacceptable response especially if you are in a dress department and you know there is simply no way to find a dress in your store. They were very dismissive and were no help at all. I highly recommend not coming here for a prom dress. read more

This store has every type of beauty item you could ever need, from hair care products, to weave, to makeup, to accessories, to wedding dresses! They sell items for all budgets, from inexpensive to high-end, so this store is perfect for pretty much everyone. The store is HUGE, so it is very easy to become overwhelmed. I really like how they have staff stationed in each section of the store, so there is always someone nearby to help you find what you are looking for, or give a different recommendation if they don't have the exact product you are looking for. read more

So Good Bridal - One-stop shop for all of your beauty needs! - Bridal Near Me - Duluth, Georgia

I have been to this place, plenty of times but the last time I went I was shocked by the behavior of the employee in the jewelry section. She rudely told me that I could not take the jewelry that I was about to purchase to the next section of the store. She told me that I had to pay for the jewelry if I wanted to move to the make-up section of the store. Without a problem, I kindly gave her the jewelry while I shopped throughout the store. I have been there before and had shopped with multiple things in my cart, but unfortunately, I didn't look trustworthy enough to shop with the jewelry in my cart while looking elsewhere in the store. I wasn't sure how to feel but I left there uneasy and for that reason, I will never come back. read more

I've been coming to So Good for the past seven years. Over that time it has changed A LOT! When they first opened everything was so affordable, especially the dresses. I have bought about 15+ pageant, evening, and cocktail dresses here. Some are made pretty cheap however the prices do not reflect the quality. I have noticed in the last two years that they have begun to carry some bigger names, Tony Bowls, Jovani, etc. Those gown are priced reasonably. The COLORS dresses, the ones I usually buy have almost doubled in price. What is nice about this place is that I can buy jewerly to match the garments I buy and they allow me to go with the dress on to the jewelry department and pick some out. They also let my buy everything at one register (they didn't before). They carry NYX cosmetics, thank you Jesus! They also have a huge variety of lashes and other brands of cosmetics. Most of it is stage make up. They have sunglasses, hats, and a huge portion of the store is dedicated to extensions and wigs. All in all it is my one stop shop for my pageant prep. One of my suggestions for this place would be to have a nice rewards/loyalty program. Every 6 months several of my friends and I will spend at least $500. I also don't like that some of the staff follow you around. It isn't subjective to race, they follow everyone. Wonder if theft is an issue here read more

Awesome selection of moderately cheap flashy costume jewelry. Great selection of decent priced wedding and ball gowns!!!

This place has a little bit of everything rolled into one.. need a prom dress- check gaudy blinged out Jesus necklace- check lace front wigs/ and weave- check This is one of those stores that I can wander the jewelry aisles forever, you cant beat the 50% sales for cheap earrings or necklaces. Seriously this store has it all! read more

This is my favorite store for "all things bling." They have great deals on costume jewelry. This store has every beauty supply product you'll need. It caters to those who wear wigs, weaves and such. They also have an entire section of prom dresses and wedding head gear. I mainly shop here for my occasional need for some inexpensive, sparkly jewelry for a party or even casual wear. It's basically a cheaper version of Charming Charlie but no comparison. read more

Well it's definitely a good last minute place when you need a formal gown in a hurry. They have tons of costume jewelry, hair excess cerise and hair, makeup and styling tools. By far where pageantry goes to die. The staff were very friendly and helpful at times, if you're wanting to try on hair or talk to someone about hair extensions make sure they speak good English. read more

Called to try to make an appointment to try on dresses and the young "lady" was so fucking rude and had an attitude for no reason. No one taught her customer service or manners. Why even work there if you're going to be such a miserable bitch? Just wow. read more

So Good is one of those store you would appreciate because it has everything you could possibly need for your prom, wedding, birthday party, in one little building- when it comes to looking good of course. The employees were nice, and friendly. They have a greattttt selection on jewelry and dresses, and maybe every little thing in between. They have a sensor on every item, which I personally like because with my previous experience in retail stores, I can see why. I think it just makes it fair for everyone and the owners. No accusations on anyone, and makes it easier for the owner to keep track of their items, because apparently there are people in this world who doesn't like to work hard as the next person to pay for stuff they want. (Shame on them.) Nothing wrong with playing it safe. Some brands I looked at, could be found a little cheaper in another beauty store, BUT if you pay attention to the brands I looked at, I can see why. Like for me, I loveee "Ardell" eyelashes. I paid a little more here only because I have never seen those specific types of Ardell in any other beauty stores before. So I'm thinking its more here because they have specific lines of Ardell Eyelashes other stores won't have. Of course I wanted to try them so I brought them! I mean, you get what you pay for! The dresses are so pretty. There were so many! I found them reasonably priced. The Hair selection, I'm not even going to get into that because I'm clueless in that area, I have never tried to buy extensions before. (One day, I'll try some.) Overall, this store was fun to explore in. Tons to look at. And many to buy. I'll definitely be back! read more

I stopped by one day to see what they had. They have tons of jewelry, wigs, and dresses. They have a lot of costume jewelry (low-cost), there was too much to choose from, so I ended up not getting any. Plus, they were cheap, low-quality. There were a lot of prom and party dresses. A huge selection of different wigs and weaves. They have a cosmetics section and hair care/accessories section as well. If you're bored, and in the area, just stop by and look around. There's lots to see! read more

Walking into Jewelry So Good is like walking into a drag queen's closet. And I mean that in a good way. There are all sorts of bright colors, sparkly things, and some of the tackiest dresses and jewelry I have seen. I like to shop here for the costume jewelry, since it's rather inexpensive and you can find some gorgeous pieces. There's also a hair section, where you can find all sorts of hair care supplies, plus and abundance of wigs and weaves. Since I'm not too much into the hair thing, I don't linger in this section too much. But the dress section is definitely worth a gander. There is a wide variety of prom, bridal/bridesmaid, and quinceañera dress. In my opinion, most of these dresses are a bit on the fugly side. But some of these dresses are so over the top with all of the sparkles and ruffles, it leaves me a bit in awe of such creations. I read more

I had shopped at their location in Savannah before it was closed and I also shopped on their website. I didn't know this store existed or even if they are the same people that ran the other location and website. I found out about this location online and I had it on my places to go for a very long time. Fast forward to present day, I was in this area actually looking for another business. I was in the area for about 20 minutes looking for the other business with no luck. As I'm driving along, I see this huge business off in the distance. I had to double take because I was making sure I wasn't seeing things!!! I forgot about looking for the other business and made a beeline to this one through heavy traffic and all!!! I'm still shocked that I was about to check this place out, because I had absolutely forgot I wanted to see what they had to offer in person. God was definitely directing me to this store. This store is massive and offers almost anything you are looking for hair, jewelry, makeup, formal wear, formal dresses, and accessories. I couldn't make up my mind on what merchandise I wanted to buy, so I bought quite a few items to appease me until the next time I get to shop here. The owners/employees were very friendly and helpful. Personally showing me different inventory and giving me the backstory on some of the items. This store is pretty good as it gets when looking to get dolled up and get glamorous on a day to day basis or just for a special occasion. This is a place you need to check out!!!! read more

I have never been treated so rude in a store in my life. There is an Asian woman who covers the wig department that has no customer service ability. I wanted to try on some wigs. She mentioned I needed a wig cap of which I understood. She said the cap cost $1 or it would be free if I purchased a wig. I agreed to purchase the cap. This lady did not offer to help get wigs down from high shelves. I managed to retrieve 3 and set them in a vanity area to try on. I asked for the wig cap which she gave to me. Mind you this shop has hundreds of wigs on manican heads. I tried on 2 and placed them carefully back on the display heads. As I'm placing the second wig back on the display piece this woman yells at me and says, " Next wig is number 3 and your last one to try on ". I ask her what she just said because I didn't believe it. She repeats I'm not allowed to try on any more wigs. She said after 3 wigs I must buy one or leave. I told her I was there to spend money on a wig but was seeing with the previous 2 the style was not not working for me. She stood firmly and restated I would be allowed to try one more. I told her I wouldn't try on the 3rd one and would not be spending money at this moment or the future. I did need to pay for the $1 wig cap as I agreed to earlier. I went to the front of the store to the check out area and stood in a slow moving line behind 2 other customers to pay. After 3 or 4 minutes she approached me in the check out area and asked why I was still there. I reminded her I needed to pay $1 for the wig cap. She yelled at me to take the wig cap for free and leave. I was probably in the store a total of 15 minutes. I do not recommend supporting this business. I can not give them even a partial star (but Yelp requires at least one to post this review). They are extremely rude and do not understand how to run a business and treat customers. read more

So Good Bridal - Bridal Near Me - Duluth, Georgia

During the roughly 9 minutes I spent in the So Good yesterday, I was followed (at close distance, mind you) for 7 of them. Including the last moments before I left the store. Now, I understand the need to protect ones business against theft, but to follow me to the sensors to make sure 1) I made it through them and 2) that if they went off, you could grab me? See, they have signs posted stating that should you refuse search, they have the right to call the police; so I'm assuming the man following me felt he would've been justified in touching me, had the alarm gone off. I'd found a few things I liked but I left with the bonnet only (and only that because I needed one large enough for my locs) because I'll be damned if I spend a cent more than I have to in an establishment that seems to have forgotten who its clientele is. If I could have given it no stars, I would have: I've shopped there before and the variety and selection don't make up for the consistently disrespectful behavior of its proprietors, so yesterday will be the last time I patronize this beauty supply store. read more

I love the selection of jewelry, make-up and hair products but despise being followed and watched as if they expect me to steal.

If you are looking for a bridal, prom or pageant dress + on a budget (prices are really really good), come here. I was looking for an evening dress and decided to pop my head in here out of curiosity. They have sooooo many choices of dresses here and they were all beautiful! Oh, I wish I could have worn some of these dresses on my trip, but none were "wedding guest" appropriate. The ladies who work there are very nice and friendly. They also have in house alterations. Highly recommend for affordable prom/pageant/bridal dresses. read more

NOT JUST JEWELRY! SO GOOD is located on the corner of Steve Reynolds Blvd and Venture Drive. It is a brightly colored pink and purple building that can't be missed. I have been coming to the Sam's Club next door for years but never ventured into this store. Yesterday, my daughter and I decided that we would go in and look around. This store is so much larger than I imagined! If you are a bride or just someone needing a dress for a special occasion, this store has beautiful garments that were reasonably priced. I can't really speak to the quality because I did not closely examine the fabrics or workmanship. But they were stunning! They also carry shoes, hair accessories, wigs, hair supplies, jewelry, and even casual clothing. The jewelry is over the top costume jewelry for those who like the bling, bling! It was more of the costume/pageant variety. So if you are looking for something simple and tasteful, you will need to check other options. The store appeared to be well staffed and well stocked and they can definitely get you "snatched" from head to toe. read more

I would give this place 0 zero stars if I could. I came into the beauty supply store today looking for some hair products and makeup. As I was walking around with my daughter I felt as though several of the people that work there were just watching me, they were slowly walking behind and around me. I do not appreciate that. I'm not sure if it's because I'm African-American, or if they just felt suspicious of me. I did not have a big purse or a bag, I was clean when I walked in and I had my daughter with me. This store has a lot of nice merchandise however, I will no longer shop here because when I shop somewhere I want to feel comfortable and welcomed. I've been a retail manager in the past and understand that sometimes you watch people for suspicious things however I did not give off that vibe. Hopefully this will be a learning lesson for this business and prayerfully things will change one day. Regardless of whether things change or not I won't be back! read more

So Good is a humongous hair and accessories store, almost Warehouse-like in its ambiance. The store is partitioned off into several areas: hair, makeup, dresses, and jewelry. The costume jewelry section is extensive and matches many of the Buford Highway wholesale places I've seen, such as Hur's Wholesale Mart. Prices are reasonable and comparable to Claire's.
